I hit 240 on the miliary last week.. I think I'm going to stay away from that weight for awhile due to the shoulder acting a little funky.
 
Strong back day. I really think I messed my back up last saturday doing squats. It still hurts quite a bit and made my back workout really suck. I pretty much worked out all upper back and left my lower back alone.

It is awesome to see you setting more PRs.

I started using a belt for real heavy squats. Much safer IMO.

I'm loving the sh*t out of this cycle right now. My pump today was as stupid as TomKat in a spelling bee. Im getting sad looking at my counter with only one full bottle of this love juice left.

Also really liking this low volume weight adjustments to get up to new PR weights - then punishing on the way down. I think I've found a new MO for the last few weeks of this cycle.

I've had several PMs now asking me what I think of AMS 1-Andro... It's the sh*t fellas. Comes with the Timber seal of approval so far. I think this is a much better first cycle for newbies instead of a Methyl - and for my usual freaks on here, I really encourage running this as a standalone - or as part of your devious stacks. I really went into this with low expectations being that it is unmethylated, but these last few workouts have been nothing short of amazing.

I think this is a much better first cycle for newbies instead of a Methyl - and for my usual freaks on here, I really encourage running this as a standalone - or as part of your devious stacks. I really went into this with low expectations being that it is unmethylated, but these last few workouts have been nothing short of amazing.

i agree 100%. having a little leeway on taking milk thistle is a great thing for newbies. miss a couple doses of that on SD or P-plex and you're in trouble.

how's shutdown on this beast?

No outward signs of shutdown... but sometimes its hard to tell till you're off. I think the Arom-X is helping with that on cycle as well.
 
You started at 6 e/d...what are you running now?
 
Gee...the bottle says no more than 3 a day. So that's 800 mg of 1-ANDRO and 80 mg Forskolin right?
 
Did you notice much of a difference between 6 and 8 dosing?

I definitely didn't NEED to move up to 800... but I do have plenty of product - and I'd like to finish a couple days earlier being that I have some concerns about my shoulder.

It's smart that you're taking into consideration your shoulder. I'm not saying it's definitely injured, but just having it on the back of your mind in conjunction with your cycle is generally wise.
 
Don't mind me...I'll be making stupid posts for the next ten minutes. Euphoric feeling of my first supplement doses after a week of none has me all crazuh.

Nice job Timber. Your tri's look much larger in the new pics. The feedback from 1-Androsterone is actually positive almost all the time. Its just some guys dont like the sides (lethargy, libido). Seems to be a perfect match for you.

Lethargy is real... Annoying, but you have to take the good with the bad and find some good ways to combat it (stims, Vit C, food) - I rethought DHEA... I'd rather not introduce other hormones into my body right now.

I've never had a problem with libido... I'd probably still try to hook up short of dropping a 405 deadlift on my penis.

I wish I subbed to this log from the start, I skimmed through it and it looked great man. huge difference in pics, your traps look like there about to pop:) I do agree with you, with this being a great beginner stack, plus with out it being methylated its a bonus!. Where in NYC are you? That used to be my old stomping grounds back in the day.. Is the Lime Light on 6th ave still open?

Today I did core, and I was determined to get back on the treadmill and jumprope after the foot injury. 10 minutes of jumprope - 15 minutes on the bag - then 1.5 miles at 8mph and .5 miles at 12.1mph.

Some slight discomfort in my foot initially, but felt pretty damn good after that! I think I'm back!

I actually live about 4 blocks from "Limelight"... Its been through several changes in ownership over the years, and a lot of protests.

For those of you who don't know, its a seedy ass nightclub built inside an old historic church that ran out of money or something.

I've been there once, for 15 minutes, then got into a fight with some bridge and tunnel guido at the bar. Got physically carried out by two large bouncers.

Dam Its been a Longgggggggggggggggggggggg time since I was there last, Id say 11 years at least! Funny thing about you getting into a fight there, I threw down with a dude wearing a space costume! I think that was my last adventure there:)

I know that TL is a no BS guy so I take this as a great statement towards this product.
 
Does stacking this with the 4-ad aleviate the lethargy AMS reps?
