How did your bench drop back to 205?

Took a break from the gym (Had some problems with schedule, school is 45 minute drive away, money for food, car, gas, tuition)... haven't been in the gym for some time now.

I reached 205x5 pre-cycle after working out natty for 2 months, cycled, went up to 225x10, post cycle went to 205x10, had the gym break, and when I am periodically in the gym playing basketball I test my strength and it's 205x5. Sucks :baby:

Sh*t happens SS... you know the game. Getting all my ducks in a row as we speak and hitting the weights hard next week. Gonna work my schedule next semester so it leaves time for the gym and hoepfully plan to be working out constantly for the next 5 months with a cycle in there somewhere... maybe 2 ;)

Not sure what updates I got for you. Nothing new to report. Was gonna go to the gym for arms but I was way too tired from working today. I will have to do Them tommorrow with legs. I need to drink a lot of water tonight as I am behind.

Lol thanks but Im not real lean. I'm realitively lean and I woukd not be this lean if I didn't diet for 6 weeks after my last bulk. Lol I dropped about 10lbs of fat. I was 208 or so. I am bulking but not going insane. I'd say cals are around 3300-3600 ED. I was already gaining weight steady each week. If i go too crazy on cals my weight will shoot up and we we may say it's legit if it's not. I'm also not on creatine since I don't want anything that will add weight. I'm dfinetly as glycogen loaded and water/food filled as possible natty so if I gain 10 lbs quickly then you'll know why.

Leg day is almost here.

Oh here's diet for today... Not best but had busy day...
12:00 50 gram shake
2pm 2 double chese burgers, some fri's
6pm 50 gram shake
8pm 2.5-3 cups rice, 1.5 chicken breast, mushroom curry sauce, brocoli
11 pm 90 gram shake, cinnomon raisin bagel w lots of cream chese

usually actually though my shakes are prob 70-90 gramers as I 65 g of protein plus the milk is 2 cups. Also te cinnomon raisin bagels are a great way to add cals guy. The bagel is 60 g carbs, 260 cals, wen you add the cc you get the fat. So my shake makes it a nice meal.
 
ya I cut right after a bulk cycle once (my 2nd cycle ever in 2007) and so I learned the hard way to never ever do that.

and CM man time off like that will kill you. I try to never take time off. I did it a year ago cuz I was maxed out, hurt myself... Ended up just regretting it because I went from the best stats I'd ever had to losing weight and adding flab... Man **** time off... I will always do some kind of maintenance even just 3x a week.

I won't take days off let alone a week off. :P Dude the more I train the better I feel.

idk what my bench is at... but i been doing this for so long that I know i'll be able to push 225*10 pretty much no matter what. I first pushed that when I was 19 and I'm almost 24 now. Being in the game for a long time has its benefits :P. Same with squats I can always do sets of 315 on squats easy even if i don't squat for months and months just because I've been able to do it for soooo long. I dont know how many times i've gone through bulking and cutting in the last 4 years of training. If i stop training i'll get weaker and flabbier but there's some basic strength levels I'll always keep.
Similar story when I lifted in high school I maxed my bench at 185*11. Then I didn't lift for a few years and got fat. Next time I hit the bench, when I was 19 actually, could still do 185*8 on bench. And naturally hit 225*10 before I turned 20! :P

Hmm sorry for the long OT rant.

Moral of the story: time off sux and cutting after a bulk cycle sux

Hey Z I saw you on MFF... some people over react with things. Just want you to know that... you're obviously not gonna put your health on the line any more than you would when taking other steroids you know...
 
Ya. I've pinned myself with cheap gear from 10$ test vials that came from china :) I'm not concerned with munching MDXT caps.
 
Yeah I agree. I mean let's say this hormone is real... I guarentee it will be not nearly as unhealthy as SD! This is the least of my worries lol.

Thanks brotha I'll keep pluging away. Very thirsty tonight. Can't wait to drink water tommorrow. But I'd rather go to bed thirsty than wake 5 times tonight. I got as much as I could down this evening. I'll have to do better tommorrw

Haha I know man... thirst instantly went through the roof when I started SD... I have heard that many strong steroids do this. Just get in the habit of keeping track of water intake. I used to garry around 1 gallon jugs with me on cycle... f***in everywhere.
 
If i go too crazy on cals my weight will shoot up and we we may say it's legit if it's not.

I agree with this, if your eating the same calories as you have been, and you gain 15 pounds, then there's probably some kind of steroid in there. If you start pigging out dirty bulking we'll never know where the pounds are coming from. You don't want to taint the results.:bigok:

well I've bumped the mdxt up to 40mg today. Can't wait for legs later, well I guess I should get out of bed and eat meal one. Lol I love unemployment haha

Don't wanna derail this thread but MDXT is my next planned cycle, start date is supposed to be January. Only thing is I am thinking of altering my plans... I was going to run 2 bottles 30/30/40/40/50/50.
However now I am thinking of instead pulsing it for 8 weeks or so. Probably 50mg 3x a week something like that. Was just tossing the idea around in my head.

Dont pulse my man, please don't do it.. Not a fan of the pulse thing.... Keep constant stable levels is the only way to go IMO

If i were to do it and get great results, would that influence your opinion?

I have pulsed before and the feel is great. I have dosed fast-acting oral steroids in all kinds of ways that would cause the most unstable concentration levels and I have never found this to produce more side effects. In fact I find that pulsing produces less side effects, creates significantly less shutdown, and allows you to make gains slowly and gradually over a longer period of time.

I pulsed in 2007. Since then I have always looked for feedback on the forums from people who have tried it. Almost everyone who has tried it, liked it. Probably 95+% of the people who tried it.

Just read this... and look at the types of PCT's they are using (not much) and someone had bloodwork showing no shutdown at all. Pulsing is no joke.

Hey guys, back from gym. About to head to a Mongolian BBQ buffet, so I will be gorgeing on high fat lol. I slamed a shake too right now just to make the macros more balanced. Here's my leg day

squats 225x4,4 215x5
seated leg curls 185x8, 180x7, 175x7
leg press 3 pps+10sX 12, 3ppsX10 ( 4 second reps)
seated leg curls 115x12,10
calves

it felt good to have 225 on my back again.should regain squat strength fast. The slow leg press hurt SO bad!!! I wanted to cry lol. You guys need to try them. I will try n sqaut 225 6-8 next time. Should be fun. Oh I also hit some abs

no weight gain 199.7 today. Though slightly dehydrated

I hate leg press man... most uncomfortable f***ing fetus position to be in pushing hundreds of pounds lol.

Yeah bro I go deep... Real deep lol. I always go to paralel, usually even on my last rep... I sometimes might take my hand off the bar and push on my knee to help past a sticking point if I'm stuck. On Monday my leg workout was heavy leg press, and squats were the metabolic failure excercise, inwas only using 135 but 4 second reps trying to get to 12 reps and man was it painful!! Lol

Yeh man I hate squats too. I get nervous with anything over 225 on my back that when I squat down I wont come back up. As a result my form just flat out sucks. I get close to parellel, but thats about it.

Bro- i dont know if you can tell whether there is a methyl in the hormone based on "feel" a methyl group alters the hormone yes, such as methylated masteron or methasterone which IS Superdrol....

Zama- listen.......the liver is a remarkable organ. I dont drink anything anymore, or any drugs anymore, its been almost 3.5 years since i had a drink or a line or a iv of anything


that being said I know people who drank 5ths of vodka pretty much everyday- and they are living and in good health- although let us note that they no longer drink-anything lol


my point is this- the liver- takes ALOT to shut down....however drinking on SD is imo not smart....I may not be a vet....but im a vet to drinking/drugs thats for damn sure

now then....do i think having some beers/liquor ON will kill you? No of course not, do I think its risky? Yes......espc. if you cant control your alcohol consumption



I have ran 3 cycles and am on my fourth- I havent had a drink in any of them
 
I can't "feel" any difference in terms of what my liver is processing. Off cycle vs. nonmethyl vs. SD vs. SD stacked with PP, can't tell any difference.

Can remember 2 occasions getting drunk while on orals (SD both times). Once I was on 30mg of SD and did a triple shot of 100 proof, followed up with more shots and beers. Did I "feel" anything related to my liver? No. Did i feel bad, sick etc.? No. I got about as drunk as I expected to be and felt normal. You shouldn't be feeling anything...

If you ever "feel" anything that you think is related to your liver, then you are probably ****ing it up.

If you have very bad lethargy, significant appetite loss accompanied by an unusual feeling of fullness in your stomach, bruise easily, have pale stool, etc. those are all signs that your liver is getting ****ed.

Ok i shared the story of my past stupidity... Now I really drink very rarely and I avoid drinking on cycle at almost all costs, but a couple times I have followed a work-around:

Now I am a realist, realistically half the people here are in college or in their 20's and all their friends party drink all the time... KK i understand this I'm in the same situation even though for me drinking is still very, very rare and I might only get drunk a few times a year... Still those occasions arise where you might want to get at least moderately buzzed to slightly drunk on cycle. Here's what you do: Don't dose your orals that day. Try your 100% best to keep your diet in order. Hydrate like crazy. Try to bring protein powder, aminos with you, whatever you can manage. Make sure you get plenty of sleep (STAY HYDRATED) and the next day, immediately get back on your diet and go train. Basically it's about maximum damage control.
And obviously you will want to avoid this on cycle as much as you can. I have done this a couple times but I was having what 4-5 drinks... to me that's not much.

there's a lot of reasons not to drink on cycle...Most importantly is that alcohol is just bad for gains, period. And generally partying is bad for your sleep and your diet. In moderation it is fine. A beer here and there, a glass of wine with the girl, it's all good. But getting drunk is bad for gains. And it is just more unnecessary load on your liver.

So you really don't want to drink on cycle... it's like, you are taxing your body with one substance to get more gains, and then taxing it with another substance and decreasing those gains, obviously that's counterproductive and stupid... AVOID unless it's one of those times when, socially, you would be a d1ck not to have a few drinks, and in that case, use the work-around. If you miss your orals for one day your cycle will be just fine and your liver will handle the load without a hiccup.

I guess I will weigh in. I have drank on cycle(very rare) and of course the next day I regretted it and thought "why the fuck did I do that?" Even off cycle I dont like drinking though. Never leads to too many good things although going out sober is a chore. Time can not go by fast enough. Plus I hate buying drinks.

That being said I went out Friday night. Drank 5 beers then funneled a few at a friends. Then went out to a bar. Remember how I said I dont like buying drink? Well I had 2 friends buy me Jager Bombs... My body cant handle alcohol like it used to because after another beer I headed to the bathroom. Didnt even really feel all that drunk, but threw up and went on with my night.

Didnt feel too bad the next day, but I got A LOT of sleep.

I live my life, dose my orals, even play by daily diet by feel. I do everything by feel and personally I feel that I can tell when my body is having trouble processing stuff. My head feels different, blood pressure has a unique higher head pressure headache, my urine gets darker yellow depending on the level of compound I'm putting in it, the scent my urine give off when pissing smells more on SD than epi, ect. Who knows maybe I'm crazy, but I let my body tell me how hard I'm pushing it... And let me say my body let ke know I went a little too far on my last cycle.

This sounds like psychosomatic symptoms.
