DAY 35

WEIGHT - 225 (+20)

UPDATES -
-i have to take the day off, my whole body is genuinely sore. it hurts to pick up a bag of groceries... so unless i get extremely bored later and cave in cause i hate days off today will be an off day.
-i feel good on the epi so far, i feel totally pumped and full. like my body just took a viagra. i really tapered off during the last wk or two of SD so this is a welcome feeling.
-ive learnt my lesson and will be tapering the dose up each week. in case you've missed it i started at 60. tomorrow its 70. whoo my joints.
 
You boys need to get out more :) me I'm on the beach with a smoking hot Russian with another one on her way out here

So i think i have a problem with ordering more and more sh!t...

i just went and checked my mail and there is one of those USPS papers that says they left me a parcel. i cant get it til tomorrow when the office staff are back in... problem is i have no idea what i ordered.
 
bro's i just pulled a 8 hr shift at work...... started at 9am, 9;20am disloacated me knee realllll bad, got home at 5 took a T now heading to ER LOLL

my doorman signs for everything i just have to wait for them to open the office tomorrow.

i know i took one off yesterday and was gonna do one today too but i was like FKK that and i just had a killer back workout

u name it i did, pretty disappointed in myelf but back on tach as of right now,

Prob didnt eat after 4pm unless u include pu$$y, i was a total **** and slipped roght back into my old habits, p1ssed at myself.

This is where i justify it!!!!

2nd Russian turned up and she had pure MDMA, i had already brought a long a fair list of treats, yayo, percs, diesel, V and of course booze, weather started raining and decisions were made, go out stay in?

Def not worth the trade off. If you partied like I did and im pretty sur eyou did, you've had thousands of nights exactly like this one... and they left you wanting you to change, just like they left me wanting to change. Get back on track, realize your personal limitations, and adjust life accordingly. Dont beat yourself up over a mistake, but dont make light either brother. You've worked too hard to get where you are now.

so i woke up this morning took my slin shot then had my high carb meal then i took a look at the clock and realize it wasnt 930 at all but rather 530... 530 in the morning! and i couldnt go back to bed cause i had just taken my slin... fukkin moron sometimes.
