Yep, they actually let me out early today. I got home like 30min ago, had a big chicken and rice meal, I'm gonna take a nice long nap and hit the gym later when I'm fresh.Well it's a good thing you aren't trying to bulk with all that going on.
Sounds like you have a solid plan for moving forward. Adjust on the fly, and when you know you are in the hole you put the shovel down before you get too deep to climb back out.
Only 2 1/2 hours? Why'd ya cut it short? LolOk, so this workout is going to sound crazy but it was all very half paced. I'm gasing out quick but I can truck along at half steam endlessly.
Shadow boxing 3 rounds
Heavy bag 3 rounds
One on one with trainer. 30min
Deadlifts 135x10, 225x5,5 I stopped. My lower back was so pumped I couldn't do it. The pump came on while I was working with the trainer ducking and slipping punches.
Weighted chins 10, 45x5,5,8
Rowing machine 3x2min
Hammer curls 25x15, 40x12,12
Was heading home and got asked to spar so I suited back up lol
Boxing 3x3min rounds
Kickboxing 2x3min rounds
I'm not a kick boxer but I've trained it enough to spar with some of the newer guys. So I can kinda fake it enough to look "ok"
Done. 2hrs and 28min
Ya I gotta take advantage when I can during the week and on the weekends when I have free time I'm do more bodybuilding style stuff. I was thinking about what everyone was saying and my thoughts based on the advice of the guys here is this.Only 2 1/2 hours? Why'd ya cut it short? Lol
Good work man, glad you got a good opportunity to get some work in and sounds like you made the most of it!
Good work…..You could almost say your doing Extreme Cross Training, when you factor in your work.Ok, so this workout is going to sound crazy but it was all very half paced. I'm gasing out quick but I can truck along at half steam endlessly.

Notes.
No side effects from the product that I would say are bad.
I seem to be getting lower back pumps the past few times I did anything that involves legs or lower back. I can't say for certain it's from the product.
Despite only being on half my trt dose, and working crazy, I feel like energy is pretty good and motivation is good.
I also seem bloated the past few days but only in my face and midsection. Arms and shoulders and even legs look lean and vascular but my stomach and face seem like I'm holding water.
I'm wondering if because ara causes inflammation this could be happening? Or it very well could be stress and lack of sleep.
Sleeping straight through the night but because I've had to get up so early the past few days I'm running on 5 hours tops each night.
Also @LeanEngineer @Afi140
I haven't had much time to research but would there be any cons to running this product at double dose? I would finish the bottle per label but in the meantime grab a second bottle and do 2 extra weeks double dose.
Was just a thought.
By the way I did use the fix lighting feature on my phone on these pictures, one of the light bulbs in the bathroom where I took the pictures was out and it was casting shadows oddly and my phone has a fixed lighting feature that brightens things up. I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to doctor up my photos so if anyone wants to see the pictures that do not have the fixed lighting feature I saved them in my phone lol
You’re still a beast regardless of the lighting. Keep up the great progress.
It's not that I think I'm bloated like I'm fat. I just can tell I appear to be holding water or that something looks off. Mainly my stomach and face. Hard to explain it.Even though you had to pull back a little because you felt zapped, you still got in plenty of work this week. Now at least you have a better idea of where your at with your new job and workout volume and where that threshold is before feeling burned out.
I think it’s funny when you say your a little bloated…….every time I see your pictures you look shredded. We’re our on worst critics.
You may have been right. I just looked do a bunch of pictures of my face and it's not bloated I think what I'm seeing is my eyes have a little bit of bags underneath them from being overtired and not sleeping as much.Even though you had to pull back a little because you felt zapped, you still got in plenty of work this week. It probably would do you good to get in a few extra calories, especially as hot as it’s been lately. And extra rest always helps. You may have been right. I measured my waist and it's actually a hair smaller then it was 2 weeks ago and bodyweight is exactly the same. Give or take 0.2lbs
Maybe I should stop worrying so much and just eat more. As long as I stay under 200,lbs I'm going to be in range for the next cut. The extra calories and a little more effort to get a extra hour sleep is probably more beneficial at the moment
Probably right, even right now I'm pretty lean and I'm 16lbs over the weight class lol.It probably would do you good to get in a few extra calories, especially as hot as it’s been lately. And extra rest always helps.
Years ago when I would have to do a weigh in I found it worked better for me to just stay within striking distance of my final weight, about
10-15lbs, and then shed the last little bit the final 10-15 days. I usually started at about 12 weeks up 25lbs and would start a gradual cut to that las 10-15, and was able to maintain my strength to arm wrestle. One time I decided to just stay lean the whole time, within 5 lbs., for the next competition. I just couldn’t attain and maintain the strength I needed staying that weight. My body just didn’t respond as well maintaining such low calories.
I know you do the first technique of starting
20-30lbs heavier and cut down to within 10-15lbs. range. Since you had already done that for that first fight and then had to readjust, I bet your body is just trying to signal for more calories after being in a deficit longer than you anticipated, and your putting more demand on it with the extra training and work.
Probably would feel better and have a speed advantage.Probably right, even right now I'm pretty lean and I'm 16lbs over the weight class lol.
It's like everything I do is permanent Auto regulation it's almost impossible for me to stick to one game plan.
I'm almost tempted to ask them to find me a short heavyweight, there's gotta be a few guys between 5'10-6'1
I could get a catch weight at 185 or something and then work back up to 210-215 and just suck it up and fight a heavyweight lol

