think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

I call my abs the lost city of fatlantis, sunken under a sea of fat. But one day they will be uncovered again!

Well that's about to change real fast... After my calorie campaign yesterday which set a PR for protein intake (410g) and marked the highest calories of any point in this cycle, I am down 3 pounds today to 231. Which makes it -5 pounds in the last 2 days.

Doesn't help that today is a cardio day either so I probably sweated off another pound lol.

I'm just going to tell myself that I'm losing fat and try not to think about it. And keep up my eating.

So much for having test levels 4x normal
 
Keep it up Unreal. You're probably just losing the bloat since you just got off PPlex. Even running SD along side I'd assume you'd still get some slight wet gains.

I think the best indication of how much muscle I am keeping is my strength. Which has been great thus far, hopefully it continues. Probably going to start stacking Jack3d with ephedrine for a real kick in the pants pre-WO.

Well I still made PR's on strength each day this week hopefully I can do more of that tomorrow and Friday. I'll see next week as well.
 
Very good point. Now jacked and ephedrine sounds like a fun combo! It'll definitely let you know you're alive. Haha!

i still think 1g of tren a week is crazier than stacking a moderate dose of jack3d with a moderate dose of ephedrine
 
i dont know i guess we are weightin sides. ECA gave me horrible heart palpations! so i can even picture stacking it with granium
 
if you are prone to any heart problems there's a lot of things you shouldn't take
 
well im not prone at all. i do clen at 220mcg easy. its just somethign about ephedra after like week 5-6 it just dose not do me so well
 
same here ive pulled 585 for about 4 reps maybe 2 or 3 times.....but i havent done them in forever.

the back pumps just hinder the rest of my workout. i may just do high reps with 315 today at the end

What are your stats nos? That is a legit deadlift.

Bingo. If your strength stays up, whatever you're losing is not muscle, esp on test.

I know you step on the scale daily, but do yourself a favor and don't be too much of a slave to it. When you get up there in weight, solidly north of 200 lbs, you're going to have some fluctuation based on a lot of different factors. Hell, I can take a **** and lose 2 lbs.

IOW, don't go crazy stressing yourself out based on the scale if your strength is still high. Keep on plugging and see where you are after weeks, not days. Just my $0.02.

lmfao! yah but 4 weeks left of INJ and and 6 weeks left of cycle! so im sure i can pull through but i just did 1000 for a past 2 shots and one more week cuz i got tooo much tren and i do not wanna through $$$ away. but soon ill stabilize it back to 750-800, tren has been good to me. i do notice some sides btu not so bad

Can't complain when strength is still good

Weird being off the orals. I've lost my 24/7 pump. Lost a lot of muscle fullness. Do not feel so hard and jacked. Instead of ignoring soreness, I now get incredibly sore. My body feels hurt and taxed. But i'm still raping the weights everytime. And I definitely look better than when I started lol.

Hard to see the difference. I think i look leaner but at the same time the muscles are less full so overall they kinda counter each other out. But you saw my last picture. I'll try to get more progress pictures (that aren't so ****ing crappy) in the next few weeks. And you bet i'll get more when I start cutting and actually start looking good again LOL.

I gotta say that as much as I bitch about test, it certainly helps me keep gains after orals... **** orals only cycles guys... After strong stuff like SD you need to bridge out into something. Epi helps... Ideally you would bridge into an injectable though.

I am calling the idea cascading. Start with a powerful compound, bridge into something lighter like Epi (in my case i did an extra week of Phera) and then 2nd cascade out into an even lighter anabolic like test and ride that out for a while.

SD solo cycles... stupid IMO. I can't hold onto much at all. This is why the AAS community frowns on dbol only cycles. It can only work if you run them longer than 4 weeks like 6/7/8 which people do with AAS like dbol or var or whatever but that long on SD is a bad idea.

concerning that comparison Gnasty helped me realize that my "ephedra" product is bs ephedra extract and not as good as the real stuff. So no worries about it being too strong stacked w/ geranium. Last summer i pushed a lot of geranium stacked with caffeine, that stuff works great on me.

I think part of the reason I can still make strength increases is because I'm throwing around such big weights, I'm able to inflict greater muscle hypertrophy, combined with some mild anabolics and eating more calories than the start of the cycle, i can see some increases. Orals are a great kickstart cuz they give your strength this big boost up. Even though i'm on cycle, i think i'm getting MORE sore than pre-cycle, simply because the elevated strength is allowing far better workouts.

Sup fellas. Probably overhydrated yesterday. Weight was up today and I sweat up a ton while i lifted. I was throwing droplets of sweat around. My apologies to everyone at the gym...

standing db curls: 60*6 wu, 75*6, 80*6, 85*6 (my friend said these looked more like hammer curls towards the end, understandable)
weighted dips: +135*12, +135*14, +135*14 (found the "groove")

preacher curls (ez curl bar, outer grip): 125*6, 145*4 [switched to inner grip] -> 145*6, 155*5
CGBP (btw this is on a smith press although sometimes i do it normal bench): 225*10, 245*10, 265*10

incline db curls: 70*6, 70*6
cable pushdown: 140*10, 150*10

crazy 8's: 35 pound dumbells for 2 sets... too pumped!
incline close grip pushups: *34

The preacher curls are a PR, most others are improved from last week (marked in red) but not PRs.

My strength is going great, much better than I expected really. Better strength retention off orals so far than last cycle in which i used much more test and mast. I am definitely gaining a huge amount of intensity from the jack3d stacked with that "ephedra extract + other stuff" stim, + need2slin. I'm on quite the stack :).

Anyway the workout was awesome. The preacher curls were quite a challenge but I love challenges. I love to focus in on a set and blast my music and focus 100% and that's what preacher curls are alllll about.

Oh and I'm glad that I had been dropping water weight because I noticed i was starting to look drier and leaner. Some more pictures soon.
 
dont know how or why unreal, but when i dropped mast when i was running it (and continued on test) my strength slowly got better. ive been scratching me head ever since.

mast even @ 600mg/week didnt do SH!T for me except give me horrible chest, shoulder, and back acne
