I am around a percent higher then you and I was thinking I was around 13% right now. So 12% sounds about right.

I especially liked Timber's assessment! :lol: I know what to do about the water retention next time. 2 words: Transdermal Formestane!!:head: It will harden everything up nicely, and dry me out as it lowers estrogen. It's the estrogen that usually bloats most guys. Those last pics were taken at the end of a 2 month natty cycle of using some sh!t products like a can of Universal Animal Stak 2 and a bottle of BioSciences Alpha Drive that I had lying around here for over a year. I thought I would use them up while doing the natty thing. Both were inexpensive and I soon learned why!! Very weak products. I don't recommmend them. But they may have boosted testosterone just enough to aromatize into estrogen, thus the water retention and bloatage. Next time for the new pics, 3 weeks of TD Form at full strength!! Besides, I will be doing a true recomp after Thanksgiving. That will also improve my condition. I'm seriously looking to drop to at least 8% bodyfat. I will not fail!! :head: New pics will be out no later than mid-January. I will be buff!! :bb3:
 
I use Formestane as a staple 100 mg (5 squirts of E-Form) 3 times a week on workout days 3 in the morning 2 in the evening. I am very happy with this protocol as I never have to increase the dosage. Seems to be a sweet spot for me.

I was kinda wondering why you wanted to drop down to competition bf levels, just thought maybe you had something planned that I didn't know about..

Well, 8% is not competition ready IMO. It should be easy to maintain. I'm maintaining this 10% without even seeming like I'm trying to. LOL My diet is normal for me now. But it will be kicked up a notch after Thanksgiving. No snagency, I don't plan on competing. I never have before. This is just a hobby for me. And stress-release. Keeps me from killing a lot of evil-doers. LOL With this torn right pec, any competing ideas have flown out the window. But they did GIVE a Mr. Olympia title to Chris Dickerson back in 1982 who had a worse pec-tear than mine. I can't believe they let him win. And not because of the torn pec either. Ah this guy's a technician...excellent form, full range of motion. So many of the bodybuilder clips I see they are using such crappy technique, makes you think they must be on some good shite to train that poorly and get that big. This guy is nice to watch.

I didn't know he was that strong. My buddy met him in an airport in Florida last summer, he was just chillin' unnoticed, lounging on a bench waiting for his plane. Matt walked up to him and they kicked it for awhile, said he was a pretty cool dude.

That's the goal bro. And talking about my poor ol' abs. :sad: They look like fukkin' cinder blocks! :lol: Not lined up either. One side is higher than the other. Maybe it's from going so heavy on weighted ab exercises. I do kneeling cable crunches (via Arnold) with 120 lbs. for 20 reps. It's time to kick in some hanging and lying leg raises for those weak lower abs. Hey Snags, do you remember Boyer Coe from back in the day? He was an ab-less wonder wasn't he?! I wonder how that happened. I guess like my misaligned abs: genetics.

Best I have for lower abs is decline leg lifts with an ass raise at the end of the contraction. KILLER.

Sure I remember Boyer. LOL on the ab-less wonder, so true tho. Genetics def. play a part in abs & how you have to work 'em. I agree with ya on the lower ab moves, maybe throw in some v-ups & reverse crunches to the mix, stay away from weighted moves for awhile. There's a lot of guys who have uneven abs, but if you shred it up right surrounding it, it don't look bad at all (in fact, looks kinda crazy badass imo!)..

I just have to outdo myself. PEC-DECK FLYES: 230 X 13. Up 1 rep. Back off at 150 X 21. Up 1 rep here as well. Lovin' it. Then I immediately did a set of INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 155 X 16 just to finish them off! PULLOVERS: 160 X 12. PR!! Up 1 rep. Talk about brutal teeth-gnashing intensity! Back off at 100 X 20! Pumped!! ONE-ARM REGULAR CROSSOVERS: 80 x 12. Back off at 60 X 17. Up 2 reps. Than I immediately hit a set of STANDING PEC-DECK FLYES: 150 x 21 REPS! I love these. TRICEPS--STANDING TRICEPS BLASTER BAR PUSHDOWNS: 190 X 9-5-3=17 total reps. I put that bar I found to good use! Back off at 130 X 18!! They were on fire!! Whew!! SEATED ONE-ARM CABLE EXTENSIONS: 100 X 11. Up 1 rep. Back off at 60 X 20. These are really good for that inner head of the triceps. Makes you look like you have a slab of beef hanging off of your arm from the inner and back of the arm. REVERSE-GRIP PUSHDOWNS:150 X 14. PR. And that one was for you suncloud!! These are MUCH harder than overhand pushdowns. very strict movement. Back off at 100 X 19!! Torched 'em! DB KICKBACKS: 45'S x 15. That was all it took to finish 'em off right. My tri's are already sore. That's a good sign. I will be in DOMS city tomorrow!! As my hero the late Road Warrior Hawk used to say, "No pain, no gain!" And that is the truth! It's time to rest for a bit now. The Berzerker Rage has drained me. It's time to renew my strength. There are many more battles to be fought and glory to be enjoyed!! Small tight waists with nice sliced abs. Even the smaller guys today have those protruding guts. It's an embarassment to them if you ask me.
 
I want to keep my stomach and waist on the slim side if I can. I want to get everything else to get bigger though!! This shot shows that my gut isn't too big. I think. :think:

The guys nowadays know better, but they still use the sh*t because that's what they have to do to compete. I just hope that the sport doesn't turn into a bunch of syntholed' idiots like Greg Valentino.

Makes me long for the days of Arnold and Lou.

Believe it or not, Batista looks bigger on TV than in real life. But Cena is actually larger, but shorter.
I only wish that I could get my hands on whatever compound it is that he's using.

LOL But it did crash on me yesterday morning. My wife is a nurse and sometimes she works 12 to 14 hour shifts. She was at work until 10:00 P.M. last night. When got home and fixed it all for my retarded ass, I was too sleepy to fukk with it! So I want to wish you a belated Happy V-Day. I appreciate all the fighting men and women in our armed services. Keep up the good work soldier!! :head:
 
Batista looks good. But I was noticing Chris Jericho just the other night. He's in great shape now and bigger than before. But I swear he's getting that GH gut! Why do they do this? Who really wants a big gut??!! Yeah these guys are juicing no matter what Vince says. Hel, Vince is juicing too. At 62 years of age, he hit a 700 lb. bench squat and they showed it on TV. It was awesome. But he is NOT natural. :lol:

I think a good amount of those wrestlers are on massive amounts of HGH - particularly the ones with the gigantic livers... Honestly though - some may have ran gear in the past and just go natural after they attain a certain amount of size. Its not impossible to maintain most of that mass with proper training and diet.

oh for sure a lot of these guys hit hgh hard! look at brock... there is an example of a guy or even tito ortiz. take a look at tito's pictures between his 2nd year and 3rd year in college!

Very hard to clean up sports when the administrators turn a blind eye to whats happening with roids/hgh. Look where Lex Luger is today, he was used then spat out. Look at The Ultimate Warrior (love that guy). All the Methyl in the world wont give you the distended gut bloated look. So if thats the look your after hook yourself up with some HGH!!!
