Votum 2.0 - NATADROL/HGHPRO/HEMAVOL/FRIENDS

6/16

OK....I am going to say Natadrol works like a damn charm...

I expected to weigh in a little lower than yesterday today...because that's been the trend for 2 months now, up down up down but overall up. Well. Keep reading.

A1: Dips: Body Weight
x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10
I know, add weight :D I was altering my depth a bit, so these were actually hard, but I am a stubborn ass so I did 10 every time, shoulders were hurting :D

A2: Incline Hammer Curl: 35lbs was too much, 30lbs

35x10, 35x10, 35x6, 30x10, x8, x10, x8, x10, x8, x10
Did both arms at the same time, no bounce at the bottom. Every single rep hurt like hell but I kept going, felt great when I finished for sure!

B1: Bent over DB lat raise: 15lb
x12, x12, x12
I was smoked, every rep hurt on this, wished I could have done more too

B2: Seated DB lat raise: 15lb
x12, x12, x12
Who the hell would super set lat raise and lat raise is what I wanna know...my lats hurt lol

Time in: 0253 time out: 0345

WEIGHT???????? 182!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Yeah, that's right, I have gained 3 pounds in 4 days...my weigh in is always exactly the same, at the end of my workout. I always ingest 1 liter of water during my w/o so there is a slight water weight on that, but I have done NOTHING extra, my diet hasn't changed, I'm not drinking more water or anything...thats all Natadrol baby...well and GVT of course :D

Boss being a ****, be back ina few

Mail came :D

No HGHPro in this box, but I got some CGC nutrapro, which is Fn delish, a bunch of adrenalean and gold standard samples, opti-men, formadrol, a pill box...and rhodiola. A BB.com box came in, they gave me a 2 tab sample of T911 lol...don't know if I will buy from them any time soon again, kind of spendy but if its the only place that has something i suppose no choice in the matter.

Summoning experts!!

I have a dilemma!

I am getting awesome results from natadrol already, 3 pounds in 4 days, I don't want to keep gaining at that rate because there is no way it is all LBM, although my waist is still the same and I am looking leaner.

Could I add something to my little stack here to help out the recomp mission? I was thinking of adding like suppress-c or OEP, to help shred off the little pouch under my belly button and cut off a couple percent body fat...but I also don't want to be blowing the natadrol money away by trying to cut and bulk lol...NEED HELP :D

After reading that I just need to throw in some fat burners then. A topical because people seem to like them and an oral...hmmm shopping time o.O Would love recommendations!

Don't do anything unless your waist size changes, chances are if you look leaner you are. There may be some nutrient repartitioning properties in the supps your are taking making the muscles fuller and that would explain a lot about gains coming so fast. If your diet is solid then you should be fine.

Sub-a-dub-dub!!

Thanks for the invite my Viking Brother.

Love the Futhark Runes tattoes. :head:

In for the ride...

OEP - ALPHA T2 along with the Natadrol has me going strong. I need to eat more as I am in the same place for about 2 weeks now. Lifting bigger / feeling better / not adding lean weight (or any for that matter)...

KILL IT!

^ Just ordered some!

Going to cut dairy out starting now, drinking a shake with water, its not bad tbh.

Also eating a small slab of what passes for beef in the chow hall :(

I am not eating the rice, think I will cut carbs from 1 meal per day also, I'll do that for awhile and by the time OEP shows up I should be able to tell if the milk and slightly less carbs helped, actually I should definitely be able to tell, itll be 10 days or so for np.

Think I am going to bring my camera to work tomorrow and take some pictures of food so you guys can see the high quality chow they give your soldiers!

hmm I should start tanning out on my stoop too o.O

I agree with dreamweaver, if your waist isn't getting any bigger you probably don't need a fat burner. If you're trying to get jacked and tan for july then i understand why you would want a fat burner though.

:fing02:

If you have a new goal of cutting up while keeping size then keep eating clean but add in a fat burner. If you just want to recomp then it seems you are already succeeding. Natadrol has some repartitioning effects and keeps the muscles hard and dense. Honestly the difference between adding in a diet pill and not as long as you are eating a slight deficit will be maybe 1-2 lbs lost over what you would normally lose in that 6 weeks, 1-2 lbs can also be the difference between the shadow of abs and a nice 4 pack.

If your goal is to just look better then I would concentrate on cutting without any loss of LBM then work on gaining mass when you get back from leave.

You have such a short time frame you really need to specialize your goal. Keep in mind that you will look bigger 4-5 lbs less fat and no muscle loss than if you lose 2 lbs fat and gain 1 lb muscle. It really just depends on the goal in the short term otherwise recomp is the way to go when thinking long term. However in your situation I would go into a full on cut using the stack to keep muscle AND you may gain an LB or two of LBM anyway from the stack as an added bonus.

