Hey all. I've been reading about these (e.g. Anabolic Pump, Slinshot, Glycobol) here and there, but I'm having some trouble coming to grips with how these items aid when a person is cutting. I understand their general mechanism (there are various ways they achieve their function), but I have no idea why people associate these with a cut.
My guess is people who have a really low carb diet to cut are concerned that their carb take-in wont be sufficient to replenish glycogen stores depleted after workouts, so instead of letting the carbs circulate and be digested for fuel, they are redirected into the cell for storage. Is this the case? Or what's behind taking these nutrient repartitioners during a cut? I must be missing something. Thanks.
