standing dumbell curls: 65*6, 70*6, 75*6, 80*6 still strong here
cable pushdowns: 150*10, 160*9 (excellent, 160 on pushdowns is sooo heavy)
CGBP: 225*10, 245*10, 265*8 (down a rep actually)
standing ez bar curls: 125*10, 145*10, 165*6 (stupidly heavy, such hard reps)
at that point i was about to do more but my stomach was feeling nauseous again. My workout was intense but the volume was so low it should not have been so bad. In my mind i've been blaming the T3. Outside of the gym i feel great all the time of course... feels like i'm dragging in the gym though and have to push myself harder to keep going. Def. makes me think it's the T3, bigzach mentioned this. And I'm pretty solidly on 75-80mcg everyday
also i want to drop the test. it doesn't really do anything, but i'm tired of taking AI's to deal with nipple puffiness and sensitivity. I'll just pump pure mast instead and see if that can make a drier look. It'll be a fun experiment
