think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

Just to give some idea of where i'm at. Scale says 238. A lot of fat around the midsection, obliques are spilling over the side, but underneath it all i'm pretty swoled up.

prolly take some more when I get off the orals completely. Maybe take a day or two to let myself dry out. It won't be tooo bad blasting this fat off in the coming months.

Bout to inject again. I'm thinking less mast and more sust per shot. Why? So in the Halodrol portion I run out of sust and I'm just on Hdrol and Mast. WHY? To look grainy that's why. Test is just there for libido and it'll be fine anyway so whatever. I'm so over test.

More serious about today, my weight was DOWN at the gym to 234. Did cardio/abs. Got an ab cramp that was interesting. Came home and i been eating and hydrating back up to get my weight back. Probably got a little dehydrated last night.

But 3 days off SD and see what happens i'm dropping pounds. Not to mention my back is sore and I haven't been sore for weeks. Being on SD is like being immortal; never being sore is like on TV when someone gets shot up and they regenerate the wounds closed and smile and keep going, that's how SD feels. The improvement in recovery time is insane that's why I'm glad i was training with such high frequency.

Anyway maybe I dropped a couple pounds of water weight i'm not sure, my belly is still kinda soft looking but today my vascularity was showing through very well so I won't complain too much.

I definitely will NOT let myself drop under 230 for the next month though that's the goal keep it 230-235 for 1 more month

Have you seen the south park where they get Butters fat on City Wok and then give him lipo? LMAO.
 
Believe its day 32 of the orals. Once again the scale at the gym was all low said 234. I got home and pounded my post-WO meal and my scale says 239. I guess they're pretty different cuz i'm not eating a 5 pound meal

Anyway had a good shoulder workout.
overhead iso press (hammer strength): 140*10, 180*10, 200*10, 230*8, 250*5
shrugs: 8 plates*35, 10 plates*25, 10 plates*20
upright rows: 135*12, 155*10
dumbell lateral raises: 40*15, 40*15 & front raises: 40*15 & rear raises: 30*25
few sets of calves and ****...

Love my calf workout, loadup the smith press and get under the bar as if i'm gonna squat, then put my toes on a plate and do calve raises... 4 plates per side (405) for sets of 20 reps.


Loving the Phera right now just on 30mg. Very very mild no sides or anything just solid workouts, good hardness, good pumps, good energy (esp. combined with jack3d). Not making PRs like on SD but i feel like i'm solidifying a lil at this weight. Very tempted to do a 6th week. Appetite is fine, feel like liver can handle this lighter load much more easily. Good stuff.
 
yeah when my lifting partner remembers to bring the damn straps i'll put more plates on! 6 plates per side EASY next time.
 
might be able to do 7 each side i'll see. I dunno if the shrug machine even has room for that many plates lol.

With a barbell i can do lots of reps with a bar scraping up against my ****. I like the machine, it's really the same thing... just easier to hold, and the weight is out of my way.

20 plates total lol that's a lot of iron. Just loading it up would have to count as a set of something. But anyway the shrugs were not bad i'm usually pretty strong with them. My favorite way to do shrugs is with a hex-bar but I haven't had access to one of those for years. But training that thing up past 3 plates per side back in the day is how i built my foundation.

I was more impressed with my overhead press machine... my OH press is so gimped, even if it's a frigging hammer strength machine, I am surprised I was able to do 250. Next time I get to load that baby up with 3 plates per side now that'll look sick.

unreal do you have a neck? lol i know majority of androgen receptors are in the traps, shoulders and chest, so when on cycle those areas grow more than others so i cant imagine wtf that much weight on shrugs would produce while using gear

I've still got a neck. Interesting you mention this though because a couple weeks into the SD/PP I noticed my traps visibly perk up. I've only hit them a few times and they're as strong as they've ever been, I hadn't even worked them seriously since last summer lol. I'll get some straps next time and keep killing it.
 
my traps are overtrained easily. I can only work em dead once a week tops normally every other week they grow, if i try and do em all the time they stay the same size lol

weighted dips: 120 db for as many reps as I can *3

incline db curls: 3*8
CGBP: 4*6

standing bb curls: 3*12
cable pushdowns: 3*12

I am psyching up for arm day already... I got a goal here, hammer curl the 90 pound dumbells.

