X2..i agree with suncloud!...good call!..t.g looks solid..!no way its 14 TG, not with those caverns in between your outer pecs and your lats. i would guess 10-10.5% tops.
def some water retention which makes this a hard thing to judge. regardless, you're in good shape, which is all that matters!
Thanks for the opinions everyone! I especially liked Timber's assessment! I know what to do about the water retention next time. 2 words: Transdermal Formestane!!:head: It will harden everything up nicely, and dry me out as it lowers estrogen. It's the estrogen that usually bloats most guys. Those last pics were taken at the end of a 2 month natty cycle of using some sh!t products like a can of Universal Animal Stak 2 and a bottle of BioSciences Alpha Drive that I had lying around here for over a year. I thought I would use them up while doing the natty thing. Both were inexpensive and I soon learned why!! Very weak products. I don't recommmend them. But they may have boosted testosterone just enough to aromatize into estrogen, thus the water retention and bloatage. Next time for the new pics, 3 weeks of TD Form at full strength!! Besides, I will be doing a true recomp after Thanksgiving. That will also improve my condition. I'm seriously looking to drop to at least 8% bodyfat. I will not fail!! :head: New pics will be out no later than mid-January. I will be buff!! :bb3:
Bro, can you up the intensity a bit in here? Things seem a bit passive in this log..
LOL, j/k of course TG, your intensity knows no bounds. On the dieting front tho, you may be a little fast. Your slow & steady approach is the best route. Figure you can lose .5% BF per week after the initial water weight drops off, with minimal to no muscle loss. So let's just say you'll be at 10% after Thanksgiving; you're going to need 10 weeks to drop down to 5%, and when you get to that 5-6% mark, fat-loss slows bigtime, usually got to incorporate some tricks to get down to 4 & 3%. So you're not too far off, but I think Feb. 1st would be a better target date for ya.
In any event, you can most definitely do it. I'd like to see ya in the 220-225 range, shredded to the gills - that'd be cool!
.5 a week, I may even be slower than that myself. I will be satisfied with 8-10% though. Something I can maintain. I have the rest of my life lol. If I decide to compete again that's a different story and the tricks will have to come out of the bag. I hate using the tricks though...
Well, 8% is not competition ready IMO. It should be easy to maintain. I'm maintaining this 10% without even seeming like I'm trying to. LOL My diet is normal for me now. But it will be kicked up a notch after Thanksgiving. No snagency, I don't plan on competing. I never have before. This is just a hobby for me. And stress-release. Keeps me from killing a lot of evil-doers. LOL With this torn right pec, any competing ideas have flown out the window. But they did GIVE a Mr. Olympia title to Chris Dickerson back in 1982 who had a worse pec-tear than mine. I can't believe they let him win. And not because of the torn pec either. He just looked like sh!t IMO. :lol:I hear ya. But it's cool getting to that point (3%)!
And TG -- my bad bro, I guess it's too early & I'm multi-tasking too much here this a.m., I read your post thinking you wanted to drop at least 8% bf, not get down to 8% level.. of course you can do this by mid-January bro, no worries at all. I was kinda wondering why you wanted to drop down to competition bf levels, just thought maybe you had something planned that I didn't know about..
Yes you did Aussie!! And you were right. It's not even worth the measly $10 they charge for it. Live and learn. I had already purchased it before you told me it was worthless. Before I try anything else, I'll get everyone's opinions on the products in question.dont say i didnt warn you on the aplha drive TG!!
I thought some of you Wrestling fans might like this video. John Cena is one strong mo-fo!! He recently had a neck injury and they fused a couple of vertabrae together. I wish him a speedy and successful recovery. Come back strong champ!! :head: Invalid Link Removed
killer track, killer pics!..the war has just started, i love the smell of steel in the morning, it..it..smells like victory!(appocolypse now!):duel:give it hell!..t.g..!:duel:Now I'm ready to wage all-out war on those evil unyeilding weights!! FOR GLORY, FOR HONOR, FOR ASGARD!! :duel: Invalid Link Removed

I read it the same way Snags...
TG at 3% bodyfat would be straight retarded...
8% would look incredible dude... I'm all about it. :head:

That's the goal bro. And talking about my poor ol' abs. They look like fukkin' cinder blocks! Not lined up either. One side is higher than the other. Maybe it's from going so heavy on weighted ab exercises. I do kneeling cable crunches (via Arnold) with 120 lbs. for 20 reps. It's time to kick in some hanging and lying leg raises for those weak lower abs. Hey Snags, do you remember Boyer Coe from back in the day? He was an ab-less wonder wasn't he?! I wonder how that happened. I guess like my misaligned abs: genetics. For sure, and it wouldn't be that hard to maintain at all. I think he'd look even bigger if he tightened it up a smidge, brought some cuts out & lines in the abs..

