Not doubting you but any reason why? It seems the 3x/wk seems to work better for most guys like us. I read Dante's whole spill on it and I just dont feel that I'm quite on that level. Especially since guys that are way beyond me still stick to the 3 day split. I did think about it though :)

Some of us respond differently. Like IC, I dont want to follow it EXACTLY. I like to switch it up. Some weeks I will do 3x/week. Some I will 4. Just depends on how well recovery is going. I made the sickist gains on 4x/week though. We'll see how this next one goes. I may start off with 3x/week and work my way up.

Here is my next plan. I used my old template. Just changed the exercises. So ignore the #s. I may decided to switch things up. I'm still thinking but here is what I have come up with so far. I have until sunday. So let me know what you guys think.

Biceps/Forearms/Calves/Hams/Quads

Straight bar curls - 20-30 rest pause
Seated hammer curls - 12 rep straight set
Bicep/forearm stretch for 60-90 seconds
Seated calve raises
Calve stretch for 60-90 secs
Seated ham curls – 12-15 reps working
Ham stretch (SLDL) for 60 secs
Close stance smith squats - 6-10 ss/back off to widow set
Quad stretch 60-90 secs

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back (width/thickness)

Low incline smith press - 20-30 rest pause
Chest stretch 60-90 secs
Seated db press – 15-30 rest pause
Shoulder stretch - 60 secs
CG bench - 11-20 rest pause
Tricep stretch - 90 secs
Close grip hammer pullups - 11-15 rest pause
Rack deads - 6-9 ss/back off to 9-12 ss
Lat stretch - as long as I can.

Ham stretch (SLDL) for 60 secs
BB squats - 6-10 ss/back off to widow set
Quad stretch 60-90 secs

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back (width/thickness)

Low incline db press - 15-30 rest pause
Chest stretch - 90 secs
Seated iso press - 20-30 rest pause
Shoulder stretch - 60-90 secs
Weighted dips - 15-30 rest pause
Tricep stretch - 90 secs
Wide grip pullups - 11-15 rest pause (warm up on Assisted pullup machine)

Seated arnold press - 25-30 rest pause

I over trained when on the 4 day split. Maybe if you are on gear it would fly.
 
Oh fyi, I chillin out on my leg growth that is why I have leg ext in the last quad session.

Its a week long cruise after my blast before I start my next blast.
 
I ran the 4 day split when was doing my microdrol run but i think i'll be returning to a three day split when i return to DC because my body felt ran down.
 
But i do think it's more about personal preference....
 
The reason I like it more is I progress faster. I was making MUCH slower gains in strength and size at 3/week. Bumping it to 4 has made things sky rocket. Im sure it will not last forever. The last one lasted 10 weeks at 4/week. We'll see how far I can go this time.
 
Hitting a cruise right now, eh? It's good to break every 3-4 weeks and do something a bit less taxing on the CNS.

Sick sick sick workout today! Today was Cruise workout #2. 1 more to go before I start my next blast! Rep range was just aiming for 8 reps. And rest was minimal if at all. I did do some 20 rep sets to end an exercise tho and the pump I was today was sick! My workout partner said he's never seen my arms looking so dense. I did test out my 1rm on flat bench today and I was pleased. I have not done this exercises in like a year I think :think:. Last I did it I was repping 165. Today I was able to get up 220x1 :D...I really didnt think I was going to be able to but I did and with good form. I really really struggled at the top but I knocked it out. I can def see this exercise is A LOT harder than any other chest exercise for me. My body just isn't a fan of it. I like Incline BB a lot more.

