I don't necessarily advocate my dosages nor advise others to do the same cycles that I do. Not at all. Are there possible health risks and dangers running cycles like I do? Of course. Have I had problems from them? No. But I am VERY different than other people. Very different indeed. :box:

PCT DAY 25 With PRIME!!

EFFORT EXPENDITURE LEVEL: Critical!! Over the top performance this morning, if I do say so myself. And I do! I'm falling in love here people. In love with all-out effort that is! :D My pulling power has always been my greatest strength. But it is increasing even more here lately. Let's dive into Ginnungagap (the gaping void)--NUMBERS ## BACK---OVERHAND LAT PULLDOWNS: 310 x 8-4-2=14 total reps. Up 5 lbs. but down 1 rep. My form is starting to look more like Ronnie Coleman's or Branch Warren's here. Not as bad, but still. I'm not being critical, as they are my heroes of the iron. But you guys know what I'm talking about. All of that slinging and heaving of the weights. :nono: Time to forget about the numbers and concentrate on form. I will stay at this weight until it improves. And it will. Back off at 220 X 15. Now form is no issue on these back off finishing sets. They are done with impeccable form and precision. UNDERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 285 X 10. PR. A real one. :lol: Up 5 lbs. Back off at 200 X 14. Up 2 reps here. I'm taking these back off sets to failure now. I wasn't in the beginning of my modified DC routine. But now I am. And loving it. :head: SEATED CABLE ROWS: 320 X 11. Heavy ass weights. Yeah Buddy!! Back off at 220 X 15. STANDING ISO ROWS: 225 X 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 170 X 15. Intense contractions and squeezing the shoulders blades together as I finish the reps. Incredible. MACHINE SHRUGS: 430 X 14!! Ooooh yeah! Damn I love shrugs! :aargh: Up 10 lbs. and matched the reps from 2 weeks ago. Back off at 300 X 18! BICEPS--STANDING WIDE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 190 X 8-4-2=14 total reps. Oh so heavy. Back off at 100 X 25!! What a freakin' pump! My biceps are really improving on this routine. Who doesn't want bigger guns??!! :think: ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 80 X 10. Down 10 lbs. Concentrating on better form and not so much on the weight. Back off at 50 X 15. I was in ecstasy here. The pain, the pleasure.....one and the same! LYING OVERHEAD CURLS TO THE FOREHEAD: 150 x 12. Same as 2 weeks ago, but with much improved form. Back off at 100 X 18!! Up 1 rep here. STANDING HAMMER CURLS: 150 x 11. Remember me mentioning that I found an old Triceps Blaster Bar last week? I used it for these. And it worked perfectly! Then I immediately grabbed a 45 lbs. DB and cranked out 14 reps of CONCENTRATION CURLS. Just to finish it all off. And work on my peaks. It's all about "my freaks and my peaks"!! :twisted:LOL My endurance and stamina are better than they have been in a very long time. I feel so confident and assured. I am very comfortable "in my skin" these days!! Fight on warriors of the Golden Realm!! :head:

That pic was a while back but I am bigger now anyhow.. not as lean though. I think I was 47 in the one in my avatar. Like I said I am much bigger, doing much better with this slow recomp than I did with the crash dieting. I may actually do a international event this summer. I know I could do it, it's just do I want to.

Slow and steady wins the race... I think that if I were to get as close as I can with recomp I would only have to drop 25 lbs in 20 weeks which would be a breeze. If I don't decide to do a show then I'll just continue to recomp... don't know how lean I can get this way but there is no need to contest diet when I am not going to be on stage.

I wholeheartedly agree. Crash diet results won't last. If you get down to a lean BF% slowly, you will more than likely be able to stable out at that BF% rather than go up and down all the time.

Thanks bro. I'm not 100% sure what my bodyfat level is. So, I'm not able to really say that I want to drop 2% or 3% or whatever. But I do know I want to make continued progress. So I will continue to lower the bodyfat slowly but consistently. Someone told me that I still look like I'm around the 14% level or higher. So I know I want it lower than that. 10% would be nice!! :woohoo:

Training is going well! I added in some Poseidon and love it so far. That reminds me I need to go do the bodpod next time i diet. I did it before and it was pretty cool. Told me bf% and how much muscle mass I carried. It was only $25.00 too.

14%? Hmm, seems a little high to me. You're on the right path bro, just keep to the macro guidelines & move slowly, I'm digging your approach.

When you give me that girl in your avatar!! ha ha I will probably wait until after the recomp I have planned a week or so after Thanksgiving. So we're looking at the first of the New Year probably. I want to show a dramatic change! You know Ol' Thunda is all about the "shock and awe" effect!! :eek: That's where I shock a b!tch with my lightening "rod" and she's screams at first and later she goes, "Awww"!!! LMAO

I think you should be with 10% fat , which is a good value, what I also think is that what make you think you have more fat is the water , I think there's some fluid retention between the muscle and the skin, try to shed some of that water , maybe with some diuretic stuff and then tell me what you think

Yeah, it's tough to call it in a pic, and w/o seeing your legs too, but I'd say you look no more than 12% there, and maybe as low as 10%. Get some calipers brogan!

I'd agree with the guys. Judging how I looked at 12%, 10%, and 8%... I would say around 10-11% BF... 11% at the most.
