Listen, nobody in here will take you seriously if you talk like that. From the sounds of it you have an impressive physique. If your stats are true then what you have to say has some merit in it for the shear fact that you can back up what you say with your physique.
That's the only proof we have in the bodybuilding world where it's full of "opinions" on what works and what doesn't. Our bodies.
So lets cut this crap of battling opinions. Just state what works for you and if need be prove it with pictures.
Personally, I'm 197-199 on SD/Epi bridge cycle arms closing in on 17 inches with LOTS of definition (they were 16 inches pre cycle at 180 pounds so I have larger arms then the norm). I never do an arms day. I hit up bi's for a couple exercises after back workout 2x a week. Tri's the same thing, 2 exercises, 2x a week, after chest workout.
There... just tell us what works for you. We're here to learn. Not be right about everything.
