SHOULDERS--Seated Arnold DB Presses--40'sX10, 70'sX13, 70'sX12>45'sX12>30'sX15. I love this exercise. I think I will do them standing next round and go up in weight. Besides, the standing version will engage my core. Feeling strong from my center.
TRICEPS--Seated Overhead Triceps Cable Extensions--100X10, 170X11, 170X9>120X10>90X14. The "horseshoes" are growing!!:mischievous: Feed 'em some more oats here in a minute.
BICEPS--Seated Alt. DB Curls--40'sX10, 70'sX11, 70'sX10>50'sX10>30'sX14. The mountain peaks were so high, I could've sworn that I seen snow on them!! LMAO Good stuff here. Felt really in the groove on these.
QUADS--Leg Extensions--100X15. 200X19, 200X19>140X10>100X16. I squeezed out a few more reps on that last drop than I did the last couple of sessions. I can see and feel my quads getting bigger, stronger, faster, etc....:yup:
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Legged Deadlifts--205X10, 355X12 (up 1 rep), 355X11>245X12. Kept pushing past the pain threshold. And size will be the reward for my sacrifice!! :hail:
Gonna hit up forearms and calves tomorrow morning right after my cardio session. I've got some errands to run just as soon as I can get my post-workout shake/meal in me.