I just need to make my abs pop so I don't have to wear a tutu :damnit:

Milk = gone, had a shake last night with my bed time meal and also didn't have any carbs for that meal. Checked my waistline this morning and it was down a 1/4", but that's just from a days worth of water probably. I was also hungry as hell when I woke up o.O

NP orders take about 10 days or so for me, so I will be able to tell if cutting milk and a little bit of carbs is enough, then might save the OEP for christmas time, where I will be in a cabin full of hot girls (no incest)

Thanks for the advice guys, appreciate it tons!

Heading to the gym for some cardio now

my favorite part of the chow hall food is the box the beef comes in! you got to love:
"Not for resale. Fit ONLY for prison and military use"
only the best for the boys in green!!!

I am on AT-2 and will add the OEP later all in combo with the Natadrol. However, like what DW said, if you don't need it... hold off a bit longer. I have run this stuff many times and know the end results. If your mail was anything like mine, then you should have the box in 4 weeks lol you should have an idea by then

Nice Votum, keep the diet in check and you are good to go. Do you already know how many calories your taking in a day? Eating in the chow hall it is probably hard to keep accurate counts of them. Are you going to pack up food? Cans of tuna, chicken breasts or salmon are easy and convenient options if you have a microwave. Lets see you cut up.

That's because it's not beef :D They mix it with horse, or at least they used too. I am sure they mix it with something else if not horse nowadays, its definitely not all beef. First thing on my list when I get home is a massage, second thing is a steak!!

I'm on VBC so mail takes 6-10 days, which is great, but I ordered some lipoburn too (failsafe) which was on backorder, so probably 2 weeks or so.

I wish I could count them :( They put little signs with macros by everything but 9 times out of 10 they are wrong...like the fruit has 7G fat in it, oatmeal has only like 2G carbs, etc. I don't even look at them. I'll take pictures of every mean today and put them on before I go to sleep you guys can see what I eat, its the same every day.

I am in the chow hall 3 times a day, and twice I take a to-go plate of whatever I ate, most often chicken, less often salmon or trout, and rarely beef. All depends on the type of meat they serve.

Thinking of throwing in more veggies and less rice too. Chow hall makes it very hard o.O once I get home my diet will be spot on and I will be able to actually tell what my maint cals are. That's probably a ways off though.

OK guys, forgot to log today because it wasn't much.

Just did some HIIT stuff,

Treadmill on 5.o incline speed 6.0 = .5 miles
5.0 incline 7.5 speed = .5 miles
15 incline 4 speed = .5 miles
5 incline 9 speed = .25 miles

Oh yeah, so chest day was

Decline bb press 10x10
chinups 10x10
incline db fly 3x10
one arm db row 3x10

I had planned on doing this for this week:
INCLINE bb press 10x10
chins 10x10
DECLINE db fly 3x10
b.o. row 3x10

Should I stick with the same exercises for all 6 weeks of this or do you guys think alternating between decline/incline/flat bb bench is a smart plan? I know they hit different parts of the chest, was thinking I would see better overall growth switching it, but having second thoughts on only hitting each spot every 3 weeks.

By Odin's missing right eye!! That was a scream!!:toofunny:

I indirectly got there by watching the chimp/frog sex scene on edwitts log o.O Wasted a damn hour watching animals do stupid stuff lol...freaking youtube, no wonder they block it on government computers!

OK food pics as promised, I also took some pictures of my back, which is looking damn good. My waste is down 1/2" and I feel badass right now :D

I forgot to take the picture twice, so my chicken meal, which is what I ate for the first two meals today, is half eaten:D

Second up is lunch for me, 4 eggs there, no cottage cheese today...freakin chow hall, so I got extra pb for kicks

third up is dinner/pre bed.
They had some delish looking baked s****etti, so I got it, along with garlic bread. As you can see there is no milk in these pictures. Haven't had ANY today :P Still 12oz v8 3 times a day though, and replaced my 16oz milk with a litre of water per meal

Yummmm.....everything looks so tasty.........NOT!!!:puke:

I saw where ArmyGuy said that the box the beef comes in says, "Not for resale. For prisoners and military use only."
That's a damn shame. All the money the freakin' government rakes in and they feed you guys that swill.:zx11pissed:

You know what's awesome though?

I've been in almost 6 years now, so eating that crap is like second nature...I don't know any better, so it tastes good :D

KBR runs the chow halls though....I heard the government pays KBR 19 or 30 bucks per meal...every time I swipe my card, and eat 1 of the above meals, KBR makes 19-30 dollars....you know damn well that food did not even cost $1 a plate lol...+ they have indian guys working there, so they pay like 600 a month or something.

I need to get a contractor job $$

Any input on that TG? Its the thread above the spider video lol. Wondering if I should stick with decline for this whole routine or go decline/incline/flat/decline/incline/flat (/ is a week)

I'd alternate bro. It's what I do. I alternate exercises so much that it's like 3 weeks or more before I hit the same exercise again. It's the Weider Muscle Confusion Principle taken to the max!!
You gotta keep your muscles off guard. They adapt to the same routine stresses placed upon them very easily.

