Okay so I took it upon myself to do 10 sprays last night. I wanted to see what it was capable of. I was VERY surprised with the results. I got soooooooo "high" if that's the word you wanna use. I was just so chilled and relaxed. I was really "foggy". Vision got blurry like when you are really really really tired. I was in lala land. It felt very similar to a benzo. Needless to say I enjoyed it :lol:. My dreams were nuckin futz! Just insane! I woke up twice last night but it did not effect me at all. The times I did wake up in the night, I was a complete zombie. I wake up every night like 3-4x/night. Last night it was only 2 but I have never felt the way I did when I wake that I did last night. I literally could not open my eyes or focus on anything. I was walking blind. I HAD to get some water because I had horrible cotton mouth. I seem to get it really bad with this stuff. I cannot even stress enough to guys how insane my dreams were. I dont even want to get into it lol. Overall, I had some of the best sleep that I have ever had. AND I will not be dosing it at 10 sprays again. Not because of the effects I felt it is unnecessary and I would like to make it last while I can.

Man you have got to look up the Aristocrats joke. It is a joke that comedians do to compete with each other for who can go the longest nonstop. The goal is to be the absolute filthiest most obscene perverse things you have ever heard anyone say for as long as they can go on making things up. The only real thing they have in common is that it is a family that goes into a talent agent and tries to sell him there act, then they go off into the perversion from there. At the end when asked what the act is called the family says "The Aristocrats!". Bob Sagat has the nastiest one I have heard so far. You want to take a shower after hearing him tell the joke. haha...I've actually been in a REALLY good mood all day. I've been sweating like crazy though. Maybe a thermogenic effect? I'm thinking so far what I like most about Ghenerate besides the sleep is the mood/focus it gives me. Oh and and thanks for the star Lifter :D

Today was my last cruise workout! Tomorrow is gonna be fu*kin crazy!!! :head: :head:

Today's workout: 6-8 reps, 30-45 secs in between sets

- Spider curls - worked up to 40x8; that was my fourth set so I stopped there
- Rope p/l preacher curls - worked up to 105x6
- Seated calve extensions - worked up to 4 plates for 8 reps
- Seated ham curls - worked up to 110x8; weak I know lol but I'm supposed to take it easy anyway
- Leg ext. toes pointed inward - worked up to 170x8
- Decline weighted abs - +45x12, +60x12, +80x12
- Side bends - 3 sets of 12 w/45

Then did some intense sprints on a treadmill for 25 mins, on 1st incline. Burned 204 cals :yup:
 
You got a bball gym or flat track by your gym? Reason I ask is you can easily hyper extend your knee when doing sprints on a treadmill.

other than than, nice spider curls, those things effin kill!!:cheers:

Yes, I have been dosing first thing in morning and another pre bed. Today is the start of my new blast! :yup: I am saving my first dose for 15 mins pre w/o. I slept for 10 hours last night :head:. Had some amazing sleep. The dreams are getting crazier and crazier. Had some sex dreams. I also dreamt I kept attempting 225 for snatch and presses. lol I love it! I guess I really couldnt wait to get this new phase to get started! I'm supposed to do rack deads today but my back oddly is VERY sore. Not sure why or how this happened. I havent done anything with it at all. Anyway, gonna load up on bc+eaa's (6 scoops) and see how that treats me. I'm planning on going through with the rack deads but if I have to, I will take it easy on them.

Okay so I tore up somethin nasty today! #s were looking real nice!...to me :28:

Blast 3 - A1 (just working sets) *if you guys want to see the warmup sets let me know and I will work them in.

WIDE low incline smith press - 175x8-3-2=13, static for 28 seconds, dropped to 155 for 6 reps.
Stretch - dropped from 65s to 60's because 65's were feeling uncomfortable last blast. Did 90 seconds with 60's. I'll prob stick w/ 60 and work up to 2 minutes.
Seated db press - 60x9-4-1=14; I did this one last blast and ended with 5-5-2 for my r/p sets. :woohoo: Strength went up!
Stretch for 45 secs
Cg bench - 165x6-4-3=13; man oh man do my stabilizers need work! It's a good thing I threw in some bb this blast. They need some SERIOUS work. I did find that I was able to control it more as the sets progressed.
Stretch w/ 55 for 60 secs
Hammer pullups - forgot my weighted belt so I decided to do 4 sets of bodyweight w/ about 45 secs rest. Did 10-6-5-5=26. This was dead hang too.
Rack deads - wow was my back sore but this felt good. Worked up to 345x6, tried out 385 for 1 :woohoo: and I know I could have done more but I didnt want to get too wild. Dropped down to 275 for 12.
Lat hang for 60 secs
Db shrugs - 50x10, 95x16; been a longgg time

Weighed myself yesterday and I am sitting at 187 still. This is a surprise considering I have dropped my carbs considerably, maybe around 50g decrease or more. I expected to loose a little strength today too...and nope..no strength loss :yup:. Very pleased about that!

Other supplementation:
1 scoop Pepto pro (5g)
6 scoops bc+eaa (20g)
So 25g bcaa's total :D....:food:

Now I get to rest for the next two days before hitting up my next workout.

I have to drop calories pretty substantially before I see any decrease in strength; lowering CHO by 50g is a small enough increment that you should have no issues maintaining strength while recomping.

I know the feeling - I'm constantly fighting back the flab. Keto is helping though, definitely. And going on a caloric deficit will keep you nice and insulin sensitive in preparation for your cycle, which is always a good thing. :)

If lower back my money is on the treadmill sprints. Belt moving like that at high speed jams the crap out of you especially when you really start running out of gas. If your gonna sprint do it on a solid surface, grass or a real bb court with flex floors would be best. The oppurtunity for huge muscle gain and muscle seperation from sprints is often overlooked by body builders which is a total shame.

Amen to that. I am going to keep my carb relatively low from here on out. I hold to much water if I go over 120 a day. I am only taking in a decent carb meal after training. Then only grapefruit and blueberries. Not complete ketosis but keeps the body burning fat as main source of energy and only taps into glycogen for explosive activity. Did you know both Anabolic Pump and Glycobol increase ketosis on carb limited diets? Many people are unaware of that fact.

Man, this log is hard to follow. ;)
