My day is currently- wake up anytime from noon-2. Get to gym by 3-5. Eat by 6-8 until 10/11
Bed at 2-3am
Few days a week I wake up earlier but gym and food will be same times.. My last feeding is usually just a protein shake at 10 or 11pm. But then I'm up for a few hours.. It's summer so my cheat meals r less frequent.. But when I do, I usually eat less during the day or have a depletion workout prior.. And I do it late at night like 8-10.. I necer count, but a reasonable estimate would be 200g carbs (60-70fiber) 100g protein, and 100g fat (10-20 saturated)
I don't tolerate carbs at all.. I hAve to be keto to really burn fat and get super cut.. I've all but given up on it this summer. Last year it was easty, but for some reason this year, just couldnt make it hAppen despite heavy supplementation, lots of cardio and keto dieting. So I said f it and started addin back fruits and veg, beans, etc.. Very little STARCHY carbs, but not low carb for sure.. Per the advice of Manu members, I need to really shock/reset my system due to years of Yo Yo dieting/low carbing and stimulant use.. Recommendations are for 200-300 g carbs daily.. I'm trying, but that's a tough one...
Not to different than I. Ill use myself as an example
Wake up 9:51 every day (9 min snooze sometimes)
gym @ 11-1ish (whey shake in milk as I drive home, does not count as a meal)
Post work out meal around 1-1:30
** I personally do not use any GDA post work out. I am sensitive to GDAs and nutrient repartitioning post work out is already increased, I see it as diminishing returns. I also have the opinion post work out are needed to restore glycogen, and a GDA may not be best at that time.
**At work till 1130 ***
Meal 2 @ 5pm<-- This is about a 100-200 carb meal depending on the day. I will be using SS v2 20 mins before this meal
Meal 3 @ 8-9pm (50-100g carbs)
Whey/Casein shake around 10. Last consumption of calories for the day if I am being strict with my diet...
Bed 3am (hopefully)
That is my lay out. I will give pre bed doses a try, But to be honest getting 60 days out of a bottle IN MY OPINION will yeild greater results than over dosing a product. It takes time for composition changes to occur. I noted I am sensitive to this type of product, others may need 2 caps to experience the same results. SSv2 is powerful I always recommend starting low and working up to a sweet spot.
Cheda I have read your threads, your very knowledgeable but I agree with the members who recommend a little "break" it seems to me like you tried to be "competition ready" all year, or at least for several months. Thats not ideal. It also looks to me like your only eating for 4-5 hours out of the day, In MY opinion thats too little. You may just need to take some time on a moderate carb diet, and wait for your body to re adjust.
