DAY 22

WEIGHT - 222 (+16.5)

UPDATES -
i have ridiculous amounts of joint pain right now. my shoulders throb but only when i work out. my right elbow hurts like something is gonna snap on any push exercise and my right wrist hurts anytime i supinate that wrist and on alot of exercises as well BUT we will soldier on
ive been sleeping better so thank god for that.
other than that... really no sides

my bench has increased from 275x5 to 315x6 so far as well to give you an idea how the lifts are coming.
Today was shoulders and i didnt have a spot so i did military press on the smith machine so i dunno how to list the weight but i had 3 plates a side for 5. again i go down to my nose, not down to my chest on this.
 
Good call man. You're a big guy so I wouldn't be scared to up the doses that high. I hope it works good for you. I'm pullin up a chair to see how epi treats you since I gotta hop on that soon too. How you liking super by the way? How does it rank with the list of compounds under your belt?

super is great, really its one of the best out there. gains like dbol really without the water weight... i get sides from it here and there but they come and go and its all worth it. so if you can handle whatever sides may come then i highly recommend to anyone with a little experience. as far as OTC ive used, nothing touches it.

Went cold turkey off the coke and booze, rented a house out East right on the beach for a self imposed sabbatical. Worked out and and went fishing for 6 months, kicked all the sh!t and sorted myself out.

And now im back :)

Im probably looking at ur apt right now, i decided I wasnt quite ready for the big city yet, so i rented a nice place on the water in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

bro... we come from the same sh!t. i got clean august 20th, 09. i spent the winter out on the island and now im back in my spot but ive changed my life completely. i dont see my old friends, i dont really go out much, i gotta be so careful... working out hard brings so much discipline to life, discipline that can be applied to so many areas of life, such as recovery.

you're in a nice spot there though, i lived for about a year in Clinton Hill BK which was alright but its not on the water like you.

i cant figure out how to post a pic from looking out my window.

damn bro hate to tell u but the epi is gonna make this joint pain so much worse.. its gonna be almost unbearable.. winni too.. how much test r u running.. u might need to up it before you start epi so u can get some estrogen in those joints

yeah im def aware of this... and not totally sure what i am going to do to counteract this. ill figure something out and aint no sore joints gonna kill this.

UPDATE - i just measured my arms and ... well actually my right arm... 18.2"... doesnt seem too bad all things considered. feeling pretty good, my size is coming back fairly well.
 
dude if you have the money id do like 6-8 grams of fish oil, animal flex and cissus all stacked for joints. lol sounds like overkill but im doing the fish oil and flex right now, throwing in the cissus when i start epi and during pct. youre an animal i know it wont stop you but it cant be comfortable

yeah ive been figuring out what im gonna stack... this looks good though, i appreciate the advice. its borderline unbearable when i work out. between sets i have to sit down rest my arms on something elevated above my shoulders, cause my shoulders hurt holding up the weight of my own arms. my wrist is at the point where it hurts to say... open a drawer lol. it'll be alright.
 
I had some tendonitis in my wrist because of a time i fell and bent my finger back.. had pain almost all the way up to my elbow. I was hard headed and worked through pain, doing pull downs and such, even tho while my finger was swollen I couldnt properly get a grip lol

and then my shoulder bothers me some, and after two weeks of SD, I am starting to notice how much of a pain joints can be just from cycles. I'd say this is my first side that I'm experiencing. Not gonna stop me, but it's a b1tch and definitely wanna go overboard supplementing for my joints so they dont flare up more

thats exactly what i do for joint except 10g of the fish oil and 8g CLA

Animal Flex and Cissus really work
 
yeah i hear ya bro... tendonitis is a bitch... anti-inflammatories are my friend. im not gonna rest, f that.

I originally said the same thing and then it got to the point that I couldn't even mow my lawn. Doc took my out for 3 weeks. Do the best you can to nip it in the butt now bro. Id hate to have it happen while on cycle.

i think alot of it has to do with the fact that i was so much bigger and stronger before so my strength is coming back really fast. three months ago i could only bench 225 for 7. now i can go 315 for 6. so part of me thinks i should stick to some higher reps... but i want my size back and i aint gonna grow without lifting some heavy ass weights

I agree with you there. Mine flares up after a heavy workout in my bench shirt. I actually debated on running IGF-LR3 to assit in the healing process. That will ultimately be my next step if it gets that bad again.

I have considered this option for my shoulder. I can deal with my wrist.. I wrap it up and it helps, I ice it and it helps, and I take supps and it helps but it doesnt mean it's gone. If this is something you do sooner then later let me know how it works out.

I suffer from it in my right elbow as well. I have knots in my forearm and tricep that are the root cause of it. You know I will defn follow that log bro.

haha this is where the gods hang lol. i started my epi today... but i may or may not have decided to start it at 75mg.

75mg? I ramped it up to 50mg in the past and the sides started to out weigh the gains. That's defn sick though if you are able to do it. Usually 40mg is the sweet spot for me.
 
too many people talking about it not workin for them and it scared me, i have four more hours to decide if its gonna be 60 or 75 to start. maybe ill start it at 60 then go from there. yeah yeah thats what ill do. good thinking guys. ha

A long time on the forums has taught me that the liver can handle a lot. Good example... RazorRipped on MD, was talking about how back in the day, his favorite bulking cycle (ran multiple times) was 200mg of abombs a day for 12 weeks straight.

See Dbol and Abombs have had a lot of use over the decades and a lot of clinical documentation and SCIENTIFIC STUFF, Abombs has been prescribed in high doses for long times for wasting patients. SD has been out since what 2005? There's no scientific research on long-term use with SD. But at any rate I'd be pretty concerned about cholesterol because i've seen the bloodwork where after a 4 week run, the HDL comes back in single digits.

I have a close friend that ran Dbol for 6 month with a test base

He knows is stuff and is a Pro, in a conversation we had, he compatred the toxicity of 20mg of Dbol to one beer!!!!!!!!!
