Heres me doing rows... My rear delts were bulging out sexily but my bro couldnt get a good shot of them...and lighting kinda washed most of the cut out. I think all the hard work on the raises, dips and rows are showing on them shoulders a little more.


Heres how I like to end my workouts with some cardio and ab workouts like this... I practice the move at 2:11 espcially alot!!! lol

All the pics are private cause indont want my flickr freinds thinking I post pics of myself to show off. Lol. The pic of me rowing is a pic not video and is small cause it's very blurry. The only video is the you tube link which is hilarious.

I may bring my wifes camera to the gym next time to get some videos.
 
Well Ima be heading to the gym soon for legs. However I feel horrible and couldn't even get my pre workout meal down so numbers are not going to be good today. Prob just maintenance.

Heres a video of me doing my squats on fri. I wasnt feeling good as mentioned...no not drinking related either lol.... So i didnt have anything in me but to maintian. Let me know if my form is okay. I think I need to start the motion with my butt more so its more of a sitting down like start. Form has vastly increased over the last few weeks since I started doing them again.

I will be posting a final weight and before after pics, along with first and last workout weights. I prob wont do much interpretation of the results as I will leave most of it for you people to deciede on your own.

Not too bad you are doing a basic bodybuilding type squat there. For more power you could lower the bar a little on your traps and widen out your stance a little bit. Keep your hands on the bar at all times, and while holding onto the bar don't allow your elbows to point back, you want to be pulling the elbows under you. When you come up from the bottom lead with your head like you are trying to put the crown of your head through the ceiling. That doesn't mean to look up at the ceiling like you hear a lot. That is how people explain it because the body goes towards where you are looking. However it is much safe to lead with the crown of your head while keeping the head level. Doing this will make you automatically erect your back which will help to keep it from rolling.

Yeah there is no reason to question any of the DS sold by MrSupps. Some haters tried to spread the questioning in that direction but that is just hate. I see why there is a question here and no way for others toprove anything however the situation was a one of deal not standard practice as some try to portray.

Speaking of Dieselbolan they are still running the BOGO over at MrSupps for the DS.

Well I will see if I can type all this on my phone for you guys but it will prob be filled with typos. Lol

Okay I won't awnser many questions beyond what is given in this post. Everyone can make their own choices based on my weight/experiance. Alright i started at 199. I had already been bulking for 2 weeks or so, so their wasn't any fake weight to be put on by changing diet. I started at an estimated 13-13.5% BF. Ill try to bump my first and last workouts in here as well. The cycle was ran for one bottle which was 22 I believe. I ran 40mg or 4 pills a day. Only sides I really noticed was a slight funny head feeling, kinda cloudy like caffine mixed with ephedrine causes. Urine was slightly Darker than usual, not much and no where near as dark as SD caused. No back pumps but I don't get those anyways.

Started at [email protected]%bf ended at a peak weight of [email protected]%bf. These are of course just estimates but I believe they are pretty accurate, I have more chub on myself and was told by my mom, and a freinds sister(he told me she said it) than my face was getting fat. No leaning affect was noticed. At least 3 lb of the 6 was attributed to fat. Which leaves 3-3.5lb unaccounted for. Now 3-3.5 lbs of potential muscle of in three weeks is not bad, yet is it possible for someone who has been training for only 13 months to gain? I lost some muscle while dieting before my bulk btw. Bench went up 2 reps in three weeks, squats went up a couple reps, leg press, leg curls went up alot maybe 20-30 lbs. Pull ups went up 5lb, rows maybe 10lb... Btw these are from memory and may be slightly wrong. Will bump actualy numbers later. I'm a natural pullier. I mean I handle pullin excercises like no other and continue to always gain and always get awsome pull ups, rows, leg curls ect workouts in. Pushing excercises I struggle more physialogically and mentally as well. Chest is always my focus though.

Over all I look a little bigger and more filled out. Traps got a little bit of size back, chest looks same, back prob filled out a bit, shoulders appear to have grown the most as I pushed hard on increasing my raises by a decent amount. Curls went up 5lb and arms look slightly larger but I measured them and they are ony 15in which is 1/4 inch under pr. Wife said my arms look huge but she doesn't really see me flexing too often lol.

Over all I feel about as large as I was on my last bulk which got me to 207lb, yet I'd say I'm 1% lower on BF than last bulk.

So all in all I did get some gains this month. I however can't say for certain if there was or wasn't a hormone in here. If ther was is was weak and not anywhere near the level of SD or I was just a non responder. I got gains over the 3 weeks that may be slightly above natural or maybe not as I am only begining year two of lifting. I can promise that i was pushing hard... Harder than I have ever pushed before, I was trying with 110% of everything I had to try to get gains for you guys.

So the million dollar questions are were my gains possible naturally? Does the fact that the gains required an unseen level of grinding that I have yet to need to push to mean no? 6 lb in 3 weeks isn't bad, would the product in question have made all gains lean? Does the fact that I didn't experiance huge gains like everyother log mean there logs were fake, I'm not a responder, or some other reason for not gaining 10lb of glyocen in week 1. Most people here hate my diet but I have used it before with success and came out increasing my bodyfat at the proper rate of increase for a moderate bulk.

Diet over all was low fat prob rarely broke 70g in a day. Protein was around 300-350, carbs were 350-400 g.

