Okay so I tore up somethin nasty today! #s were looking real nice!...to me :28:
Blast 3 - A1 (just working sets) *if you guys want to see the warmup sets let me know and I will work them in.
WIDE low incline smith press - 175x8-3-2=13, static for 28 seconds, dropped to 155 for 6 reps.
Stretch - dropped from 65s to 60's because 65's were feeling uncomfortable last blast. Did 90 seconds with 60's. I'll prob stick w/ 60 and work up to 2 minutes.
Seated db press - 60x9-4-1=14; I did this one last blast and ended with 5-5-2 for my r/p sets. :woohoo: Strength went up!
Stretch for 45 secs
Cg bench - 165x6-4-3=13; man oh man do my stabilizers need work! It's a good thing I threw in some bb this blast. They need some SERIOUS work. I did find that I was able to control it more as the sets progressed.
Stretch w/ 55 for 60 secs
Hammer pullups - forgot my weighted belt so I decided to do 4 sets of bodyweight w/ about 45 secs rest. Did 10-6-5-5=26. This was dead hang too.
Rack deads - wow was my back sore but this felt good. Worked up to 345x6, tried out 385 for 1 :woohoo: and I know I could have done more but I didnt want to get too wild. Dropped down to 275 for 12.
Lat hang for 60 secs
Db shrugs - 50x10, 95x16; been a longgg time
Weighed myself yesterday and I am sitting at 187 still. This is a surprise considering I have dropped my carbs considerably, maybe around 50g decrease or more. I expected to loose a little strength today too...and nope..no strength loss :yup:. Very pleased about that!
Other supplementation:
1 scoop Pepto pro (5g)
6 scoops bc+eaa (20g)
So 25g bcaa's total

Now I get to rest for the next two days before hitting up my next workout.
