Shadow's eight pack turned into a fat @$$ six. Have some pride in yourself, six pack.... :tired:
No way, dude. I'm fat. LOL. I might be able to see the lines where my upper abs should be first thing in the morning on a good day, but that's about it. I threw the cuts out the window and went all in for mass.

I'll start cutting again in June, but for now I'm just looking to break 200.

P.S. If you get a chance, stop by my log in about a week (it's pretty dead now). :)

He explains it on the YT page. I think he just lost his footing...His other videos are weird...he likes to slam weights down and a lot...He's decently strong, though.

I had a dense cheat meal last night, steak & potatoes (rice pilaf and a slice of bread).

I almost got the 32oz Porterhouse, but then I realized my appetite isn't what it used to be. I could have probably easily finished a 32oz Porterhouse, but the meal had all these sides that came with it, so I held back. (Not to mention the Porterhouse was like $49.00), we were at a "high-end" steak house, but I've had better steaks for half that price.

I'm 189lbs this morning after my carb heavy cheat meal last night, I'm okay with that.

The cheat dinner was actually a bit spontaneous, and had I known before hand that we were going to a steak house, I would have brought my wartime ammunition, 4 DCP's, 2 AP's and a Pslin. Oh well...

Day 7, Chest Day



I normally provide only a very brief and non-descriptive overview of my lifting sessions, because my goal was to focus on the relevant effects of the product, and significant strength gains are not usually, directly associated with a fat loss agent. However, the concern of potential strength loss is, so I may provide a more descriptive detail of my large muscle group days, and see if anything can be observed.

Today's Weight: 189lbs

CHEST DAY

Flat Bench
225lbs x 10 reps
275lbs x 10 reps
285lbs x 6 reps

Incline Bench
185lbs x 10 reps
205lbs x 8 reps
225lbs x 6 reps

Hammer Decline Press
230lbs x 10 reps
250lbs x 8 reps
270lbs x 8 reps

Hammer Dips
180lbs x 10 reps
230lbs x 8 reps
250lbs x 6 reps

I've always performed the free-weight loaded, Hammer Dips with my body facing away from the machine, which means I don't have any leg bracing holding me down and preventing the weight from teetering me off the seat, so I have to edge my way down and do a jiu jitsu wrap with my legs beneath the seat to keep me in a static position. It is a bit of extra work, but by facing away from the machine, I can perform this movement with a bit of a forward lean, mimicking the dip bars, and draw my lower/outer pecs into the movement.

I've gotten well adjusted to the 1 cap dosing and my sleep has not been a further issue, therefore, tomorrow I'll progress my dosages up to 2 caps, and will most likely remain there, with the exception of trying out an added cap of 1 SX Booster, when that becomes available to me.

That combination is only used to buffer "cheat meals," which are maybe once every 10 days or so, I couldn't afford to do that with every meal or even once a day.

Thanks for following along. The appetite suppression is still very strong at 1 cap. If I didn't have scheduled meals, and only ate when I "felt" hungry, I don't think I would eat very much at all. At 1 cap, any form of appetite doesn't seem to appear until the PM.

I've always thought Texas was the home of big steak eat'n, but according to Mulletsoldier, The Canooks are the king of cattle consumption. He was telling me something about a steakhouse he used to go to that served a 64 oz, if you can eat it, it's free deal, up in Canadia.

I honestly don't know if I could muscle down 64oz of steak. In general, I don't get full eating the steak, until the steak is gone.

Thanks. My numbers haven't changed too much during my cut. I'm still pushing the same quantity of weight now as I was at 215, as far as opening exercises. The main difference are that my repetitions have decreased and my strength doesn't hold out as long into my workout as it used to.

I've been thrilled with my results so far.

I honestly don't know if I could muscle down 64oz of steak. In general, I don't get full eating the steak, until the steak is gone.
biggest steak i ever ate was a 45 oz at a place out here that closed up. if you could eat it all your meal was free and you got a shirt.

i also ate their "nuclear" wings for the free meal and shirt...they were so hot...i had stomach cramps for days after those.

I've had something similar to nuclear wings, but you didn't get a prize for eating them. I love everything and anything spicy.

btw, we are the home of steak eat'n just because they have one steakhouse that has a 64 does not mean they steal our title.

Currently, my primary concern is strength, so my chest workouts are predominantly performed with Barbells. I'm not trying to sound strong or anything, but our gym's db's only go up to 120lbs Db's and I can hit that for 10-12 reps by my last set, if I started off on 100lbs Db's for 15. I only tend to use the Db's when my goal is hypertrophy, or as a second exercise or third exercise following Barbells. Even if I start off with Flat BB press and perform flat Db's second, or even third after Incline BB press, I still start off at 100lbs Db's.

my gyms d.b.s go up to 100. (not that i'm close again yet)

and i much prefer d.b. bench over b.b. bench

I think some Gold's Gyms have Db's that range as high as 150lbs, that's what I'm talk'n about.

my highschool had db's up to 200.


i wish i never graduated ;)

from a football stand point, i'm told incline bench is better but i get mixed reviews about bench and d.b.'s

what's your opinion?

Yep that's why I will be going dumbells. My shoulder is holding back my chest development and that's my main concern being a bodybuilder.

Papaya you say? Mmmmm, sounds like it'd be a very exotic flavor, I've never tried or heard of that, but it sounds amazing!

2 Caps Revisited

The 2 Caps of SX felt like it had an extraordinarily strong kick this morning. It definitely got me moving and primed for my AM cardio.

60 min interval cycling.

The mood augmentation is not quite as apparent as it was during my first week, but that requires a tad of detail. Firstly, I'm on SX on a daily basis now, so the difference between pre-SX base mood and the current, daily SX use, has a lesser degree of differentiation. I've described two primary experiences in the mood augmentation. First, the uncharacteristic sociability at the gym, and second, the very relaxed & content feeling, as what I could only describe as, "a relaxing stim." The latter effect of feeling more calm & relaxed is still apparent, but not so much the upbeat, sociability.

However, everything else that I've touched on is right on par. Solid, sustained energy, not overwhelming, very manageable and burns like a Prius.

never heard of that....
heard of chicken fried chicken, and chicken fried steak, and country fried chicken and steak and texas sized chicken fried steak......(it's HUGE, it covers an entire pizza pan)
