Maybe when my life settles down to a dull roar I can look into running it. Right now I'm wound so tight I don't think it would be a good mix. Like I said before...you are going to explode soon. The 1-T gets rolling at 3 weeks also.

Today I didn't really feel like going to the gym. I had to pull myself off the couch and slap myself a couple times to get in the mood. This never really happens to me - when it does I fight through it, but I guess the weeks of less than optimal sleep and hard ass work are getting to me. No worries though, I will plow through.

Boxing today was actually pretty sweet. My cardio held up a lot better than I thought. Also - wanted to point out that the 1-Andro has a pretty nasty therm effect on me. Sweating bullets when I work out intensely.
 
To the AMS reps...

I'm leaning towards running a SERM for 3 weeks or so for my PCT. Do you think a standalone natty test booster is in order - then start the Arom-X again on day 10 to 14? Or would you advise running the Arom-X on Day 1 (of PCT) alongside the Nolva?
 
What made you decide on the SERM?
 
Better safe than sorry I suppose.

I think theres too much emphasis on SERMS nowa days if your balls arent atrophied and your sex drive is strong then id skip it. Im no expert but ive had cycles where it seemed the SERM did the most damage and i was playin it safe. MY 2cents.

I keep wavering on how much I want to weight to be honest... I still feel like I'd really like to be a solid 190 or 195... at about 7 to 8 % BF... but at this point right now, I need to wind it back and get lean again. I'm probably at about 11 to 12% BF right now, and its bumming me out. I'd hate to lose strength or muscle - and to be honest, I don't have a lot of experience in retaining that while trimming down - so I'll be doing a lot of research over the next month or so - and opinions will be solicited.

Keep the meals clean, small and regular. Restrict carbs to workout days and around your workouts. Give them a slight :nutkick: so they go where you want them to (with something like P-slin or AP). Supplement with BCAAs. You know the drill TL ;)

Right...and one of the great things about 1-andro is its inability to aromatize. I am on day 3 right now of a 6 week cycle, and I will be running the Arom-x for PCT as recommended and throw in some Diesel Test for good measure. I think that would be plenty....

I guess we're from different camps on this one. Libido is definitely off a bit... I don't see what negative effects the SERM could have on the cycle - aside from liver toxicity. Still listening though.

I still think its odd that people think that just because a compound doesn't aromitize - that you can't have excess estrogen in your system.

Your body is quite good at producing estrogen without having to convert it from a man-made compound.
 
You don't need a serm bro. There are long term side effects from serm usage just like AAS use, so if you can get away without it, I would.

Didn't "need" one for H-drol either. I'm assuming you'll be taking one for your H-Drol / Tren run?

This is my last run for a long time - perhaps for good. Appreciate the comments, but I'm still going to run it.
 
DF is right about those BCAAs. When I was cutting over the summer, I had a very active job and my calories were super low, but I chugged Xtend like it was my job. My strength was climbing!

Well, considering my Hdrol/Tren run is really a Hdrol/Tren/1T/Feraguno run... yea I am going to use toremifine. If I was just running the 1T, or even the Hdrol and the 1T... I probably wouldn't use a serm. All four though... I think it is better to err on the side of caution.

We all decisions we feel is best for us. Some recommend against Nolva for a Tren cycle. It has treated me fine...so far. I seriously feel damn near recovered, but I am going to continue use of the SERM to ensure no issues pop up.

I think the effects of the 1-Andro - particularly how I am dosing / dosed it - are underestimated by some. I mean, I've put on 12 poinds in 4.5 weeks, and I feel much more shut down than I was on H-Drol. I can still perform and everything, but for the first time - my libido has been adversely affected...

On the onset of this cycle, I didn't plan to use a SERM...

Takes a lot more than that to piss me off. I know you are just offering your opinion - and are looking out for me... Just a call I have to make based upon how I feel. Sh*t, I already took your advice to run the cycle till the last bottle is empty. :lol:

L-Leucine is great preserving muscle during fasted cardio TL. Thats what Im going with when I try shedding some fat in the near future.

Appreciate that... The P-Slin and XTend will be incorporated post PCT... DTHC will likely be started day 1 of PCT.

I think the Arom-X would be sufficient and perfect had I ran the 1-A at the suggested dosing (3 caps ramped to 6)... buuuuuut of course I didn't. :lol:

Gaining weight? No. Though for the first time I don't feel bloated with water weight - so I guess anything is possible. Just going to keep lifting hard / and eating well.

I'm taking a well deserved night off. Tomorrow I have boxing at lunch - may take the evening off tomorrow as I had a friend pop in unexpectedly. May be a blessing in desguise because I'm torn the f*ck up from my 5 in a row.

Nice job timbo...12 pounds is no joke and good call on the DTHC. I have heard sick things about it'; its possible you might continue gaining strength during PCT with this stuff.

Just a quick question, how many cals were you aiming for during this run/

This will be my third time with DTHC. Love the stuff.

Aimed for 4000 daily.