I'd say if one is training for strength alone, to hit the same exercises every week like a powerlifter. But for a bodybuilder trying to maximize muscle size and shape, I'd switch out the exercises.....often. :fing02:

I'm finding that to be true. So I'll incorporate that a bit more often. Thanks, TG!

HMMMM Incline or flat tomorrow....

incline @ 135 is going to be hell for me, sounds like my cup of tea!

I can't resist. I can't stop looking at this pic I took, back looks huuge.

OK I have to sleep o.O be back in 6 hours or so...really hope hghpro shows up today damnit, day sleeping is real hard here (read: soldiers are loud MFers, and soldiers live next door)

Late but in for this. Man you guys deserve a quality meal, the least they can do for sending you over to that freaking desert h***.

For real. For all the sacrifices they make, they deserve the very best food.

I just had my second breakfast. Steak and eggs. Now I feel kinda guilty. :sad3:

I wish I could send some of this good eats to Votum. :food:

Hey now, when I get garlic bread with my baked spaghetti that is qaulity, that **** doesn't happen every day!

Seriously, I am excited when they serve garlic bread and spaghetti at the same time.

We do have a crab legs / lobster / t bone day at the chow hall. The crab legs and lobster isn't bad, but the steak is possibly the worst cut of meat I have ever seen, and the cooks are horrible o.O They do feed several thousand per meal though, but meh :D

On an unrelated note:

HGHPro was in a package sitting on my desk for the last few days. I read the address wrong, lmao. So tonight I will be popping it and sleeping like a child, wooohooo.

On a related note: heres a sexy babe

Oh, log for this morning:
Breakfast:
2x cissus
2x Natadrol
1x rhodiola
3x opti-men
2x fish oil
2 tbsp ACV
5x hemavol

2 Fish filets...don't know what kind of fish..
1 cup white rice
12oz v8
1 litre water

Damn...I take a lot of pills o.O

The quality of food matters a lot for muscle and health. I take in a good $350.00 of food on myself year round I am guessing. It costs , it is sure worth it though.

Is that stuff processed or cooked freshed?

cheap stuff and good : beans , (pinto, great white northern, black, chickpeas, etc)

do you have any stores around there you can choose fresh foods?

DANG! I know how that makes you feel I was waiting on a bunch of stuff and found out my son brought it in almost a week earlier and never told me.

Alternating exercises is what I would do typically. However with GVT the idea is the consistency of the same lift the same path of movement and being able to use the same weight each time until you can complete all 10 sets with 10 reps. To alternate lifts would not allow you to perform the program the way it is designed. Honestly, 6 weeks of low incline benching like 15-30 degrees and some cross overs will hit the chest from all the angles you need to hit it during that 6 weeks. When you come off of GVT then change the exercises up. You don't need to add any more shock than what your body is already going through changing to that rep scheme and rep tempo.

Not taking anything away from TG, he is definitely right an advanced lifter needs to rotate exercises more often because the adaptation happens so much more quickly due to having already been there, done that... However and I don't mean this disparaging to you at all, but I am not sure you have been in the lifting game so long that that is the case in your situation. If you want to switch it up to a different program that allows for more variety then I would do that. However if you stick it out with GVT for the 6 weeks as designed you will see some good improvements.

If not then I can give you a copy of the Warrior workout and you can kill that for 6 weeks. Plenty of variety, strength, intensity, and mass from it as well as it helping you cut up. However you have to be ready for battle. I am sure TG and a few others can tell you about it.

Excellent advice, I'll stick with the decline then for my main movement, and throw in other 3x10s to isolate a bit. And the Warrior workout sounds sexy, I will for sure hit that when I get back from leave! No time to look it up now, as I am heading to the gym, but will when I get back :D

I swear...every day my motivation just increases more! I think we should have an AM motto, WETSU! (We Eat This **** Up) I'll post in a bit, if I hit 135 10x10 I am going to do a bit more, + I am adding in some fat gripz today o.O

Oh and nothing is disparaging, I actually think I am making some great gains, 95x6 overhead tri seems pretty good for a newb :D I am the guy who likes critical criticism :D Tell me I am a fat tub of lard and need to run more and I will!

man those chow hall pics actually made me vomit in my mouth... the memories of eating that crap for 18 months straight... man I need some mouthwash!!! lol

You doing good you pictures show it. I think you you would do much better with fresh healthier foods.

Sorry man was rushing and forgot to answer :D

Unfortunately fresh is not an option :( I'm pretty positive 100% of the meat is processed. On sunday I can get fresh chicken, but at the cost of sleep, they serve it right in the middle of my sleep time.

The closest to fresh I can get is veggies and fruit, which are definitely not fresh, but they are not as affected by processing as meat is...

That spaghetti is not the norm, the chicken on top is much more the norm, I'd say about 50% of my meals are chicken and rice, 30% are some kind of fish filet and rice, 15% are some beef thing and rice, and 5% are something else, pasta.

Any advice?
