I hit 240 on the miliary last week.. I think I'm going to stay away from that weight for awhile due to the shoulder acting a little funky.

Strong back day. I really think I messed my back up last saturday doing squats. It still hurts quite a bit and made my back workout really suck. I pretty much worked out all upper back and left my lower back alone.

I've had several PMs now asking me what I think of AMS 1-Andro... It's the sh*t fellas. Comes with the Timber seal of approval so far. I think this is a much better first cycle for newbies instead of a Methyl - and for my usual freaks on here, I really encourage running this as a standalone - or as part of your devious stacks. I really went into this with low expectations being that it is unmethylated, but these last few workouts have been nothing short of amazing.
i agree 100%. having a little leeway on taking milk thistle is a great thing for newbies. miss a couple doses of that on SD or P-plex and you're in trouble.

Did you notice much of a difference between 6 and 8 dosing?

Nice job Timber. Your tri's look much larger in the new pics. The feedback from 1-Androsterone is actually positive almost all the time. Its just some guys dont like the sides (lethargy, libido). Seems to be a perfect match for you.

I actually live about 4 blocks from "Limelight"... Its been through several changes in ownership over the years, and a lot of protests.
For those of you who don't know, its a seedy ass nightclub built inside an old historic church that ran out of money or something.
I've been there once, for 15 minutes, then got into a fight with some bridge and tunnel guido at the bar. Got physically carried out by two large bouncers.
