Trust me, that's a helluva gain in just a few days. Eating alone is not going to give you that kind of weight gain. Pat yourself on the back for dedicated and intelligent dieting and training! Just no more ICE CREAM....lol!


haha thanks guys. Sometimes I don't like to under estimate the power of food. The thing is even though I'm bulking I am still eating wisely, and bulking much smarter this time compared to my hdrol (+16lb) gain. I think In the end the results will be better.
 
Just added the weight gain now, it is up 6.6lbs in 8 days... not bad really. Not huge but not bad.

Right now my upper body could stand to gain that and my lower body could stand to lose that! I wouldn't mind...

AWESOME rsults so far, sweets :D
 
The ONE [Day 7 REVIEW]

...

Training:
Training has been good thus far, doing 8-12reps, goign as heavy as I possibly can. Training focus has been awesome thus far, and The One has to take some credit for this.

Body composition and Look:
Body is looking really full and pumped,///.

Muscle Hardness:
Up slightly, nothing to get overly excited about, I can say this is up slightly though, which hasn't happend to me to many times.

...

Strength:
This has been quite good thus far, strength has gone up nicely. Whether this is due to me thinking I'm 'on' something or just due to the product I am not sure. I am noticing though that weight I struggled with before has become MUCH easier. SO an extra 1-2 reps is now a given.

Speed:
Only played one game of rugby on this, and felt pretty damn good. I didn't mention it in my log but should have. Someone actually aksed if I had been doing speed training. Which I havn't.

Co-ordination:
Notcied this durign the game, felt controlled and deliberate in my movements. Hard to describe on paper.

Quality of Training:
Awesome, the mood enhancing effects have been amazing. Just being in a good mood all the time makes training damn fun.

Mood/Aggression:
Mood has been fantastic, always keen to train, always keen to push harder. Taking a rest day on this stuff is so damn hard! I jsut feel like I want to contract my muscles all the time.

Libido:
Was up majorly the first 2-3 days. seems to have stabalised somewhat although my attention can still be grabbed easily right now.

Joints:
Generally fine, havn't noticed any major drying of joints or joint pain.

Overall Sense of Feeling:
Great, I want to train right now but I need a rest! My CNS is wasted!

Notes:
Read above, really liking this stuff so far, strength, mood, pumps, so far it has been a good ride. Hopefully the second week continues like this. If I can get another 8-10 lbs out of this I will be happy.

I can only smile and um...yes, well, keeping it clean... :D:p

Man, I feel for all them that cant eat what they want. I could eat pizza 6 times a day and the worst thing that would happen would be I'd lose my bottom two Abs! :D

But then the skinny Gene aint great either. Taken me a damn decade to build a big body.

The ONE [BONUS OBSERVATION #3]

Acne, has started to increase, since day Nine, not major breakouts, but certainly more than usual on my face. None on the body. Will up the b5 and wash face 3x per day and see if that helps out some.

The ONE [BONUS OBSERVATION #4]

Libido, while still being up, the random erections several times during the night have ceased. This has been like this since day seven. Libido is still there, less pronounced as well though.

AND without the beak!!! Possibly without the chicken, too. All I know is, it's greasy-tasting as hell, even after you drain all the liquid. And...be warned: It may just TASTE LIKE chicken. At least, that's what I think the can says. He just didn't read it carefully. Or, like dog food, it's chicken BY-PRODUCTS. Synthetic chicken at its best.

Ah, yes...SPAM....S h i t Posing As Meat. My father used to tear that s h it up...fry it with cheese and things like that. Ughhhh....boneless, skinless, real chicken breast for me, thanks!

Thirst, as other have noted, this stuff makes you thirsty man! I usually drink a lot of water but The One has me wanting to have more. I almost never feel thirsty due to the amount of water I drink, but now if I don't have a bottle next to me all the time I actually feel like I haven't had water in hours! Cells must be sucking this up with some sweet cho's!
