Yes, but I don't recommend taking it as a stand alone product unless there is reason to lower your estrogen, reason I say this is, you can dry your joints out too much if you take too much of it. If you do choose to take it as a stand-alone-product, I would not take more than 2 caps per night before bed for 30 days!

OK, I have done the research and you are correct my friend, unfortunately "The jury is still out" as they put it on whether it really does work as a cortisol inhibitor "in real life" as they again put it! Patrick Arnold seems to believe it does, and typically he is correct, so until proven otherwise I am going to go with it does work as a Cortisol Inhibitor!!!

The analogs of 7keto dhea have been shown to compete with these inactive glucocorticoids for the 11b hsd enzyme which results in the reduction of conversion of cortisol. So by reducing the conversion it can lower cortisol.. Yes there isnt hard evidence to support this theory but it isnt that far fetched to believe it is possible IMO
