Sounding good my brutha frum anutha mutha!! :head: I'm having a grand ole time here lately. My mood is just excellent. I'm happy, carefree, and aloof. But at the same time when needed, I'm intense, focused, and aggressive. The alpha-male mentality is consuming me!! HA HA HA :smite:Man I just finished my third week and I can't believe how well things are going and then I read your on day 25 still seeing improvements and I get even more excited. I have six more weeks on this!! Everything they have said so far has come true. The only thing I have to worry about is burning out and I can see how that could happen as the workouts on ungodly intense and I'm kickin the crap out of myself and I like it!!

Slow and steady wins the race... I think that if I were to get as close as I can with recomp I would only have to drop 25 lbs in 20 weeks which would be a breeze. If I don't decide to do a show then I'll just continue to recomp... don't know how lean I can get this way but there is no need to contest diet when I am not going to be on stage.

Thanks bro. I'm not 100% sure what my bodyfat level is. So, I'm not able to really say that I want to drop 2% or 3% or whatever. But I do know I want to make continued progress. So I will continue to lower the bodyfat slowly but consistently. Someone told me that I still look like I'm around the 14% level or higher. So I know I want it lower than that. 10% would be nice!! :woohoo:Shoot, well on your way bro. Back looks great there! How ripped are you shooting for??