Well that's about all I can think of for you guys. When someone more experianced like unreal who had his body exactly in check will be a better person to judge. My log is not the end all be all for monsterdrol, nor does it neccessarily negate all of the other logs. Everyone will have to make there own decision as I can't make it for you, especially since gains are not clearly 100% one way or another IMO.

I can tell you were pushing yourself. I start mine very soon n hope that I gain substantially more weight though.

Well that is an indicator of kidney stress, which is definitely possible with a methyl so that may suggest something was in there, good way to end the log Zama and nice review, too bad you did not make better gains but like you said you may be a non responder

Maybe could have been a bad batch but guess we'll never know, I personally am very skeptical of a lot of pd/ds not because of the companies, which I think most of them are trying to put out there the product they say they are, but because the suppliers of the raws are usually Chinese operations, and who even knows what standards they use or if they are just mixing stuff up in a blender

Well I have not been interested in a log for a long time like I was interested in this one.

It definitely delivered for me. The final results are a little ambiguous and I will interpret them for myself as everyone else should.

6 pounds in 3 weeks and the strength increases you mention are IMO a good amount above natural training... BUT, if every condition was right, such as coming off a cut, muscle memory, fresh off of creatine and you started taking it, eating a big enough diet to allow for fat gain, then maybe one could throw on 6 pounds in 3 weeks and get good strength increases. I mean if you ran it for another week and gained 8 pounds total, it would be easier to say you had some help from the MDXT. I do agree though, your results are a bit different than other loggers, one of them didn't get any weight increases but got very solid strength increases so we do know every compound treats everyone differently.

Other than that, you say you did look bigger and fuller so I'm glad you got something out of this to enjoy for yourself bro, glad the wife was impressed, and you've also reached a level in your physique you haven't been to so far so my hats off to you for that.

Alright guys one last update. So I was a little unsure about the results of mdxt due to the fact that I gained some weight but as much fat. Clearly I was eating enough to grow alot and have a big spike in my weight which never came. I got curious if I was just a non responder so I ran some p plex which is oviously very similar. I know different compounds but the closest thing out there. I started at around 204.5-205.5 depending on water ad food fluctuations. No change in diet was made as it remained low fat high protein high carbs. Protein was alot of tuna and cassin as always. Lots of milk as well FF btw. Carbs were bread, milk, fruit, oats, lots of cereal, pwo pancakes with low butter. Fats were mayo, olive oil fish oil pills and cream chese. These are always my usual things i eat. Weight within two weeks had jumped to 211-212. The glyocen went through the roof as always while on. Strength has been mild but in the 3-4 weeks I have added 10+ lb to all lifts. I have been doing more o a recomp diet which involves highcals on workout days low cals on non workout days. It's done a great job keeping gains very lean but I'm now switching up to an all out bulk for the last couple weeks as recomping slows gains way down I'm finding out. P plex is showing itself to be more anabolic than androgenic by it's results on me.

Muscles are looking at an all time high for size. Certain angles I catch myself and am like wow I'm lookig big lol.

I really wanted to believe mdxt was legit, but I never got the initial weight increasing and when switching compounds my weight all of a sudden jumped up dramatically which I wouldn't expect switching orals. I was pushing even harder in the gym while on mdxt than p plex yet I'm gaining more muscle and strength now. Yes my gains seemed slightly outside the natural range on mdxt but I wouldn't expect 1/1 ratio of muscle and fat when lean bulking like that and have not been experiancing that fronthe p plex. Also i never received the huge jump in weight orals bring or not the jump people in other logs were describing. Maybe my bottle was bunk and there's wasn't I don know.

Also te p plex made my urine noticeable darker and made my mood better and libido increase alot as well which was a nice surprise. Everyone has to make there own conclusions but I'm sure unreals log will be the real deceiding factor.
 
Glad you were able to add what u wanted in the end man! I never got what I was hoping for and my experience was much like yours unfortunately n im kinda pissed.

ah man I almost PMd you my personal opinon but didn't want to seem like a hater or something. I wanted this thread to be interpted on results not by opinons at least not until I knew for certain. I take saying something isn't legit as serious and wanted to compare my results with p plex and see. P plex gave me what I was looking for, still making progress too.

I look forward to seeing unreals results. He seemed to be reporting good stuff off the bat. Maybe some is real and some aren't. Idk

also did you keep getting head aches for a couple days? I said on the first few days it had similar feelings as ephedrine and cafffine in terns of how it makes your head feel and what not. When you said you strted getting headaches after I couldn't help but think of caffine withdraws.

Who cares how you seem haha? you're just reporting your personal results and personal opinions. people can do with it what they want. I definately wish I had some phera Id hit it right now.

Odd if Unreal is getting results too. I didnt see him writing about it, is it on here or another board? Thats my feeling. It makes sense with different tests showing completely different results.

I only had headaches for two days but since then ive been kinda sluggish and didnt hit the gym for the second time in four days. never considered caffein withdrawl but the symptoms do seem to fit.
 
Unreal has made two post about mdxt in other threads. He was only a week in but said he felt a little harder and ON. I'll prob try n trade my other bottle for some beast or something. Lol didn't ask for a refund since it's kind of a buyer beware market IMO.
