Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

20mg of yohimbe hcl is :fool2: PLUS 20mg 1,3 dimethyl.... you are hardcore man, no doubt about that!
I'm still flying high bro. I mean tweaked!! My eyes look like this--- And all I wanna do is---- Well, I will have to admit now, that the combo did put the whammy on my appetite afterwards. It took me 30 minutes to down a chicken breast with some brown rice and zuchinni. I just wasn't hungry. But I ate it anyway of course. You have to be just as dedicated in the kitchen as you are in the weight room.

Yep. Just tossed it all in the Six Star N.O. Fury. And yeah, it totally tasted nasty. But no stomach upset. I've got a cast-iron gut. LOL I did get incredible energy, pumps, and endurance from this mix. How much 1,3-dimethylamylamine did you take lst night? I dose it at 20 mg. and either it or the Yohimbine was kicking my big ass!! Maybe it was the combo!! :fool2::lol:
20mg of yohimbine is A LOT, brother! I've never done more than ~13, and that, combined with ECA had me whacked out. Invalid Link Removed

Is this the MELTDOWN phase of the log? hehheh Drop the hammer on it TG!!

A little birdy told me that you like this blonde... :D

Rest-Pauses with 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are done with textbook form. Super-strict. They really isolate the medial head of the deltoid like nothing else. ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY REAR LATERALS: 80 X 12. Wickedly hard set. Back off at 50 X 12. I have officially become a monster now. After this workout I was cooling down with some kneeling cable crunches. I would look up in the mirror between sets and look at the beast I have become now. Huge. Pumped. Sweat rolling off me body. Muscles glistening with hard-earned perspiration. Veins bulging out in sick stark reality. I'll sum it up with two words: Thunder Likey!! :woohoo:

As we say bro...Nivirietni!!!!!!!!! It means unbelievable workout bro, And you sound like a muscle bound monster of mayhem, So how did you find your stack... lol im joking i can see you liked it, but 20 grams yhombine bro..WOW..

Yeah.....I totally agree. More pics Iron Lungz!! And I don't just like that girl. It's not like I wanna walk her home from school and carry her books or sh!t like that. It's like I wanna put ice cream in the crack of her ass and lick it out slowly with my Gene Simmons like tongue!! Then yeah.....I like her like that.

I forgot to post this earlier today. Oops. This was from this morning actually: No weights for me today. It sukkz!! I want to lift some heavy ass weight. Pronto! Oh well, tomorrow is my favorite day: Back and Biceps!! I did my cardio earlier this morning. I do the HIIT style. So it's intense and all, but it's not like lifting by any means. I'm totally addicted to getting psyched up for a heavy set, taking deep gulps of air into my lungs, gripping the bar with all of my might, and then straining against the iron with every ounce of strength in my body. This is what gets the Thundergod off!!! :hammer:

Inspiration!!!

I am filled with emotion this morning. I almost don't know what to say or what to write. If you can believe that! This man, who was named Jon Pall Sigmarsson was the only mortal I have hung the name hero upon. He was the most charismatic performer ever to grace the stage of the World's Strongest Man Competition. His intensity, emotion, and jubilant celebrations are forever etched in my mind's eye. He is in Valhalla now fighting and feasting with the elite warriors of the Einherjar. He calls to me this morning from the hallowed halls of Odin's Valhalla. He tells me, "God of Thunder. Fight harder today than you have ever fought before. The slain warriors of millenia gone by are watching you. Never fear. Only believe." This one's for you Jon Pall!!! :hammer::head: Invalid Link Removed

Cycle Day 33--Day 19 Of Oral Trenbolone

WAR REPORT: I took my ECA stack and drank 1 serving of my Thundergod's Lightening Strike pre-workout drink 1 hour before training this morning. It lit a fire under me like I have never experienced before. Frightening intensity is the only way to describe it. Let's leap into the abyss!! :head: Numbers ##: BACK--OVERHAND LAT PULLDOWNS: 300 X 9-4-2= 15 total reps. PR! Up 10 lbs. DC sets still in effect here. Rest-pauses with 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are executed with textbook perfection. No momentum, no swaying, no swinging. No fukkin' cheating at all!! Back off at 225 X 12. Then immediately dropped to 180 X 8. I was so battle ready this morning. I knew nothing would prevent me from reaching my intended weight and rep goals. NOTHING!! UNDERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 265 X 11. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 190 X 12. Only 30 seconds between these 2 sets. I felt so energetic. SEATED CABLE ROWS: 315 x 10. PR. Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. Strength is going through the roof now. Decided to make it a straight set instead of rest-paused. Have to cut back on some intensity to avoid over-training. Back off at 225 X 12. STANDING ISO-ROWS: 210 X 12. Immediate drop to 160 X 10. MACHINE SHRUGS: 410 X 14!! PR on this exercise. Up 10 lbs. and 3 reps from just last week. I am not holding anything back now. Balls to the wall. Back off at 225 X 15. Traps were blown up freaky looking. Even moreso than in my avatar!! BICEPS--STANDING WIDE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 180 X 10-5-3=18 total reps. Up 10 lbs. and 3 reps. Oh yeah! I'm lovin' this. Back off at 100 X 25 freakin' reps!!! I had veins bulging not only in my biceps, but also in my delts, traps, upper chest.....damn!! ONE-ARM PREACHER CABLE CURLS: 85 x 11. To be honest, I did 8 reps with each arm, and then went again immediately for 3 more reps with each arm. So sort of rest-paused. Back off at 50 X 15. They were on fire now! LYING OVERHEAD CABLE CURLS TO FOREHEAD: 160 X 12. Back off at 100 X 18!! And I couldn't stand the burn any longer. Totally sadistic. This was a dedicated workout this morning to my hero the late Jon Pall Sigmarsson. He was watching from the sacred halls of Valhalla. :box: FOR HONOR, FOR GLORY, FOR ASGARD!!! :duel:

What a workout bro!!! You are so strong, and jon pall sigmarsson, would be proud, he was a monster, i remember watching him on tv when i was like 7 or 8 years old, competing in wsm, he was amazing.
That oral tren really is the business for strength, i think you should train to compete TG, impressive numbers again!!!

Thanks everyone. And yes, crader, new pics are coming soon. Right after PCT. I always prefer to take them then, as I tend to lose any excess water and tighten up during my PCT. So we're looking at 5 weeks away. That will put it right before Thanksgiving. A perfect time to loosen up on the dieting for a special 1 day eat-fest. Oh yeah! :food: And Russian, competing is out of the question bro. They don't give out awards just because a bodybuilder is strong. The judges could care less how much I can lift. I may be big, but my physique is not so aesthetically pleasing. So I compete against myself. Which is what all of us are ultimately competing against. We look to surpass our old standards. To be better than we were just a year ago. This is what it's all about. Self-improvement.

PHuckn berserker bro! ...reminds me of Thomas:lol:

rest-pause pull downs with 300!! VERY intense. I've used the rest-pause to 15 method before and it IS GRUELING!! Way to battle it out! Invalid Link Removed

Im a big fan of rest-pausing too. I force in about 3-5 reps each set that way.

Back is my strong point. I have decent thickness even down towards the middle to lower back. I've always had a strong back, even when I first started lifting at age 19. Yeah, the 300 lb. pulldowns were very intense! And I just stay strapped in the whole time too. My wrist straps are coiled tightly around the bar. I just rest there with my arms straight up in the air. Too much work to unstrap them, rest, and then re-strap them again. LOL

Sheesh Thunder that back is ridiculous!!

It is an awesome way to turn up the intensity. Especially if training alone. Of course, you'd need a power-rack or smith-machine for some exercises. It is without a doubt, my single most favorite way to turn it up a notch!!

yeah Thunder, you look like a sting ray from the back. You ever tried a lat spread on a windy day and attempt to be a human kite?

I like the term "cobra-hood". ha ha But sting rays are cool too. This cute little chick was walking behind me at work going to break one day and she said, "Dude, your back is HUGE!" I smile and replied, "Big all over"!! ;)

Congrats on the baby and best of luck to you. Enjoy your last workout for a while with lots of rest beforehand. Rest will be a thing of the past for about 6-12 months!

Thanks bro. And don't worry. I don't let the term "old" bother me one bit. I feel young, strong, and vibrant. Like a stallion! I think the LG new ecdy could be very effective with sublingual delivery. Cyclo-dextrin delivery has been around for a while though. The delivery is not new, just its usage with ecdysterones. I've heard ecdy can also be effective through a transdermal delivery. Now that's something I know about. I've made quite a few transdermals over the last few years. Weren't you going to make a resveratrol transdermal a week or so ago? Did you ever make it? If you need any pointers for brewing a transdermal, let me know. I'm always willing to help my Russian brother out!! Bis Spater!

Looks huge! My pulldowns aren't that intense, although I got on the bi-lateral pulldown yesterday that I haven't done in months and just went nuts on the thing. Didn't count reps, just kept chugging away until my arms wanted to fall off, counted to 30, did it all again x3. I feel it today!
