I've been doing overhead bb exts because I prefer the grip the bar provides - overhead's the way to go for the long head of the tri.

I have an old triceps blaster bar. Some people call it a "H" bar. I love using that thingy!!:sgrin:

It looks sorta like this one, Except mine is closed all the way around like a circle.

2 more weeks before I hit up the DB's behind the head again.
 
Wow, I will avoid this like the plague, all I need is a reason to go fug myself up again!! I am struggling to get some of my old strength back. Perhaps this year will be better as the shoulder slowly heals.

Those things rock, we had one in the gym when I was an undergrad. Being able to use a neutral grip on a bar was nice.

My current gym has nothing so special. I've been shopping around, looking for a new gym, preferably some place a bit more serious about lifting, but no luck yet.
 
I love that bar as well... seems some of the old school stuff is much more useful... and we have GOT to get Resolve on this contest!!! He is a BEAST!!!

Ok I knew this week was going to be epic, but I didn't know it would be THIS epic!!!
The TestoPro just treated me like a king today!!! it usually takes supps about the 3rd week for me to really get the full benefits. I was sick the 3rd week, so this 4th week was unreal!!!

Back:
Wide arm Pull downs:
150x15 - 240x10 - 250x8 (entire rack) - 260x8 (PR) - 270x6 (strapped 2 10lb plates on and killed the old PR!!! again I had an audience. I heard one guy even say to his buddy, "he even has great form! wow" lol was a great thing to hear!!)
Bent over BB rows:
135x15 - 225x10 - 245x8 - 275x6 (PR in weight. I kind of bounced on the last 2, but helz man this IS 275!!!) - 135x15
Seated close hand rows:
150x12 - 220x10 - 240x10 - 250x8 (entire rack and PR for reps! felt great!! but DAMN was that heavy!!!)
Standing one arm HS rows (simulates 1 hand DB rows on incline angle)
weight is plates per side
3 plates x 15 - 4 plates x 10 - 5 plates x 10 (was heavy but I was on fire so I went for the gold) 6 plates per side x 10 (PR AGAIN BABY. I simply SMASHED this. When I get back from my 6 weeks training in the woods I will have my son record this one)

Biceps: not as epic as back, nor PRs but it has been 3 weeks since I really lifted these heavy because of lack of gym and being sick
DB alternating curls
35's x 10 - 50's x 10 - 60's x 8 (lost form towards the end) 50's x 8
Standing 2 arm cable curls:
120x12 - 140x10 - 160x8 - 140x10
Standing cable Hercules curls: weight is per side
70x10 - (Dropped weight to teach my son the movement) 60x10 (did 3 times)

All in all was very happy with the lift!!! TestoPro is legit my friends!! and with the ASGT... what a combo!!
Back used to be my worst body part, and now is 2nd fav only behind triceps. Now it is time to bring the Biceps along. They are my weakest point...

Major TEARING IT UP!!!!!! I am so amped to crush it today after reading that, I need to get a PR today or I will be pissed! Oh, I start TestoPro in two days, could not be more excited. Love me some test floating around in the bloodstream and after Formadrol this will take it over the top!

Yeah, I am going to really have to work to catch the Major. Once my cns remembers the lift the efficiency alone should add 10-15 lbs to the lift. I HOPE!!!! LOL

I got 90x10 today...baby steps...I'll be there with you bigs in no time. Dip school is hold, time to teach yall a thing or two about DB tricep extensions. :lol:
