I almost got 9 reps on the first part of the DC rest-pause set. But almost doesn't cut it! DC sets still in effect here. With 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. Back off at 225 X 15. This is up 3 reps from 2 weeks ago. The PRIME is allowing me to grind out extra reps on these finishing sets. I just don't want to stop pumpin' 'em out. PEC-DECK FLYES: 230 X 12. Up 5 lbs. but down 2 reps. It's getting heavy now. Back off at 150 X 20!! Up 3 reps here. Then I immediately hit another set of INCLINE BENCH PRESSES at 155 X 15. I was pumped after that. Pecs were swollen. PULLOVERS: 160 X 11. PR baby!! I've been stuck at 10 reps for weeks now. I pulled out all stops and went for it! Back off at 100 X 18. ONE-ARM LOWER PULLEY CROSSOVERS: 80 X 11. Hard set. Back off at 50 X 18. Great contraction here. I squeezed the pecs hard at the end of the reps. Then I immediately stood and faced the pec-deck machine and did a set of STANDING PEC-DECK FLYES at 140 X 25!! That's right. 25 fukkin' reps!! TRICEPS---SEATED OVERHEAD 2-HAND BAR CABLE EXTENSIONS: 220 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. And a PR. Oh yeah, they're still coming!! Back off at 150 X 18. Up 1 rep. STANDING TRICEPS BLASTER BAR PUSHDOWNS: 170 X 12. I found an old triceps blaster bar behind a building the other day. It has the neutral "hammer" type grips within a large circle. I'm sure some of you have seen one before. I hooked the cable around it on my lat pulldown machine and went for it. Back off at 110 X 20 reps!! And I like this bar!! BEHIND THE HEAD ONE-ARM TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 80 X 12. Back off at 50 X 18. These high rep sets are getting crazy here in the last few weeks. I like PRIME!! Then I hit a set of ROPE PUSHDOWNS: 140 X 12. And I called it a battle well-fought!! Time to relax a bit and bask in the glory of the good fight fought and won!! I'm not "on" at the moment. I'm in PCT. But do I think about it? Of course. Everyday. ha ha But I know better than that. Even at my age, I don't want to kill my own testosterone production. I plan on running less cycles next year. But I will change from my 3 weekers to 6 weekers. I feel I made better gains on this last cycle which went for 5 weeks and 3 days. With the 3 week cycles, I was jumping out as soon as the gains were just starting to come. Suppressed is surpressed, no matter how you slice it. You might as well make the most of the situation. Thanks bro. It might have been 10 exercises, but I only hit 1 heavy ass all-out set to complete and utter failure. Then I do a high rep finishing set before moving on to the next exercise. If you've seen any of Dorian Yates routines, you will notice mine are very similar. Just a couple of work sets per exercise, but lots of different exercises to hit the muscles from various angles.hOLY $HIT, THUNDA ! I'd feel god damn invincible owning 315 on incline barbell press like you do ! And you keep going . . and going . . like a ****in mental freak European energizer bunny. Ten exercises ?! ALL with hellacious amounts of iron thrown around ! PROPS ! MASSIVE PROPS ! [but like I said before, where the vids at, homie?! I'd love to see this warfare on cam!!!!]

It's not THAT good!! LOL I need to re-iterate that this is only the second round of DC Blasting that I've done. So this routine is still new and fresh to me. The weights are supposed to increase like this. If not, you're probably not going all-out or doing something wrong altogether. I may be tossing the term PR around too loosely as well. Sometimes I mean it's a PR in regards to the weight on the particular machines I'm using. Sometimes it's in regards to the reps I get on a set. I need to clarify this in the future. Or just quit calling them PR's. ha ha But you can see that in the last few workouts, I haven't hit any (or many) PR's on heavy sets. But I have been able to increse the reps on my back off sets. Hammies were tight after these babies. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 125 X 10. Same as last week. This is very hard stuff. But I will NOT lighten up the weights. This is no time for backing up. Back off at 60 X 21. ! extra rep here. I'll take whatever gains I can!! DB LUNGES SUPERSET WITH SISSYSQUATS: 30 lb. DB's for 12 reps of lunges and a 45 lb. plate for 12 sissy squats. I'd still like to find the guy that named these "sissy" squats and kick him right in the balls!! :nutkick: LMAO SHOULDERS--MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 260 X 8-5-3=17 total reps. ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK SIDE LATERALS: 60 X 10. I backed off the weights on this exercise on purpose. I need to really bring out the roundness of my medial deltoids. I know they are my weak area. Back off at 40 X 17. Oh yeah. That'll teach 'em! :twisted: Then I grabbed 2 30 lb. DB's and "hammered" out 14 reps of side laterals to finish them off nicely. That should last me around 30-35 more days. After that I will go without any major enhancing substances and give my body a break before a mid January cycle. I am really looking forward to that one already!

I think I have decided on the CEL P-Plex/Xtreme Tren combo. I will start pre-loading Dec 31 and plan to start on Jan 12. I am looking into running it as P-Plex 20mg/20mg/30mg/30mg & Xtreme Tren at 90mg/90mg/90mg/90mg for a 4 week cycle. I already purchased the Xtreme Tren and will buy the rest of the supplies in the coming weeks. I know I am taking some shortcuts by cycling before I hit my genetic potential, but it is pretty tough for someone that let themself go wait for natural progress. In past attempts I quit working out or dieting because I had not lost enough in a month or 2. This time I forced myself to continue for a year before evaluating my progress. Now that I have seen what I can become there is no turning back.
