I like the logic of this. I have been dosing 2 TBSP pre bed for a couple weeks now and I feel it keeps me from going hungry in the middle of the night like I usally do. I just ordered some TruNutrition Sciences casein protein and will give this a try for the first time. With my age everything is about the recovery...

Good deal let me know what you think about that protein, I am not a huge fan of casein powders but can stomach them. More of a medicine mentality than any enjoyment in drinking. So if that one is any good let me know. I like their prices.
 
I'm finishing up 6lbs of their whey blend in vanilla and it is the best tasting protein I have ever had. If the casein is anything close I will be stoked.

Very cool, definitely let me know. I think I will try sme of thers next time I get protein. I have about 13 lbs of it now, Chocolate EAS 100% Whey, LG Lipotropic Chocolate Peanut buttercup, and Nutrapro in the Strawberry. My wife got me more of my EAS before she knew I had the other chocolate coming and the strawberry I keep at work.

Thanks, and it is Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, it is also better for cooking if going over 300. Olive oil develops a bunch of free radicals if used to cook at over 300 degrees.

Typically that might be perfect but eggs and whey digest rather quickly not like casein that takes longer which is why it is normally taken before bed or any other time you will be fasting for more than a few hours. The lactose in milk will cause some insulin spike at a time I would be taking my GH supps. Insulin and GH do not mix well at all, the presence of insulin blunts the release of GH even if everything else you are doing sets it up to be released. Keep that in mind with your current GH supps you are logging. If you are taking in carbs with an hour before or after taking them you should stop and you will see a lot more of the benefits of the products.

Now low carb yogurt mixed with a cup of fat free cottage cheese is a nice 30-35 grams of protein that will stick with you for a while due to the casein and it being a whole food. You can also add in some bcaa/eaa/glutamine to that for more protein if you like.

Thanks Army, I love the HS Preacher curl. I can not wait to get back into the gym for my lift tomorrow. I am about to go do a little walk at lunch for some extra cardio.

I haven't delved into the EVCO yet.. I have heard some good things..
I have read quite a bit on it, have good knowledge of what it can do but still have not gotten into doing it yet. I didn't make it to get any this weekend too many other things going on. Heck I don't even think I logged on here at all this weekend.

When it comes to GDA's or things to help bring on ketosis I tend to do research on diabetes sites. Read up on what they are using, what works in the real world for them. What studies have been done. This was the beginning of where I started finding dietary info that works for me. My body is just hormonally set up to lead me right into type 2 diabetes so I am overly carb sensitive, and find that I just don't respond very well to much over 150 grams a day on a regular basis. I can jump up to 200 grams here and there but if I have 3-4 200 gram days in a week I will not be as lean at the end of the week. Just the way it is for me.

It may not look like too much, it is only a hill after all. Really more of a bank considering it is the levy / bank of the bayou. From top to bottom is an estimated 40 yards, the bottom of the hill is about a 40 degree slope and at the top I would say it is closer to a 55-60 degree incline. The last 10 yards at the top takes a sharp turn up and man it would kill me at the end of the uphill sprint starting about sprint number 3. Normally I give myself a little more rest by running up then walking over about 30 yards and walk down then turn around and run back up. Today I was in the mood to push it so I nix'ed the walks over and just walked down the hill using a deliberate heel to toe roll to work the quads more. When I got to the bottom immediately turned and sprinted back up, then turned immediately to walk back down. The walk to the bayou was my warm up it is about a mile from my work. So I walked it briskly, then I did 10 of these, then walked about a 1/4 mile the other way then turned around and walked (a little less briskly) back to work.

Now for the fun part of this. While I was running I saw these two young bucks come up. Athletic guys started doing some drills. I noticed them pointing at me when I was walking back down the hill. I kept on going, doing my thing. When I was almost done with my sprints they started walking over by where I was and stopped at the bottom of the hill about 20 yards off to the side of where i was running. Now I was doing my last run out of the 10 I had planned and I noticed them getting into a "starting position" and waiting. The closer I got to where I turned around at the bottom and ran I noticed they were really watching me. As I turned around and was taking off I noticed they both took off running as soon as I took my first step back up the hill. DAMN IT! They are racing me! Son of a bitch! I have nothing left, and I will be damned if some High School or College kid is gonna just make me look bad on my last sprint of the day! I am not sure where i go the burst from but I started kicking so hard I lost traction for a second. As i see the lead they have start to grow from me losing traction I just get more competitive. No fugging way I am getting smoked to the top of this hill! I gave everything I had left to get up that hill passing them probably 5 yards from the top of the hill. I stood at the top of the hill for a second looking over at them, both shaking their heads confused. I smile and nod at them; then turn to walk away hoping my legs didn't buckle under me ruining my Alpha Male moment.