So here is today's workout with just some highlights:

Flat bench - 220x1, worked my way down from 8 reps
Pec dec - ended on 90x8..didnt moved up in any more weight after this
ss w/ machine flys ended on 230x6...always been strong here
1 arm lateral raises w/ other hand on back of seat ended on 35x8. Form started getting a little sloppy on last 2 reps. Goal isn't to failure this week. Just to keep things going until my next blast starts.
ss w/ bentover lateral raises - worked up to 25's for 8 reps
Rope pushdowns - Maxed out the machine!!!! :woohoo: for 5 reps!! gyeahh! Ended with 13x25
BW pullups - Did 4 sets totaling 28 reps
Cg seated rows - worked up to 220x4 :woohoo: Dont think I have ever done this much weight on this machine :D

A lot of these exercises are PRs. Actually I think all of them are besides pullups, and the raises. It's been a good minutes since doing these exercises. So it's really nice to go back and see where I stand. Today was a nice boost in ego.

Ghenerate
- density: muscles are feeling very very dense.
- sleep is getting much more sound w/ same amount of hours sleep
- erections (random and not random) are happening more frequently are much harder
- libido is about the same but it IS high right now
- like Hman mentioned in his thread, I am waking up dryer in the morning. I feel full throughout the day
- noticing more endurance
- recovery seems to be better. Dont wanna say for sure just yet tho

naw looks good mang. I wish I could work out 4 days a week. I have the time and motivation, my body just doesn't recover fast enough when I work out DC.

Looks pretty balanced out but there are 6 workouts there not 4. (Yeah i bet you were already aware of that. LOL) So are you rotating them? If so in order to get a little more recovery and less chance for overtraining you could just lift every other day. You get one day of recovery in between every workout and 3 between each workout for the same bodypart. Would alternate you between 4 workouts on week and 3 the next.

Yeah an every other day would be my ideal workout but my wife dictates my workout schedule. LOL She doesn't mind me going in for an extra workout on Sunday if I want but since she works out with me she wants to know exactly when she is going to be at the gym.

G is right. The times I workout are perfectly scheduled in. It is the ONLY time of the week I can workout. I actually worked my class/work schedule around it this semester. I have 6 workouts - a1, b1, a2, b2, a3, b3. I do a1-b2 wk 1; a3, b3, a1, b1 wk 2 and so on. I rotate and complete my rotation in less than 2 weeks. If I work out 3x/week, it takes 2 full weeks to complete the rotation.

Wed, Thur, Sat and Sun. The rest are rest days or cardio days if I can make it happen (not often).

Okay so I took it upon myself to do 10 sprays last night. I wanted to see what it was capable of. I was VERY surprised with the results. I got soooooooo "high" if that's the word you wanna use. I was just so chilled and relaxed. I was really "foggy". Vision got blurry like when you are really really really tired. I was in lala land. It felt very similar to a benzo. Needless to say I enjoyed it :lol:. My dreams were nuckin futz! Just insane! I woke up twice last night but it did not effect me at all. The times I did wake up in the night, I was a complete zombie. I wake up every night like 3-4x/night. Last night it was only 2 but I have never felt the way I did when I wake that I did last night. I literally could not open my eyes or focus on anything. I was walking blind. I HAD to get some water because I had horrible cotton mouth. I seem to get it really bad with this stuff. I cannot even stress enough to guys how insane my dreams were. I dont even want to get into it lol. Overall, I had some of the best sleep that I have ever had. AND I will not be dosing it at 10 sprays again. Not because of the effects I felt it is unnecessary and I would like to make it last while I can.

It's pretty potent. I am not sure we needed to do 120 doses, but GH products should be run for at least 2 months, so I thought it was appropriate. I didn't get to the write up yet, because I just got home and I have to go to a family gathering tonight. I will get it up ASAP.

Man you have got to look up the Aristocrats joke. It is a joke that comedians do to compete with each other for who can go the longest nonstop. The goal is to be the absolute filthiest most obscene perverse things you have ever heard anyone say for as long as they can go on making things up. The only real thing they have in common is that it is a family that goes into a talent agent and tries to sell him there act, then they go off into the perversion from there. At the end when asked what the act is called the family says "The Aristocrats!". Bob Sagat has the nastiest one I have heard so far. You want to take a shower after hearing him tell the joke.
