Ok guys, been saving this log for a long time, and this proves to be a great ride!!!
Before starting, just let it be known that I am spending the next 6 weeks at Ft. Lewis, Washington doing training and will be away from my normal gym and rhythm. However, being a true warrior, I refuse to let this stop me. Also, 4 days upon returning I will be having another knee surgery. I will not stop the log, only have a few day break, and at week 8 or 10 begin the PCT

the supps

LG Sciences:
Natadrol x 4 bottles Will dose this starting at 6 a day for 2 weeks, then 8 for 4, then 10 until... until I decide to stop!!! lol
pSarm (Y-Free) x 5 bottles 4 a day.
Slin x 5 bottles 4 after heavy lift, and 4 before dinner
Receptor x 2 bottles will incorporate this at week 6 to help keep receptors responding to the supps
ASGT 1 scoop non weight days, 2.5 to 3 scoops weight days 45 minutes pre lift
BC EAA 6 scoops intra workout
Anadraulic Pump 5 scoops 15 min pre lift
Lipo Protein 2 servings 1 hour after meal
Postal 3 scoops immediately following lift
Ghenerate 8 sprays pre-workout
Formadrol Extreme PCT - used after 1 week into PCT
T-911 x 3 PCT bridge - 2 weeks before cycle ends and 2 weeks into PCT

Tri extension front and back supper set
Seated cable rows
DB rows
Seated incline DB curls

High volume here I know, but the body is ready for it. I will be driving on Monday, so this will all begin Tuesday!!

ARMYGUY stole my workout from today, did nearly the same one. That is one heck of a stack brother, makes me think mine is weak (as if that's possible). Nasty plan of attack and love the warrior spirit.

Couple of things stand out here:

1. Holy GIANT STACK SIZE Batman! Saving up is an understatement sir! :) Looks delicious

2. It fills me with satisfaction to see other guys hit the weights with such intensity, volume, and more than anything else, frequency. None of that 5-day split B.S. in here; hit it hard, hit it often. TWSS

I wouldn't be where I am now with me right there by my side pushing me to be greater person and man everyday. Secondly, I wanna thank all of you. ok guys woke up to breakfast in bed his morning!!! Since I will be gone on Father's Day, only my 3rd one on a row (thanks Army), my wife and kids decided to make today Father's Day! Needless to say there was no dieting going on this morning!!!! lol The food was $$$$ and I enjoyed it very much! Tomorrow starts my long drive to WA state, and I will be getting up at 0330 in the AM to get there on time. Won't be on at all tomorrow, for obvious reasons... but will be back in action with this killer stack Tuesday!

ok my friends, here in the beautiful North West and ready to kill it at the gym, in the morning though... 14 hours of driving and I am TOAST!! will take a look at this gym and pray they have DB's up to 200lbs! I would settle for 150 though!!
 
ok guys the gym here ROCKS!!! but was totally full!!!! lol they have DB's up to 150, but anything over 100 had cobwebs on them!!! lol Had a good lift, but it was interrupted over and over with soooo many guys in there. Hard to concentrate.

135x15 - 225x12 - 225x10 - 275x5 (went for it with the new reworked grip. felt pretty good. Can't wait to get back to 375!!)
The cables were being used by 25 dudes, NOT KIDDING, so used some crazy peck deck contraption... not a fan...
145x10 (3 times)
COMPETITION LIFT
2 Hand overhead DB extensions:
100x15 - 130x6 (had elbow pain... not happy with this) 130x6 - 100x10
Since they have 150s here, the new goal is 150x5 before I leave... that is only 5 weeks!!! Holy Crap I am insane!!!
PUll-ups-
BW x 12 and then 10 guys actually moved over as I walked around between sets and took the bar... was pissed!!! but moved on
Bent over BB rows:

This whole thing took over an hour because of waiting in line for equipment!!! need to find a new time, but not bad for the first time in a new gym.

Good lift mate, glad u made it there ok ... Was concerned with your journey being posted and driving a low riding car from the dumbells in the trunk, that SOMEONE might have been lying in wait on route and then METROBA'D you

obviously glad that wasn't the case!
 
BTW where is Rob? It's very hard to meet the requirements of this log if he's not around to interact with IMO