I owe some of the motivation for these wind sprints to reading Army's log about smoking those guys. I just wanted to feel that again. I definitely was smoked so it worked out really well.

Oh yeah, this session was also motivated by 1 Motivate, 1 A-T2, and 1.5 scoops of AS-GT! Probably why I was still able to smoke those boys at the END of my sprints. Sorry still feeling pretty ALPHA from that.

Supps aside, you were in a position where there is no way you could do anything but do or die... The gauntlet had been thrown the glove had crossed your face. I would probably have died trying but speed is not my best friend the hill might have given me an advantage as the ability to use my high tollerance for pain would have helped. That's all I have left, the fact I can take more pain than I ever could... at least it's something.

True that, pain tolerance is up. I am really enjoying doing some different things with my training. I can't wait to get back out there and increase the sprints. I gradually want to get to 20 then just not walk any further out only there run then walk straight back. Then maybe jog there, run sprints and walk back. Just keep pushing the conditioning.
 
Great lift this morning.

I had a good workout this morning. Really enjoying the full body workouts again even if I can't do all compound lifts. Although I miss the energy expenditure of all compound lifts I am still burning up some good calories with this method.

Woke up dosed 1.5 scoops of AS-GT, 8 sprays Ghenerate, and 14 grams of BCAA/EAA/L-Glutamine mix.

Made intra drink with another 14 grams of the mix.

I put about 20 total sprays of NO Infuse on my chest shoulders and upper arms about 30 minutes pre lift. I started noticing increased vascularity in my arms before I began lifting. That is a for sure sign it is doing its thing.

Pec Deck - 105x15, 180x12, 210x8>135x5>90x8 - This was a beast, 210 was hard like a mofo. Much harder just putting your elbows on the pads to move them instead of using the straight arm pec deck.

HS Rows - Weight per side. 45x15, 80x15, 100x12 Really feeling the grip out here. It seems to have held up so we will move up a little next time still not doing drop sets on upper body compound lifts.

Lateral Raise machine - 70x15, 110x15 PR for reps! 130x10 - This one felt great but my shoulder is acting up a little so no drop sets.

Overhead DB Triceps Ext. 50x15, 70x12, 110x10 - Nice, this was up from 100 last time no reps lost. I almost got 11 but form was cracking so I put it down.

Hack Squats 135x15, 315x11, 315x10>225x8>135x10 This felt really good, going to keep going up on this.

Seated Leg Curls - 100x15, 130x15, 145x6 I only rested about 30 seconds between the 130 and the 145, not sure why I just got right back in the seat and started again. I think with a little more rest I could have gotten 10-12.


I was pumped to the gills after this workout the mix of high reps and heavy weight really lended itself to a nice pump. Chest was so full it felt like it was going to hit me in the chin. After my lateral my shoulders were so full it was ridiculous and my triceps were just hanging down of my elbow like a slab of meat. I even had a major biceps pump from the Dorians. Interestingly enough I still had a pump when I got in the elevator at work at 8:30 AM 2.5 hours after my workout. My chest and shoulders looked very full through my shirt. Lucky us the whole front wall of our elevators are mirrored. With the lights coming from above the pump is really obvious. The vein in my shoulder/pec tie-in was bulging pretty good when i finished my workout too. I love how that vein looks when it bulges there. Just makes me look buck!

yah encouraging, I am making my move as well, it's rough but it's going ok so far... Even though I competed I was not pushing the kind of weight I was capable of and that cost me a bit. You're not alone Kleen...
 
Shocking Recovery

I forgot to mention I upped my dose of Natadrol to 8 on Monday after seeing so many people get great results at 8. Well I don't have ANY sign of soreness or even the feeling where you aren't quite sore but everything is a little harder to move. NONE OF THAT!!!! I am spry like a MoFo! One of the reasons I like full body is that soreness is limited to a range where you are still functional. However not being even remotely sore at all if pretty damn amazing. I figured pecs, quads and at least triceps would be feeling something but no. I feel awesome and ready to rock and roll all over again right now.

By the way guys thanks for the comments on the workout, I can't tell you how nice it is to be moving some weight worthy or compliment.