True dat!! And a huge GH belly didn't seem to hurt Coleman either. I'll NEVER have one of those. Tht's why the bodybuilders of yesteryear looked so good IMO. Small tight waists with nice sliced abs. Even the smaller guys today have those protruding guts. It's an embarassment to them if you ask me.Fukkd up abbs didn't do Jay Cutler any harm.

You and I have agreed on this point before TG. As much as I hate to, you gotta lay the blame on Dorian as to where bb'ing has gone. Dude got toooo freakin' beastly, everyone wanted to keep up. It would've happened sooner or later anyway w/o Dorian, but imo he was the catalyst that shaped that trend, much as I admire the cat.
It's fukcing crazy that Cena just had a neck fusion and looks like he never lost one ounce of muscle - dude is a freak. So what do you guys think the WWE guys are running these days?
I mean, they have to be "on" as much as a pro-bodybuilder... these guys are jacked year around.
I mean, some guys like scott steiner and lex luger were obvious, but what about HHH and John Cena and Bautista?... obviously watching them over the years they are on SOMETHING...
It's fukcing crazy that Cena just had a neck fusion and looks like he never lost one ounce of muscle - dude is a freak.
His arms are impressive as hell.
Believe it or not, Batista looks bigger on TV than in real life. But Cena is actually larger, but shorter.
I only wish that I could get my hands on whatever compound it is that he's using.
Batista looks good. But I was noticing Chris Jericho just the other night. He's in great shape now and bigger than before. But I swear he's getting that GH gut! Why do they do this? Who really wants a big gut??!! Yeah these guys are juicing no matter what Vince says. Hel, Vince is juicing too. At 62 years of age, he hit a 700 lb. bench squat and they showed it on TV. It was awesome. But he is NOT natural.
Iron Lungz, my brutha frum anutha mutha!! Whut up??!! I meant to PM you yesterday and wish you a Happy Veterans Day. But my computer has someone desperately trying to hack into it. But they can't! LOL But it did crash on me yesterday morning. My wife is a nurse and sometimes she works 12 to 14 hour shifts. She was at work until 10:00 P.M. last night. When got home and fixed it all for my retarded ass, I was too sleepy to fukk with it! So I want to wish you a belated Happy V-Day. I appreciate all the fighting men and women in our armed services. Keep up the good work soldier!! :head:
For real. Wasn't it Hulk Hogan that ratted him out years ago??!! And then Vince forgives him and brings him back later on. You gotta admire Vince McMahon. Or at least I do!!It's not like Vince has had a reputation as a steroid dealer for 20+ years or anything...
we should ask vince mcmahon!..i think his tapping into whatever there on!:food:It's fukcing crazy that Cena just had a neck fusion and looks like he never lost one ounce of muscle - dude is a freak.

Yeah, they were closed yesterday. It's all good my brutha!! I'm looking forward to those stims!! :head:Much appreciation, TG!
The tracking number for your package states DC will be on Friday. I guess the Post Office closes for Veterans Day.
And there are a lot of stims for you... and something else that will help your recomp.Yeah, they were closed yesterday. It's all good my brutha!! I'm looking forward to those stims!! :head:
I want to keep my stomach and waist on the slim side if I can. I want to get everything else to get bigger though!! This shot shows that my gut isn't too big. I think.
Mini review will be forthcoming!! You can count on it sir. I'll take those first. Stay tuned! :type:And there are a lot of stims for you... and something else that will help your recomp.
Also, there will be a red bag with 4 red pills. That is the new version of X-Force. Try it and let me know how you like it.
Mini review would be awesome!![]()
No, we are NEVER satisfied. That's what makes lifting so fukkin' cool. You can keep on getting better and better and keep making improvements well into your years. You will get that washboard gut Silver. With your dedication and enthusiasm for lifting, it's pre-ordained!! :head:I am killing myself trying to get a gut like that. If I can eventually pull that off I will be set. What am I saying? We are never satisfied are we.
I think a good amount of those wrestlers are on massive amounts of HGH - particularly the ones with the gigantic livers... Honestly though - some may have ran gear in the past and just go natural after they attain a certain amount of size. Its not impossible to maintain most of that mass with proper training and diet.
