Dec 30th - Update on the AndroSeries - Setback

We sincerely apologize for this:
We have received the results of our steroid hormones.

Unfortunately, our lab has confirmed that the hormone powders have failed identification. This included 3 of our 5 hormone ingredients. The other 2 hormones are pending results.

This news has put us in an extremely unfortunate situation, and is a major disappointment for everyone. We had planned on starting pre-sales Friday, the 31st of Dec., however this will not be happening now until we have identified with 100% certainty the identity and purity of these hormones.

We will now be dealing with our Chinese supplier in hopes that they can quickly re-deliver material that meets our specification.

I apologize for the build-up and now the disappointment. At this point, I cannot say how long this will delay the release of the AndroSeries. This will likely cause a delay of at least another 4 weeks. All I can do at this point is keep you guys informed.

I thank you for the support you have brought us over the years, especially with our recent pro-hormone blow out sale to support the release of this new line. I hope you can all remain loyal to us and maintain faith in our integrity and expertise as we work through this difficult time. Most would agree that our financial situation looks extremely grim at this point since all sales have stopped in anticipation for the AndroSeries, but we will continue to keep our sights focused on what’s happening in the R&D room since this is what uplifts our spirits and keeps us moving forward.
 
Our goal from the very beginning of this project was to produce the safest and most effective steroids the world has ever seen, with zero compromise. We are sticking to our commitment, even if it kills us.

Man it's like sending my girlfriend dirty texts back and forth while I'm out of state for work all week and then coming home to rip her clothes off only to discover she's on the rag! And then she walks around in skimpy clothes and tempts me... :'(

I will keep my eye on the site though.

While this is a very unfortunate setback in our project release, we remain dedicated to providing you all with the absolute best quality and assurance in what you're receiving from us; we wouldn't have it any other way. This company was built upon loyalty, trust, and integrity; and it will always remain that way regardless of the situation at hand.

Over the past 6 months, I've put together a very formidable team of forum representatives. I'm personally very proud of that. We will continue to work towards our goals one day at a time until we accomplish those feats we've put in place. I have nothing but confidence in this team. As always, we truly appreciate all the support of our loyal Primordial customers over the years and in the current. If it wasn't for you all, we wouldn't be here. We have some amazing projects in the wings in addition to our new AndroSeries release. Our R&D team is amazing.

While this is another setback, we hold strong together to overcome it and await the next batch of samples from the AndroSeries. We remain very focused and dedicated in getting these products to the market as soon as we can. We truly appreciate the patience and dedication that many of you have shown over the past few months. I can promise you all that in the end very good things will come to those that have waited.

It would be a great call I think. I know personally I will come up with cash for the new series whenever it is ready, but let's not discount your already amazing product line. I know for damn sure the money I had ready for the presale could still be used in an extremely effective way... I would really think about it PP

So I have a question, just because your products failed QC why don't you release the information on time? What is the point of withholding the information if it was only the QC checks that failed?

because if the manufacturer can't get it to the level of purity required, they may have to change manufacturers and that could add a month or two.

That's what I'm screaming. I don't like having to take off from work to have a face to face with suppliers that don't deliver. :twak:

i hope so for pp's sake. although now the androseries is on the back burner for me its the other products that id hate to see go away

We're still working hard to get this all done as soon as possible with a favorable outcome. I'm very confident in the coming month we'll have good news to disclose to you all. :)
