The cheat dinner was actually a bit spontaneous, and had I known before hand that we were going to a steak house, I would have brought my wartime ammunition, 4 DCP's, 2 AP's and a Pslin. Oh well...

Thanks for following along. The appetite suppression is still very strong at 1 cap. If I didn't have scheduled meals, and only ate when I "felt" hungry, I don't think I would eat very much at all. Thanks. My numbers haven't changed too much during my cut. I'm still pushing the same quantity of weight now as I was at 215, as far as opening exercises. The main difference are that my repetitions have decreased and my strength doesn't hold out as long into my workout as it used to.Damn impressive numbers! Keep up the great work!

I honestly don't know if I could muscle down 64oz of steak. In general, I don't get full eating the steak, until the steak is gone.

I'm not trying to sound strong or anything, but our gym's db's only go up to 120lbs Db's and I can hit that for 10-12 reps by my last set, if I started off on 100lbs Db's for 15. I only tend to use the Db's when my goal is hypertrophy, or as a second exercise or third exercise following Barbells. Even if I start off with Flat BB press and perform flat Db's second, or even third after Incline BB press, I still start off at 100lbs Db's.good work on the chest! how are your DB workouts? I think some Gold's Gyms have Db's that range as high as 150lbs, that's what I'm talk'n about.lucky you...
