Not sure if this is the place, but I'd like some more info on this. Is "modified vegetarian" a standard term? Off to search...

Thanks in advance!
more of my term, LOL- I use it in reference to being a vegetarian while still trying to maintain a diet that supplants recovery from heavy weight training, plylometrics, endurance work, core work, etc. I put my body through crazy **** just about daily- and I have to make a few allowances most vegetarians (and def. vegans) won't allow for:
1. I still use whey protein for about 40-60 grams of my daily protein, but no other dairy, and I will eat eggs on occaision
2. I still eat seafood maybe once a month or every couple months (just can't give it up- too good)
3. No chicken, turkey, pork, or beef (only on Thanksgiving or X-mas)- have not eaten any of the above more than 2 times since last March
I want to keep some strength and muscle mass, and I am pretty happy with the way I look- don't really want to change much- the heavier I get- the more problems w/ injury, conditioning, etc. I tend to have- learned this one the hard way....
