Ok I knew this week was going to be epic, but I didn't know it would be THIS epic!!!
The TestoPro just treated me like a king today!!! it usually takes supps about the 3rd week for me to really get the full benefits. I was sick the 3rd week, so this 4th week was unreal!!!
Back:
Wide arm Pull downs:
150x15 - 240x10 - 250x8 (entire rack) - 260x8 (PR) - 270x6 (strapped 2 10lb plates on and killed the old PR!!! again I had an audience. I heard one guy even say to his buddy, "he even has great form! wow" lol was a great thing to hear!!)
Bent over BB rows:
135x15 - 225x10 - 245x8 - 275x6 (PR in weight. I kind of bounced on the last 2, but helz man this IS 275!!!) - 135x15
Seated close hand rows:
150x12 - 220x10 - 240x10 - 250x8 (entire rack and PR for reps! felt great!! but DAMN was that heavy!!!)
Standing one arm HS rows (simulates 1 hand DB rows on incline angle)
weight is plates per side
3 plates x 15 - 4 plates x 10 - 5 plates x 10 (was heavy but I was on fire so I went for the gold) 6 plates per side x 10 (PR AGAIN BABY. I simply SMASHED this. When I get back from my 6 weeks training in the woods I will have my son record this one)
Biceps: not as epic as back, nor PRs but it has been 3 weeks since I really lifted these heavy because of lack of gym and being sick
DB alternating curls
35's x 10 - 50's x 10 - 60's x 8 (lost form towards the end) 50's x 8
Standing 2 arm cable curls:
120x12 - 140x10 - 160x8 - 140x10
Standing cable Hercules curls: weight is per side
70x10 - (Dropped weight to teach my son the movement) 60x10 (did 3 times)
All in all was very happy with the lift!!! TestoPro is legit my friends!! and with the ASGT... what a combo!!
Back used to be my worst body part, and now is 2nd fav only behind triceps. Now it is time to bring the Biceps along. They are my weakest point...