I was right on with my assessment of weight loss from going lower carb. I got on scale this morning in nothing but boxers and 193.5, I migrated back up to about 199 before deciding to go back to my bread and butter lower carb style of eating. Out of the weight lost I don't think any was true muscle just some glycogen, water and maybe a pound or so of fat. I don't expect any major development in my abs until at least another 2 weeks of dieting. I am 8 weeks away from wearing a darn TUTU if I don't have abs so it is ON!!!! I will probably take some more progress photos here in the next week or two, probably the weekend after this coming one. I want there to be some noticeable difference in my appearance otherwise I am just taking up space on the server. ;)

As far as the cuting goes...I have no doubt ur going to stay on point. But i am kinda happy in a sadistic/masochistic sort of way that we are both cutting at the same time. I may not look as good as you by the end of my cut but I will def look better then I have in years of uneducated dieting.
 
Thanks GH, I have to say I am not so sure about you not looking as good as me. It just depends on where you decide to stop your cut. I know with your strength that muscle under there must look like granite. Like Dorian back in mid 90's. Not as big obviously but I am talking muscle density here.

On the cutting front, I just came in from some cardio total of 35 minutes, 1/2 mile quick walk warm up, 2 miles jog, 1/2 mile cool down. I would say I probably walked the mile in about 15 minutes and then the jog was probably a 10 minute mile pace for both miles.

Just to prove how much God loves me he let it rain on me for my 1/2 mile cool down. Man it felt great, funny thing was my shirt didn't get any heavier. It was so muggy out there I had already soaked my shirt with sweat. So all the rain really did was cool me off and rinse some of the sweat out of my shirt.
 
Kinda wish I upped my dose of Natadrol up to 8. I started getting good recovery towards the end of the run. Keep doin your thing Kleen!
 
Yeah I picked some more up when they had the deal at NP a few weeks back. Stocked up while it was cheap. :bigok:

I know you aren't asking me lol, but I am doing 2/2/2/2. Seems like most do a 3/3/2 though, or a 3/2/3. I am definitely seeing the benfits since I started the 8/day though. Aggression is kind of hard for me to judge since I hate certain people I work with with a passion, so I am angry often lol. Once I get back home and have a low stress life (read: getting laid) I will be able to tell more I am sure.

They were awesome! Tiring and fun, yeah the fart lick is a beast. I will probably incorporate that as my conditioning improves. Still trying to figure myself out doing sprints on low carb. Surprising though how much I had in the tank. I am still thinking of trying the Tabatta sprints Big talked about. What was that link Big?

I like 3/3/2, and try to get last dose in around 6:00PM when possible. Your body does a hormone check before bed checking androgen levels and what not deciding how much Testosterone to produce. Keeping oral doses of androgens lower in the evenings should help prevent shutdown more. Same with oral AAS. Many people will take D-Bol and what not only in the morning at a higher dose and pulse it to keep from shutting down much so I figured same principle here would be best. I also work out in the AM.

Yeah hating people and trying to judge aggression doesn't give much of an accurate reading. I guess if we hear "I stabbed my supervisor in the neck with a No.2 pencil." We will know aggression got out of hand. ;) Keep it in check soldier! :ponder:
 
Thursday workout in the books. No legs....

Man I went for that run yesterday and it felt great but I aggravated something on the left leg on the side of the knee. Not too bad but ut is a slight burning stinging feeling. I have had it before when i go run outside and go to far the first time or two out. I will have to break it in gradually, running outside like that at least once a week. Since it was really tender I decided working it was not in my best interest. I had my TK's on and everything but their was still some pain after I was already dripping sweat from under them so I knew being warm wasn't going to help it.

BB Flat Bench - WU 135x15, 225x12, 225x8 - I may have had two more on the last set but I looked for my lovely wife and she was writing her lift down. So rather than take a chance I put the weight up. Shoulder being a little weird and the elbow issue no reason for me to take chances.

Straight Arm Lat Pull Down - WU 75x15, 105x10 PR for reps!, 105x6, this was a great weight. The first work set on all of these is to form failure or 15 reps whichever comes first, second set is to form failure as well and I will only go up if I hit 15 on the first weight. This keeps me working hard but smart.

T-Cups - WU 15x10, 25x12 PR for reps!, 30x6, I broke y own rule by going up after 12 on this one but it is because each rep is really 2 reps, 1 rep each front and lateral raises. Pump was stupid at this point.

HS Curl Machine - WU 80x15, 110x15, 125x11 PR - Was nice work, I can not beleive how strong I was feeling on these. The 15 at 110 was way easier than I expected. Almost got 12 out of the 125. I will be starting my worksets at 125 until I break 15 there.

Typically legs would follow here but my leg was still tweaking.

Tomorrow is a cardio day and I don't think running is in the cards. I will either walk an incline or swim doing some HIIT in the pool.

Oh yeah last night was a carb up 160 grams of carbs 80g from oatmeal 30g in raisins and 50 grams of dark brown sugar. Not the ideal carb up but not a bad one either. I started by eating 1.3 oz of almonds to get some fat and fiber in there to slightly slow down absorption. More of a strong trickle into the bloodstream over the next few hours instead of a WHAM BAM effect. I had 2 Slin-Sane and 10 mg of Vanadyl before this meal so I had enough GDA's to handle it without having to have a huge insulin rush but trust me the brown sugar and raisins still kick started the show...

Aggression = High
Strength = High
Libido = High
Composition changes coming quickly.

I have a few more bottles of Nata I got during the sale and am thinking I may go all the way up to 10 on it to round out the end of the Nata stack before going into the SWOLE/Formadrol PCT. Man that PCT has me STOKED!

Kleen I dig your PCT plan. Adding Prime and TestoPro to mine was the right move for me so I see no reason using Form/Swole would not be flat out sick!

You're PCT might outshine your run...

I don't know if it will outshine it or not, there is a decent chance it could. I think Formadrol and Testopro together may end up being the end all be all of Test stacks. The blood work I have seen on the Formadrol and word of mouth on it is AWESOME. I have seen impressive blood work from Testopro from BigT and we all know I LOVE TESTOPRO from experience. So this could outshine, or at least equal the Natadrol/pSARM Especially since as far as I can tell by the size of the boys I am not experiencing any shut down if any it is minimal which is great. If I am already at my normal levels this should be just like kicking off a fresh test booster stack and running it for a month especially with the use of receptor to clean up the androgen receptors.

FYI: SO FAR I AM LOVING THIS STACK! It has kept me consistently moving forward even though I was not using the discipline in eating that I needed to. Now that I am watching my intake things are changing rapidly and I am seeing that I experienced some growth while eating a little more lax.

Something I noticed about the Natadrol that is pretty cool. My muscles are staying full even though all together I am probably taking in 80-100 grams of carbs a day and a good 30-40 grams of that is fiber. My muscles are staying full. Not exactly sure what they are full of but I have not "flattened out" like I normally do when I begin low carb. I do notice a second set drop in strength but this has always been the case with me when the first workset is to form failure.

What about Primordials TRS stack with Testopro that sounds pretty crazy too... I didn't jump on the Natadrol wagon as there was only room for one product of this kind on my itinerary and I chose PM..

That does look pretty good as well but it is a lot more expensive. The cost of the TRS stack for a month is 107.99 at NP, the cost of Tpro like $42 so 150 per month there. Formadrol is 29.99 and Tpro is 42-ish so $72that is half the cost. My money would go to 2 months of the Tpro and Formadrol rather than the TRS stack if Test boosting was my main goal. Now the TRS does address cortisol and GH as well. Which is nice. However with the extra leftover money you could run Hghpro or GHenerate and Lean Xtreme or Recreate and still be around the same money spent as well as getting the extra fat burning of the Forslean in either of the last two products mentioned. I am not knocking Primordial at all. EVERYTHING I have heard about their products are great. But for my money right now I am thinking this stack will be dollar for dollar the best test boosting stack.

yah see you're point... there are a lot of isssues TRS covers but it's expensive. Then with TRS Testopro might be overkill for something like Natadrol. TRS would be enough in itself... just dreaming...:ntome:

I seriously did not feel I needed anything after 6 weeks of high dosed Natadrol. I had no signs of any shutdown nor do I imagine there would have been. TRS does look like an effective OTC PCT for a mild PH like those offered by Primordial, but I think it would be overkill for anything that is not at least mildly suppressive. I will say that PP has some very intriguing products available right now and if I was game to go the hormonal route they are on my EXTREMELY short list of reputable companies to choose from.

Better to gain 8 lbs than to lose 8 in two weeks. Can always get back on schedule once you are into the routine of things

I did hdrol back in Jan-Feb and joints were an issue. Hdrol does not aromatize which if one has has joint issues in the past this can be an issue.