Yeah I always try to cook up enough food on Saturday or Sunday to make it through the majority of the week. By Wednesday or Thursday I start running low but by that point I usually have enough dinner leftovers to steal the meat from to make it till Saturday again LOLFood looks good! That's the best way to do it is make a bunch on the weekends and then have it all ready for you during the week!
I would say my only concern would be the higher dosage of Arachidonic Acid and if your joints would be too achy with that higher dosage but you could always start with 1.5x dosage and then go to 2x if feeling good.

Works for us !That's the smart way to do it, before I was working this job I was cooking on the weekend and then cooking again on Wednesday and getting myself through the week like that. Now I just don't have as much time after work so I make sure the nights that I'm cooking dinner I'm making a little bit of extra food so there's going to be leftovers to pick from as the week goes on.With my wife and I we usually will go out to eat once a week on Saturday, then cook on Sunday to get us to Wednesday midday, then cook again Wednesday night to get us to Saturday mid dayWorks for us !
Fairlife milk, lactose free. And I love milk. If milk didn't f****** my stomach I would drink milk all day instead of water LOLHalf a gallon of milk? Bro that doesn’t even sound good![]()
If it was cold enough it sounds excellent to me!!! I can slam a quart of nice and cold milk like it is nothing.Half a gallon of milk? Bro that doesn’t even sound good![]()
What's even grosser is I just pour in a big bowl and then I put all the crap in it and eat it like cereal lolHalf a gallon of milk? Bro that doesn’t even sound good![]()
When I binge on junk food in the forms of Pop-Tarts cookies and stuff like that I always basically turn it into a giant bowl of cereal so I can eat as much of it as fast as possibleIf it was cold enough it sounds excellent to me!!! I can slam a quart of nice and cold milk like it is nothing.

I opened up a bunch of packages of s'mores Pop-Tarts, broke each Pop-Tart into about six smaller pieces and then threw them all in a bowl fill it up with milk and eat it like cereal. How funny you said that, I was thinking I more than likely would have dipped the pop tarts in the milk if I were you!!!!
Ya, bench press has gone up like 65lbs in a few weeks since going back to eating "normal"I must of missed a couple days….your bench numbers are looking really good considering you’ve been on a cut for so long, or at least maintaining your cut. I love power cleans for explosiveness, and trap bar deadlifts have replaced standard deadlifts for me. The hex trap bar I use has handles as low as a standard bar, so it’s the same pull distance, but so much better on the back being able to lift straight up, and I like to throw a few shrugs in there for good measure.
I know when I took X gels, I was impressed with ARA’s effect on strength, in just over a month too. And that was with battling arthritis issues.Job got moved to a new location, it's only 1 hr drive instead of 1.5 hours. I

I was probably severely overtrained from a CNS point twords the tail end as well.
But @jgntyce has said he's getting a lot of strength increases too so that could also be playing a role in why strength is coming back so fast
Good to know, il be doing further experimenting with ara in the form of this product. I'm not a huge believer in many natty ingredients, but the improved strength and body composition seems to be noticeable more and more as I go along. I got to assume the seven keto and androsterone is the body composition and ara the strengthI know when I took X gels, I was impressed with ARA’s effect on strength, in just over a month too. Definitely something I recommend for someone to try if they don’t have joint issues.
It's all fun and games till I throw on my lime green socks and kinesiology tapeHey man I know lots of people do CrossFit after working physical jobs, whatever you’re into![]()
Ahhh I forgot androsterone is similar to epiandroHey man I know lots of people do CrossFit after working physical jobs, whatever you’re into
Androsterone is what is making you stronger, unquestionably. This why it doesn’t build any size: it’s primarily androgenic, not anabolic.
