Sorry to hear that. I know the feeling your talking about...it's not a fun experience. We use to...MANY YEARS AGO...do leg workouts once per month that we called, "Squat till you puke". The name says it all.

DAY 22
as for today....
well my legs were just dead today and with good reason ^^^^^. got down to the end of the day when i prefer my work outs on days i work and was just feelin like snot and didnt have nothin in my legs to hardly get me up, but with th last hour open in my gym i just forced myself to go as i got less then a week left on this and aint gonna let numb powerless legs stop me from hittin my chest. And i was very happy with my decision for TWO reasons....
the first being i go to step on a scale again today, since yesterday i was just too toast to check and i was very pleased to see a pretty number of 176.4! wich im sure helped lead up to my second pleasure of the evening and that was....
MY WORK OUT KICKED ASS!
i pushed up 10 lbs on dbs all around and then pulled 4 sets of unassisted dips (10) and continued to throw 35 lbs onto my fly and still crush to the last rep.... i was just a monster in there tonight and it was only me and one a' the guys that run it in there this evening workin out..... i love the stare i was getting from him as i walked in with my shirt saggin and walked out with it FULL from the enormous pump i had(AX shrt btw,woot), im seriously bigger then my avi shot @ right (as thats a pump pic) although im not @ as low a bf% but hey im on a bulk and i can still see stomach definition so im happy.
i again cant say how pleased ive been with this cycle and i know that with all my hard work and diet that
Epi is just the icing on the cake, making that work o' so sweet.
so as for today ive allready dosed my entire
40mg Epi (10mg am, 10mg bout 3, 10mg bout 830 and 10mg @ 1050 right before w/o) ive also dosed allready
20g Poseidon today (5g am, 5g during work, 5g in the aft/evening, 5g during w/o) and will still dose another
5g poseidon before bed tonight wich will be in the next hour or 2.....
wich leads me to contemplate my
Poseidon use right now and its effects wich ill say its helped with keeping me hydrated very well, i can see it in work and while working out that although i still sweat alot when hot (or woking out) that i dont get parched dont get side cramps and dont have the absolute need to throw back insane amounts of water as it seems the less water im drinking is getting more adequately used and not just urinated out. i can feel a sense of well being and a lil pep in my step after drinking and also can feel the lack of it when stretched out dosing occurs... dont wanna see what a full day without would be like and am just happy knowing im getting all the right stuff to keep my body healthy and clean ("so fresh and so clean, clean" LOL)
as for the lack of cissus though i just ordered more and cant wait to get it as it helps considerabley with the extra loads im throwing on my joints so quickly and can allready feel its absence in my knees and shoulders.....
i also have some
citruline malate, CEE, AEE, Crea mono, and thank goodness for my stink ass some
GUT on the way as i figured my funds could handle it.
ill be using the
cit malate/cee/aee as a pre/during w/o drink during the transition to
HDX2 and
MASS-FX then discontinue (maybe) till after post cycle therapy, or maybe not..... well see.
ill also start loading the
crea mono in the mornings through the whole rest of the cycle as soon as it arrives and then using it post w/o as well.
Mass-fx and
HDX2 use begins either tomorrow or the next as i havent decided cause i want those juices flowin and a gowin so the second i discontinue
Epi theyll be kickin in and thats only 5 days away.
dont know if doing so would bring any benifit but i hope so....
other then that im spent and gotta get some shut eye although tomorrow i donna have any jobs and will be feeding my face getting ready for another killer back/bi work out.