Another sidenote: i'm taking Need2Slin with my carby meals at the moment... i wonder if this stuff is supposed to make you thirsty? Cuz i been pounding water. Then again it's also so hot here im dripping sweat just from sitting in a chair shirtless. 79F does that to me.

my god damn house is 80 degrees.. and my god damn electric is still 300 a month..****ing srp..increasing the price per kw during summer when ppl need c...o well **** it.. it was like 108 today outside anyway... this clen makes me sweat all day anyway..

yeah normally i go do something on a hot day but i've been lazy sitting around the house making meals. Speaking of that i took 4 caps of need2slin total with my last 2 meals (2*2) since they had carbs. And since then i've been thirsty as ****, my scale says 243 now and I'm still thirsty/hungry.

Either the need2slin is making me HYOOGE or i'm gonna be bloated tomorrow lmao.
 
Well after those meals I got pretty thirsty and then really pumped, was feeling pretty good muscle hardness, felt like I was on steroids! oh wait.

It's hard to tell. Seems like it was doing something though :). It'll take me some time to determine how well it's working, it'll either bloat me or make me hyoge as i said lol. I had stepped on the scale and it said 243.5 and since then i've only eaten and hydrated further. I don't look bloated right now but we'll see in the next few days how this works though. I'm pretty psyched actually, feeling that PUMP was a good indicator of cell volumization or whatever.
 
yeah i am actually feeling a bit better now (harder). I think it's the diet, i've been lower on fat than usual and higher on carbs than usual for bulking and not the greatest success visually.

I think I'm going to try to nail down a diet plan that only uses significant amounts of carbs in the first 3 meals. Here's what i'm going with right now

1) PRE-WO: cereal, 1cup milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 protein/energy bar
2) POST-WO: 2cup milk, 2 scoops whey, extra food depending on how hard my workout was (very little extra food on cardio days)
3) 8 oz ground beef + 1 cup brown rice (going to replace brown rice with buckwheat)
4) 2 cans tuna + 2 tablespoons mayo
5) MEAT (beef, steak, fish, chicken, turkey, etc), veggies, 1 cup milk
6) 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey, 1 handful peanuts, splash of milk to mix together

one of my problems is meal 4. It's been changing around so i decided to make the tuna permanent. My problem is the mayo. I'd rather have olive oil in here... however olive oil + tuna is inedible for me. Tuna straight out of the can is inedible to me. It's too fibrous, chewy and nasty, my body doesn't recognize it as food and so it's difficult to swallow. I need to mix it with something to get it down. Mayo lubricates it so it's actually edible, but that's not my #1 choice for fat... so my question is, how do you guys get your canned tuna down the hatch? I want to work olive oil in SOMEHOW i'm still low on fat.

In other good news... yes i don't get along great with carbs BUT i'm getting some help there. I've got two great products to run during the recomp portion of the cycle. Needtobuildmuscle brand "Need2Slin" and Lean Body Formulations "Recompadrol." I'm excited to have them and obviously my diet is going to get tweaked up a bit when I hit the recomp part of my cycle.

I'd say yes, as insulin (or a mimicker) is, as we all know, a storage hormone. Should be shuttling nutrients to your muscles, and with that comes glycogen or "water", hence an increased need for fluids.

Ask hump, isn't he running real slin right now? As far as I know a big insulin response will make you thirsty, but then again I've never run insulin (nor would I).

I cut my ele. bill in half by not running major apps. from 10 am-7pm.
 
Unreal for tuna, try adding a lil tabasco and less mayo. The spice will make you produce a lil more salvia to help choke that dry grainy tuna down.

In some ways, it was better than sex, because it lasted an hour but i didn't get bored. My energy and pump was...

db curls seated on incline: 60*8*3
close grip bench: 225*8, 225*10, 245*9

standing ez bar curls: 105*10, 125*10
cable tricep pushdowns: 130*10, 140*10, 150*9

Felt twice as big by the end of the workout as when I started. I was flying on endless energy and focus the whole time.
