Eh, not quite the same thing, as the muscle being studied is the dominant muscle group for each exercise. IOW, quads are the main muscle in each movement, whereas back is considered to be the main muscle group in pull-ups/chins, and biceps just the secondary group.
You ARE aware that there are weight classes right? He does not need more size. If he were to prep for a show and do it, he would come in absolutely shredded and full. He would probably win. I was only at 212 at 5'9" when I decided to do this show i'm prepping for right now. Would he need more size to compete at the national level in hopes of getting his pro card, of course. But he doesn't need more size to compete in general.

Sunday: glorious cheatmeal day, ate tons of snack food
Monday: started halodrol at 75mg. Still on T3 around 30mcg
weight was up 4 pounds to 236 from all that food on sunday. Ran into a major problem with my workout, did my usual 225*10 on incline as my first working set and it really felt like it ripped up my left outer pec. Same problem i've run into before on last cycle although it wasn't so bad last time, it just feels really sore like it'll heal up just fine. But i basically stopped the chest workout there as everything else I tried had a minor twinge of pain so I just decided its not worth it to push.
So next chest day it's going to be lighter work and very careful on my chest. STupid chest
today: tuesday, weight is still up at 235.
back workout
bent over rows: 225*20, 245*15, 265*8 (these burned out so fast, ran out of juice on last set)
lat pulldowns (parallel palms): 260*8, 280*8, 300*8, 300*8 (felt good still like these)
t-bar row machine: 135*15, 135*12 (so burned out with that type of pull)
that was basically it, i tried to do iso rows but my partner forgot straps so i couldn't grip the bar properly
also to note, Monday I felt like crap after my workout, dunno why.
Today felt pretty meh in the gym, dunno why again, last few mornings been more humid in the gym where I feel like i got hot/sweaty too fast and it's really bad for my endurance, i absolutely hate that warm/muggy feeling in the gym. Gross gross gross.
Anyway not entirely satisfied with the feel i've had in the gym last few days and not being able to bench really anymore so **** it... i am on track to take my recomp on Halodrol and T3 into high gear... at this point I just want to start looking good in the mirror so that's what I'm going for.

at 30mcg my t3 isn't doing much, i was just getting the dose started early, i'll slowly be ramping it up as my Halodrol starts to build up.
if i had to guess, i'd say my lower endurance in the gym has been due to the hot muggy mornings here, like I said i've been sweating up a storm, feeling too hot during the workouts.
Oh and my stomach has been feeling ****ty the last few days but particularly bad yesterday, sometimes it feels gross during my workouts and that holds me back as well

how do you know it's not fake when you're also on 240mcg of clen? You are on 240mcg of clen and 225mcg of T3 and you're "not feeling much" well if you think your clen and T3 are perfectly legit then good for you.

lol! 240mcg of clen per day? you do realize that clen has a half life of like 36hours so...by like one week in you'd have like 300+mcg ( too lazy to do the math but its up there) in your system.
if it was real you wouldnt be able to sleep

75mcg is as high as a lot of people will go. 150 is really pushing it..........and hes doing 225?.. AND doesnt feel anything. If he is taking anything its t4. and even then thats equiv to about 55mcg of t3. he would definitely feel something if it was real.
Not to mention he keeps putting MG instead of mcg. oh and he thinks eating 500 cals over maintenance will make you gain a pound of muscle .
Haha unreal sounds like that t3 is kicking in.. Dragging a$$ at the gym and strength loss unless I bump up my test dose and throw in another anabolic.. That's at 75-100mcg tho

diet is tightening up... trying to get more exercise/work in later in the day to keep my metabolism going strong. Getting ready to start ramping the T3 up. Waiting on Halodrol.
Testosterone has been weird, a few days after I bumped it up to 500 i got some kind of libido spike, then back down to normal. What's even more interesting is the lack of estrogen i'm now experiencing. I've dosed letro perhaps once in the last 10 days or so... Usually I am doing this 3x a week to keep back the puffy nips but it just seems like the estrogenic effects have mostly vanished. Where is my testosterone at, and why isn't it aromatizing... I am so confused by it all. It's hard to believe i'm on it at all right now, if i didn't get bloodwork done, i would be doubting the authenticity of my test (again).
hmm to quote the movie Beerfest "We are all whores in some way" but anyway their Epi-Strong is 15mg a pill which is a good thing for you jasen you'll only need like 4 a day![]()

**** that dose its too lil, my 5'7" 175 buddy just ran hdrol 75/100/100/125/150/150 got himself 14lbs and 2%bf off. Jasen should see 100/150/175/175/200/200, just remember to drink plenty of acidic juices, seems that sum people notice an acid reflux like side with hdrol. drinking the acidic drinks will premote an alkiline stomache.If I do halo it WILL be 125_150
my #s are blue if anything. I have lost strength on all pressing motions since coming off orals and even some back strength too, also lost endurance throughout the workout as my muscles ability to recoop energy is just not there though the Jack3d helps in its own way but its not the same. Only thing that's actually gone up during the injectable only portion of this cycle is a few arm exercises but that came to a halt over the last couple weeks. Just dont make gains on test, lol...
I am excited for this phase as well. I am hoping this halodrol starts to take effect and contribute to this cycle.
