Dam Papo, Cuban food is the s*it! Arroz con quimbombó and The cubano (their crack version of a ham and cheese) fokking great. I dated a Cuban girl in HS a little thick but dam she could hook some mean **** up in the kitchen, crazy temper tho, lol. That's whas up about your WO partner tho he'll help you stay on track is he on cycle too? Does he know your on? Haha

Ya it was amazing. I wish I had more. No he isnt on cycle. I kinda hinted at it a little but was def vague. Just basically said my strength was going to blow up A LOT here soon. The thing that makes it better though is he just finished cutting and just started getting back to lifting heavy again. So his muscle memory should be a big help. But I mean he is def going to know something is up when I start repping 7 plates on T-bar rows :bigok:

Oh and I really dont mind the early libido checks bc last time I ran tren my libido got murdered so get them in while its still working. Im hoping the Dermacrine and Androhard help with this.

So workout today was chest
Incline BB 225*9, 245*6, 245*5
Incline DB flyes: notable sets 50*12, 70*10, 50*12(fairly short rest)
Decline hammer strength: 270*14 PR, 320*10(not real sure on this set), 360*7PR I had never gone over 270 before today usually 12 and then less each set after.
Peck deck not real sure on weight but heavier than I have done in a long time. Did a number of sets and then did a 5 rep negative set to finish it off.
Standing decline DB flyes twisting(I hope that makes sense) worked from 15 up to 30. This was new for me and I facking loved it. Such a great pump.
Smith machine neck presses 155*12, 10 Just a nice end to a great workout.

Will add a little more later going for a walk now.

Well I need to clean my diet up more. I had been doing good but I went all Asian and kept getting Chinese food.

I have never been too great at consistantly counting my macros. But I keep my protein up super high over 300 easy. Carbs are to be at a minimum but that can be hard. Fat is pretty high with all the meat, nuts, and other healthy fats.

This is supposed to be a recomp but Idk how it is going to go with all the strength gains I am going to be making. Previously I took tren at 60/90mg and it WORKED. Well I am taking 90mg of Tren LV this cycle as well as some Epi, Dermacrine LV, and AndroHard :32:

Between the tren and Androhard I don't see how if you are eating around maintenance that you will not recomp and lose fat. I am going to run the Androhard at maintenance and expect some serious fat shedding.

Ok so Im pretty sure I said my workout partner Mario was going to bring me some Cuban food today. So I just ate it and DAMN I want to meet a Cuban chick now lol. OMG it was good. It was simple but tasted so good.

The walk I was supposed to go on didnt really happen. But I ended up running/walking about a mile and a half.

Ok so Idk how many of u r gamers but I just bought Assassin's Creed 2 a few days ago for $20 so I have been spending my rest time playing that lol.

Dude, Assassin's Crack II is sooooo damn addictive. I just beat that game two weeks ago and I can't enjoy any other games, cause AC II raised my standard a bit too high.

All Asians play video games and all Asians have at some point, played Street Fighter 2, ftw, don't lie to yourself and say you didn't.

Lol Im starting to get the feeling he doesnt like legs. We will see how today goes. Im thinking heavy squats, stiff leg deadlifts, and then make it up as we go.

Lol alright false alarm he is willing to do legs. Friday's was legi I think so its ok and today we r going to kill it. I know he wont be squating as much but I dont think he will punk out.

Mail came today and I received my AndroHard so I went ahead and took it. Will only be taking 300mg a day but I figure since it is stack the lower dose will be ok. Im staggering my stuff out.

Ya I ended up not playing bc I knew Id end up being late again haha. I havent really been taking my preworkout and intra workout stuff this week. Only 1 scoop of ASGT and no intra.

You gain weight easily.... I can get fat taking too many breathes. I hate being a mesoendo, or more accurately, an endomeso in my case. The endo has more pull in the force with me.

Oh hell ya I am the same damn way. Food is the enemy. Im an endo and dont even think I can say meso at all lol.

I may be the only one in the history of taking ASGT, that gets a major crash a few hours after my workout when I take the stuff, so I only take it on the weekends, but I take 4-6 scoops.

I've never taken an intra (apart from Gatoraid) although I know I should.

Nah, you're not the only one, I damn near killed myself this morning taking it with OEP and E-911. MAJOR crash when I got home. I had to stop my workout cuz I got light-headed as shi!t.

I saw Marzia back in March at the Arnold Classic and got my pic with her at the Gaspari booth. She looks WAY better in the magazines and on the internet than she does in person. Don't get me wrong, she's pretty hot and all, but her pics get touched-up quite a bit.

Ok just got home from my leg day. So I have to go ahead and say Mario isnt afraid to do legs lol. He was thinking about trying 405 after not squating for a GOOD WHILE.

Squats 405 for 6,6 then 315 for 10. When I did my presquat ritual a 10 pound plate fell off lol.
Stiff leg deadlifts off 3 plates 315*8, Ok before I continue. We had a 4 person group doing these. 405, 1st guy gets 1, 2nd guy doesnt get it, then Mario comes out of nowhere and gets 5, then I am up last and cant be out done so I get 6. Never would have imagined doing that much. Did 365 for 8 last week.
Lying leg curls 170 for 4 sets most I did was 12
Seated calf raise 90 pounds 20, 15, 12 as soon as 1 of us finishes the other jumps in.

Alright this is the gameplan. I started the Dermacrine LV yesterday 8/1

Dermacrine LV 7 weeks full dose
Finavol(Tren) 7 weeks at 100mg.
Epi 7 weeks starting at 40mg.
AndroHard at a moderate dose.

PCT will be frontloaded Clomid and Nolva starting a week later.

Will follow that up with an OTC PCT using DS's new PCT supp and Sustain Alpha.

Oh ya and I will be using Anavite by Gaspari for my MV this whole journey.

This is going to be a hell of a ride. Things are lining up right. Just got a new workout partner who just finished cutting and is ready to bulk. Our strength is pretty evenly matched. His will go up from going back to lifting heavy and we know what will be helping mine explode :veryhappy:
