Female workout parners tend to suck, unless you're doing all Db's or Machines. Otherwise, the loading and unloading of the plates gets to be a hassle. I have a hard time working out with guys not as strong as me. Could you imagine dead lifting or squating with her and having to remove 3-5 plates between each set, lol.

The pro: She looks kind of hot so you'll have a free-bee test booster.

Actually one day when we were deadlift 1 of the FC employees came over complaining about how we were "slamming the weights" so Ben suggested putting the cones under the weights before we put them down. I dont think anyone ever moved them.

Like I said some people r dumb. Had some crossfit guys decide they wanted to be around with like 5 sets of DBs as I was deadlifting one day.

Well the plan is to go to the gym in my town. So there will be plenty of equipment and I have yet to see the place with a lot of people in it. Should be able to have our own equipment. Deadlifting would be a bitch IF the gym didnt have one of those lever action bars that u can just put under the bar and raise it off the ground easy. Honestly would just set up 2 bars.

Oh she is hot and Tom has had many of dreams about her lol. Grow up with her basically from the beginning Id say. Havent really talked to her in a while so I will reiterate there is a chance she could just be blowing smoke up my ass.

And to make matters worse it doesnt look like I will be lifting with Ben when he gets back from the desert. He plans on doing strong man :damnit: Havent seen anybody pulling the kind of weight I want to be pulling anywhere in town. Ben was the closest person as far as competition goes and unless he got A LOT from Protomax Id break his back come January.
 
Oh ya and I did 40 minutes of cardio on Thursday. Watching tv makes it go by so much faster. Later going to do chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, and back thickness.

Plans to go see Due Date tomorrow night... wish me luck.

No/low carb is great and all but baby it just aint working out :lmao: Going to try and lift earlier in the day and surround it by carbs then cut myself off from carbs. Im simplifying it to hell and back but I have the macros Id like to be hitting written down.

Arnold curls way too easy. Rested too long in between sets.

Hammer curls

Leg press machine. Didnt feel like loading the plate loaded one. Wow 350(400 is the stack) for 25 reps and it didnt kill me. The goal wasnt reached.

1 leg kneeling leg curls

Skipped calves

You know it really isn't that bad if the girl is intense. You can still feed off of someones intensity if the lift a lot less than you. It is seeing them really dig that gets me motivated not how much is on the bar. I workout with my wife and she is intense, and competetive. Seeing me lift heavier makes her want to and she gets frustrated like I do if she misses reps on a set or whatever. If I go up she wants to, or even better wants to increase the weight before me. I am sure Resolve would tell you the same thing. Baby Wifey is a beast but there is still a lot of bar stripping going on in his workouts. However her intensity is probably very motivating to him.

Yeah the stripping of weight isn't ideal but it isn't so hard when you plan for it. Now with dead lifts it can be a pain in the arse but we tend to just use two stations with it being early in the morning.

Here is a tip Tom, let her go first, put your weights on top of hers and dont take hers off it saves a little time and effort.

I am doing something similiar to this now. Eating 4 meals a day and most of my carbs in the first 2 of them. More fats in the evening. Lower carbs portions on cardio only days.

I started my "cut" at 215lbs and now I'm 215lbs but a whole notch smaller on my Inzer Power belt. I guess that means I'm recomping.

Just had one of those weekends that went to hell lol. Went off my diet and just took it easy yesterday and today. Back to killing myself tomorrow. I ended up drinking Friday night. Just some beer, but not enough to really feel it. Ended up falling asleep on the floor and waking up at 6:45am and then driving home. Then Saturday just stayed at home and relaxed. Watched "28 Days" for the 1st time lol. Been in a "zombie mood" lately lol. Watching "The Walking Dead" at 8pm and 10pm.

Tomorrow will be biceps, forearms and legs. Will be good to get back to it. Plan on working out after my 1st meal of the day.

170*11 cant remember the rest I will get a little book to write my workouts in. Right now the book I have is a huge spiral notebook which would be a pain in the ass.
I was working in with this guy while I did my warm up sets. He walked by when I was doing my working set and I think he broke his jaw on the floor :lmao: If only I had strong biceps lol.

Reverse cable curls 65 drop to 57.5

Super squat thing fack I cant remember the name. Hack squats
380 total for 20 reps will be going up again

Lying leg curls
170* 15,8,5

Seated horizon calves
150, just cranked out as many reps with rests while listening to a 3 minute song.
 
My weight today kind of threw me off guard. I stepped on the scale when I 1st got there and was 226 which is 3-4 pounds lighter than Friday. Wasnt exactly eating clean over the weekend. Later in my working with water and what not I was 227.

After my workout I crashed something serious. Just woke up from a 2 hour post workout coma.

Down that protein and then nap :) Thats what I usually do. Nothing beats a good nap after a workout. But since it was a crash, thats not nice :(

Ya I have been feeling beat to hell after my workout lately. They have been really wearing me down lately.

Ok about to have a FEAST! 9oz of baked tilapia with coconut oil spread on them. 4 red potatoes baked in the oven. Some asparagus and cabbage. I cant wait :food:

Ehh ya quite a bit but damn Im full now lol. Took 2 Need2Slin 30 minutes before I ate. Id say the 2 big potatoes were about 40g carbs each and the 2 small potatoes were about 20g carbs each.

Too tired and full to go out to my car to get my new workout log book. Got 3 small notepads today. Each one has 40 pages. With 4 workouts a week it will be about a 10 week workout notebook. Will be easier to look back through as opposed to just a big ass notepad that would be hard to keep track of workout time frames.

Also got some Muscle Marinade today for free 99. All it cost me was a scoop of protein.

Nice work, definitely interested in seeing Due Date. I can't beleive it but I STILL haven't seen Shaun of the Dead. I love ZombieLand, own it. I have just love Woody Harrelson, not sure why but I do. Will watch just about anything he is in.

My only problem getting to watch these movies is I almost never watch the tube. When I do it is to sit and be with my wife or kids. The wife doesn't like Zombie movies, so I have to make plans to watch those types of movies when she isn't around but then I don't feel like plopping my butt on the couch unless sick or something.

When I was doing Kleens' Warrior Workout I used to knock out afterwards. I dont think I ever slept for 2 hours.. must have felt nice. Hell of a recovery

Idk if it was a crash or just needed recovery. After I ate Chinese food today I passed out :lol: Oh and earlier today I made banana pancakes. Just added 2 microwaved bananas to flax multigrain batter. Next time I will use half as much ingredients and 1 banana. Plus I had a double scoop protein shake with it.

Ya with this routine and the sleep Im getting Im not too sore often. Although I really felt my calves the other day but I think that was from not hitting them for a little while. Nothing beats some high intensity DC training in my book. Well the only thing better would be if I had a workout partner to help me force out some reps and negatives and call me out if they think Im not putting my balls on the wall(:lmao:).

Glad to see u in here again. Was about to PM u to see if all was right in the world.

LG Sciences will be beta testing something my fat ass would love to try :sgrin:
