ok as for tonights w/o...... SUCK ASS!!! not cause it sucked CAUSE IT DIDNT HAPPEN! well @ least not at the gym as i got off work LATE and my gym closes @ 10 on fri sat sun..... SO I SAID F THIS IM STILL WORKIN OUT, broke the glass jimmied the alarm and hopped on the equip..... or at least thats what i wanted to do as i pulled up @ 1030 thinking it was only sat and sun that it closed early....

instead what i really did, since it was shoulders/tri today i went home did as many sets of hand stand pushups (with feet balanced against wall) as possible without getting an anurism, duct taped all my sweety's mini weight set together (totaling a whole friggin 28lbs) then threw them in a quadrouple grocery bag for handles and went to town with her stair stepper that has some tight ass bungies (dont know how they expect poor girls like her to use them) to put together all my shoulder lateral/horizontal raises and single handed skull crushers and had one high repped saddening w/o... but i pushed it for 45 min and the grocery bags were bout to tear through and tired myself out good enough... also threw in a few sets of 30 S-L-O-W pushups till i couldnt no more.....

ill be hittin the gym first thing tomorrow as well doing shoulders AGAIN in the morn and legs in the evening....

as for supplementing took my last 20mg Epi (@ once sadly enough thinkin it would go to good use) 1800mg Cissus, and another 5g poseidon.....

ill be drinkin down another 5g poseidon before i hit the hay and pick up on the rest of this tomorrow..... gnight.

lol... kinda the same idea... guess their called probiotic micro orginisms..... or somethin like that. dont see why not try it out... n prob better for keeping healthy anywhoo.. what enzymes you takin Grunt? btw my girly says she likes yo AVi

Most enzymes are crazy expensive if you get them in capsules as a supplement. I have my protease added to my protein for 0.75$ a lb... Decent price... My roommate came home the other night with a bottle of complete enzymes, you know the fancy "super natural healthy" blah blah blah crap kind of trademark that has the exact same thing that bodybuilders take only 18x the price, well that thing was $90 for 90 caps. Gee, at 3 meals a day, what a bargain. NOT.

I think if you shop around you can get complete enzymes. The probiotics are a total requirement, as hormonal imbalances tend to destroy the intestinal flora and god knows we get our hormones out of what once in a while... For me, just the probiotics and the protease in my powder is enough.
 
day 20

well the workouts on Epi dont cease to amaze me!

didnt end up doin a double work out as planned cause i decided my length of sleep would be more benificial and only ran a real shoulders/tri w/o this evening. AND IT WAS GREAT! recovery between sets is just rediculous and i busted out an hours w/o in less then 40 min and then ran filler exercises to make up the rest of my hour. getting GREAT pumps in the gym that just blow me away and i actually have to massage out my forearms between sets so the dont get too tight.... i love it.

still sitting at a steady 174.8 lbs n think the only reason i havnt gained more in the last couple days is i couldnt get in a GOOD HARD w/o and expect that as long as i push it this next seven days and keep up my cals ill put on @ least 3-4 more lbs..... I HOPE.

so far today ive dosed 30mg Epi (10mg bout 10:30AM, 10mg 5:30pm, and 10mg @ 8:55 right before w/o), 3600mg Cissus (1800mg am, 1800mg right before w/o), 10g Poseidon (5g am, 5g with w/o).

ill be taking another 10mg Epi now and another 5g Poseidon right before sleep.

thanks alot workin i try hard man... dont do all this work other days when i had the chance to use equip so if i got it set in my mind that i have to w/o, I WILL W/O! but boy was it nice doin skull crushers tonight with a barbell instead of a grocery bag lol.

ya ive had a def reduction in Gyno, no more pain unless intentionally inflicted (read pinched hard or flicked) but still do have a lump in both and more then id prefer to have.... still have noticed incredible reduction and wish that i could just stay "on" as im lovin this supp all around.... but alas only 6 days left and got more supps on the top of my fridge callin out my name (HDX2 and MASS-FX) and i cant wait to see what they have to offer as well.... not to mention the Torem so hopefully ill continue to see a reduction in gyno and a gain in mass..... well see.

so far today ive dosed 20mg Epi (10mg bout 8am, 10mg bout 1:30) 10g poseidon (5g am and 5g in the aft)n ive run outta Cissus and gotta actually wait to order some more bulk to make sure my funds can handle it... have held off on gettin GUT as well for the same reason... although my ass and nose will thank me when i can im sure....

bout to take another 10mg Epi in a bit and gonna try out some free thermo/energy pills from scivation (dailene 4???) with tonights leg w/o just for fun.... hopefully ill be able to sleep tonight..... will be dosing 5g of Poseidon too BUUUTTT with a gang of niacin in the scivation product and allready a buncha niacin in the Poseidon im a lil worried..... AH WELL!

just got finished with my w/o and reminded myself why i dont take energy supps...

today was legs and i try pushing it on legs as i didnt previously work them hard (pretty much nothing more then avid snowboarding, wich IS a great w/o spec when i was goin 3 times a week one year... but its seasonal) and did the same today.... DEF had a great w/o at first... started with squats and pushed it up past my previous high but started getting a lil acid reflux in the back of my throat by the third set... didnt mind it... went on to do hammy curl (dunno what the machine is but you know) pushed it again HARD, did the same RIGHT after with quad raises.... by this time i was sweatin hard... a lil too hard and i started getting a back pump in my left kidney region, so get up to go take a break and do some curls while i cool off... get as far as sittin on the bench and start goin pale lookin in the mirror then my arms start tingling and sweats just pourin... i just think uh oh i dont need to puke. force myself off the bench and get into the restroom where the smell of cleaners is makin it all the worse but after i get my shirt off and just spit a **** load and fought the mental fight of "i aint pukin" I ended up OK.... i hate that... by then i wasted bout 10-15 min so i went out did some more curls and just got a worse pump in the kidneys and left, barely able to walk, the last one in there @ close.

lesson learned... the ONLY thermo/work out energy supp ive been able to use without ANY negative effects was AX Rampage and i still had to be careful not to take it too late as it would still keep me up late.

other then that i will dose 10mg Epi soon and another 5g poseidon before sleep.

DAY 22

as for today....

well my legs were just dead today and with good reason ^^^^^. got down to the end of the day when i prefer my work outs on days i work and was just feelin like snot and didnt have nothin in my legs to hardly get me up, but with th last hour open in my gym i just forced myself to go as i got less then a week left on this and aint gonna let numb powerless legs stop me from hittin my chest. And i was very happy with my decision for TWO reasons....

the first being i go to step on a scale again today, since yesterday i was just too toast to check and i was very pleased to see a pretty number of 176.4! wich im sure helped lead up to my second pleasure of the evening and that was....

MY WORK OUT KICKED ASS!

i pushed up 10 lbs on dbs all around and then pulled 4 sets of unassisted dips (10) and continued to throw 35 lbs onto my fly and still crush to the last rep.... i was just a monster in there tonight and it was only me and one a' the guys that run it in there this evening workin out..... i love the stare i was getting from him as i walked in with my shirt saggin and walked out with it FULL from the enormous pump i had(AX shrt btw,woot), im seriously bigger then my avi shot @ right (as thats a pump pic) although im not @ as low a bf% but hey im on a bulk and i can still see stomach definition so im happy.

i again cant say how pleased ive been with this cycle and i know that with all my hard work and diet that Epi is just the icing on the cake, making that work o' so sweet.

so as for today ive allready dosed my entire 40mg Epi (10mg am, 10mg bout 3, 10mg bout 830 and 10mg @ 1050 right before w/o) ive also dosed allready 20g Poseidon today (5g am, 5g during work, 5g in the aft/evening, 5g during w/o) and will still dose another 5g poseidon before bed tonight wich will be in the next hour or 2.....

wich leads me to contemplate my Poseidon use right now and its effects wich ill say its helped with keeping me hydrated very well, i can see it in work and while working out that although i still sweat alot when hot (or woking out) that i dont get parched dont get side cramps and dont have the absolute need to throw back insane amounts of water as it seems the less water im drinking is getting more adequately used and not just urinated out. i can feel a sense of well being and a lil pep in my step after drinking and also can feel the lack of it when stretched out dosing occurs... dont wanna see what a full day without would be like and am just happy knowing im getting all the right stuff to keep my body healthy and clean ("so fresh and so clean, clean" LOL)

as for the lack of cissus though i just ordered more and cant wait to get it as it helps considerabley with the extra loads im throwing on my joints so quickly and can allready feel its absence in my knees and shoulders.....

i also have some citruline malate, CEE, AEE, Crea mono, and thank goodness for my stink ass some GUT on the way as i figured my funds could handle it.

ill be using the cit malate/cee/aee as a pre/during w/o drink during the transition to HDX2 and MASS-FX then discontinue (maybe) till after post cycle therapy, or maybe not..... well see.

ill also start loading the crea mono in the mornings through the whole rest of the cycle as soon as it arrives and then using it post w/o as well.

Mass-fx and HDX2 use begins either tomorrow or the next as i havent decided cause i want those juices flowin and a gowin so the second i discontinue Epi theyll be kickin in and thats only 5 days away.

dont know if doing so would bring any benifit but i hope so....

other then that im spent and gotta get some shut eye although tomorrow i donna have any jobs and will be feeding my face getting ready for another killer back/bi work out.

Wow thanks for all the compliments guys! This is just the way i DO it, keeps myself motivated to be able to share it and i try using the colors to make it easier to follow along for those that like to skim and catch their eye @ the important parts. let alone im the kinda person that if i know of a good thing i like to share it.

I hope others can benifit from my log as well and through seeing how hard i work that it IS possible to make great gains but not on just taking the supp alone, it takes alot of work and planning. thanks again.

well ill hold off on claiming this as an overall review as i dont like to count all my chicken before theyre hatched.... in other words till a complete post cycle therapy has been run and the obviousness of what i had while "on" is more apparent and what gains are retained (def hoping more then retaining... better damnit,lol)

BUT i will give you my impression thus far, that being:

Epi is EVERYTHING that i read it claimed to be.... now wether or not percentages or matching compounds are up to claims thats the Biz of Dr D and IBE and i could care less. all label claims and expectations were met...

  • ive gained OVER 10lbs and rising
  • ive had a CONSIDERABLE reduction in gyno including the lack of ANY pain in either nipple unless flicked or pinched (and come on that just hurts anyways)
  • i experienced an increase in vascularity in the arms and would have more as well in other places if i were not all out bulking (and as you can see from my AVI it still goes on very clean)
  • i experienced GREAT in gym endurance with incredible recovery between sets and a pump that lasts all day but just EXLPODES in the gym (diet helps here guys)
  • and i pushed all my MAXES from starting off comin back weak from a year off to @ least +35-50lbs on every exercise and on some exercises MUCH MORE SO (flys ARE OVER +100lbs, started barely able to finish my highest set @ 90lbs and last night crushed 195lbs till the very last rep)
all in all i could not have chosen a more fitting supplement to get back in the game and would suggest this compound to ANYONE, from first cyclers(do your homework guys) to cutters AND bulkers, but especially those who want to rid gyno and STILL BE "ON"!.

in comparison:

to other supps id have to say its WAY up there. personally i loved superdrol and as you all know even more so i loved Phera.

  • superdrol can throw weight on faster and if i had apllied myself as hard as i did this time then who knows what i woulda done... but with the sides i brought while on, and gyno it brought later i wont ever touch the stuff again....
  • phera WAS OUTSTANDING in the strength department and i actually did a great job puttin it on with that as well but although mild i still had acne and oily skin and very very minimul hairloss (wich all returned after dicontinuation) and with Epi ive not experienced any of this in the slightest... dont know but i expect Poseidon helped here (acne) with its vit b complexes.....
  • agian to mtrn... well for me strength couldnt be matched with this supp... but i had very minimal weight gain AND CONSIDERABLE ACNE and oily skin.... wont be using it again as its not around and if i could use it it would only be stacked @ a very low dose.... (:wtf: how do you get lower then 1.5mg:think:)...
  • ....as for M1t.... well we wont even go there...
... so Epi is an obvious preference over all these supps...

thats the extent of my review for now but you can expect an addendum to it after post cycle therapy is complete.

update....

i managed to fall asleep round 6:50 after stuffin my face and just woke up to realize i only got an hour and a half to shove down another meal and hit the gym....

so earlier i dosed 10mg Epi (@ 1:30)...... and im cheating a little bit as i had a left overs bottle of Activate and decided ill fill in my MASS-FX these days im only dosing 2 caps with two caps of Activate to get a lil more nettle, so Dosed 2caps Activate (one @ 130 one @ 630) just ate and dosed another 10mg Epi and my last 1cap Mass-FX n will dose another 10mg Epi when i get back from tha gym....

so have i said yet im pleased with this supp??? was able to drop the pin another slot today with cable rows and iso lat pull downs and those are my 2 last exercises on back after pullups (unassisted then assisted) lat pull down, rear fly, cable super shrugs (dunno if anyone else does these but i get a curling barbell and pull it reverse curl grip from my waist raising elbows straight back till barbell touches neck or chin, targets upper middle back and kills the traps, usually start first set @ 80 and finish with 100-110) then are the first two mentioned exercises and still able to push with heavier weight (@ least +5lbs now) everytime i do that muscle group....

one thing i have to say to some guys is youll never be able to start working with more weight till you go pick it up off that rack or drop that pin... i force myself to go farther everytime and if i dont complete the set then i work on it harder next time.... but by the time i can complete it im ready to keep movin and try for more weight... i always suprise myself. your body wont change unless you force it to.

as for the rest of my supplementing, i forgot to mention i dosed 15g Poseidon so far today (5g am, 5g bout noon and 5g with work out), ill be dosing another 5g poseidon right now before i sleep, other then that i dosed my other 10mg Epi when i got back and took another 1cap of Activate and now i will CRASH....

Awesome log and awesome gains Poopy! Will you do another cycle this year, let's say by fall 07? How damaging can 2 cycles/year be on the liver?

Also, what do you think about taking an NO booster pre w/o and creatine post w/o? Advantages/disadvantages?

Last, what do you think is the best time to take epi/havoc before a workout? 2 hours b4 w/o? 45 to 60 min; or right b4 w/o?

I'm about to start my second cycle SOON! it will actually be of Havoc as i can't get any EPI...........

I am stacking it with a "certain" secret compound that nobody knows about yet!! :think:

but suppossedly, Havoc/Epi are very liver friendly! :jaw:

well as for this.... ya ill prob be runnin another cycle durin fall of '07..... but ill be runnin one more before that too hopefully... thats if i can get my hands on a certain unmethylated compound..... hmmmmm. lol.

but no more methyls until fall.

as for NO/creatine.... i suggest actually taking BOTH prework out and creatine post workout... but if your on Epi or any other PH it shouldnt be needed or used after your first week in as the PH will take over and do loads more then you could do with crea/NO anyhow, as well as the fact that when your done taking the PH you can go ahead and reintroduce that combo and it will have a more pronounced effect then if you had ben taking it all along, helping you to retain those gains made while "on".

as for the suggested time of administration for epi pre workout... if you can take it with grapefruit juice 5-20 min before then youll be cool other wise id suggest 25-45 min before and i always try to eat a meal close to but no less then an hour
before i work out as well... your bodies BEST fuel is your food, complex carbs will give you more energy then anything else. just dont eat TOO close to work out or youll get sick.



day 24

today was a BIG work day for me, 12 hours straight and not much food so i wont be hittin the gym this evening as im allready tired and havent taken in enough cals to support a w/o as well. let alone i sweated like crazy workin in a sauna hot attic and sure i lost @ least half a pound.

as for my supplementation today i dosed only 20mg Epi so far (10mg am and 10mg @ 8 when i got home ) 10g poseidon (5g am, 5g right now) 2 caps MASS-FX (1cap am, 1cap @8 when i got home).

ill prob take another 10mg Epi in an hour or 2 and just start tomorrow off with 20mg.

btw still had a great pump through most the day (less near the end as i was getting hungry) and felt it easier to do my pull ups into the attic.... all thos dips paying off for sure.

well just a lil bit of puffiness in the left one now and the right is easily 75% + gone and is also puffy at times but for the most part they are heads and tails better then the start and i had it bad..... just wish i could keep on it longer if i had the dough to run another bottle and then get matching amount of PCT supps...
 
day 25

aight no BIG news yet today, other then i loved seeing my forearms lookin huge while workin today drillin through this persons house... lol.

other then that ive dosed so far, 20mg Epi (10mg am, 10mg round 230), 15g poseidon(5g am,5g @ work and 5g bout 430), 2 caps HDX2 (1cap am, 1cap round 230) and 1cap Mass-FX in the morn.

ill be takin another 10mg Epi, 1cap HDX2, and 1cap Mass-FX then hittin the gym real soon here.

ill update when i get on back.

SO ok obviously tonights work out went great, if not only for the chance to see my weight but STILL i was able to grab ahold of some heavier weights once again and just go to town.... i love it.

only problem is some of my shirts are getting too tight again and the problem is a majority of them are my alarm uniforms! my boss will love that when i tell him hes gotta get me some new ones cause ive gone off and put on 12.5lbs and an inch or two on my chest and back! LOL.

so now ive dosed another 5g poseidon with work out, just dosed last 10mg Epi and 1cap HDX2 along with a cap of Activate (forgot to mention both doses of HDX2 that were not accompanied by Mass-FX i dosed with a cap of Activate)

hurdle, you better get on that! you don't have too much longer beofre you NEED the epi, right? man, i would never start a cycle unless i had EVERYTHING i needed.........
