DAy 26-27

Ok so cycles ended and now on my road to .PC.t.

i managed once again on friday to forget that my gym closes the same time as on sat and sun.... fool me once.... well ya know, i still wasnt gonna go doin nothing so i went home and did an ish load of situps and pushups just to make sure i didnt leave myself wastin completely one of my last days on this wonderfull supp......

dosing for day 26

i dosed the normal 40mg Epi(10mg am, 10mg bout 130 ish, 10 mg before i tried goin to the gym:frustrate and 10mg pm) 20g Poseidon (5g am, 5g @ work, 5g during mini w/o, 5g pm) 4 caps HDX2 (1cap am, 1cap bout 130ish, 1cap an hour before w/o, 1cap Pm) and 2caps Mass-FX (taken with 1st and 3rd dose of HDX2)....dont forget the 2 Activate taken with 2nd and 4th doses of HDX2.

as for yesterday (Day 27)

i was naughty and skipped my leg w/o as that was next in line and went to chest, just wanted to have one more chest w/o with the Epi so ill go back and hit legs tomorrow (wont be hittin the gym as its easter today), had a GREAT work out as expected and pushed myself extra hard knowing it was the last i was gonna get from epi..... went up 5 lbs on all DB's (flat/incline/decline) did my norm 3 sets of dips and pushed up to 210 on my last set of fly! (thats a +120lb from the start of this cycle!) then a mostly upright Arnold press(slightly tipped to incline) and at the end of the w/o i hit the scale....

179lbs EVEN. so total weight gain while "on" Epi is 13.5 lbs.

admittadly ive possibly put on a lb of fat but im most certian 90% is LBM. and i plan to continue this trend throughout my post cycle therapy.

i was 185 when things started goin downhill last year and so i feel with muscle memory playin part it wont be a problem to get back to that point.... and i mentioned on another board my goal is to be 195-200lbs @ 8-12%bf by the time the "O" rolls round. Totally doable.

as for my supplementation on day 27

i dosed 40mg Epi(10mg am, 10mg bout 2, and the last 20mg together before w/o), 15g Poseidon (5g am, 5gaft and 5g with w/o), 4caps HDX2 (1cap am, 1cap bout 2, 1cap with preworkout meal an hour before, 1cap Pm), 2caps MASS-FX (with 1st and 2nd doses of HDX2), 2caps Activate (with 2nd and 4th doses of HDX2.), and then lastly i dosed my first of the toremifene @120mg before bed.

forgot to add i just got in my GUT Health yesterday along with some Bulk CEE, AEE, CitMalate, Taurine, Cissus, and CreaMono. I dosed 2g of the CEE,AEE, and CitMalate each with yesterdays in gym drink and poseidon..... lets say it smelled and tasted like old dirty gym bag and ill be addin some Gatorade with it next time to spruce up the taste..... although ill be takin that before w/o's and 5g Crea mono after workouts. ill be dosing 5g CreaMono the next five days with 2g AEE in the morn to load as well..... im just hopin i dont get all puffy...

ill update todays supplementation later.

well as for this.... ya ill prob be runnin another cycle durin fall of '07..... but ill be runnin one more before that too hopefully... thats if i can get my hands on a certain unmethylated compound..... hmmmmm. lol.

but no more methyls until fall.

as for NO/creatine.... i suggest actually taking BOTH prework out and creatine post workout... but if your on Epi or any other PH it shouldnt be needed or used after your first week in as the PH will take over and do loads more then you could do with crea/NO anyhow, as well as the fact that when your done taking the PH you can go ahead and reintroduce that combo and it will have a more pronounced effect then if you had ben taking it all along, helping you to retain those gains made while "on".

as for the suggested time of administration for epi pre workout... if you can take it with grapefruit juice 5-20 min before then youll be cool other wise id suggest 25-45 min before and i always try to eat a meal close to but no less then an hour
before i work out as well... your bodies BEST fuel is your food, complex carbs will give you more energy then anything else. just dont eat TOO close to work out or youll get sick.

as for today....

DAY 28

well today was a nice day of sittin and stuffin my face, and gas:gas: lots of gas. I hope this GUT health stuff works and soon....lol.

other then that today my supplementing went like this....

4caps HDX2(1cap am, 1cap bout 230, 1cap bout 645, 1cap right now), 4caps MASS-FX(all with HDX2), 10g Poseidon (5g am, 5g bout 645), 3960mg Powerfull(1980mg am, 1980mg bout 8pm) and 2caps GUT health (1cap with breakfast 1cap with dinner).

im about to dose 120mg Toremifene....... wich is far worse tasting then i remember nolva being and burned the taste into the back of my tounge and throat where i dropped it.... had to use a girl scouts mint cookie to only slightly diminish the nasty taste.... still woke up this morn with a nasty taste in the back of my throat..... then i remembered i used to shoot my nolva in a small amount of OJ and im gonna do the same with the torem, if anyone knows that this would cause a problem with this compound then please let me know. im also bout to dose 5g Poseidon, 1980mg Powerfull, and THANK GOODNESS 1800mg Cissus

ya thats usually when i work out too, less people in tha way....actually ususally no people,lol. well if i were you and your not necesarily fightin gyno, but goin more for the extra strength and weight gain then id run it 10mg with first meal (i usually have grapefruit juice too) 10 mg round about 130-300 whenever you have your lunch or just round that time with food. 10mg with evening/preworkout meal (mines usually 1hour to an hour an a half before w/o) and then 10mg with grapefruit juice bout 10 min before work out, on non work out days just take last 10mg an hour or 2 before bed or 20 mg with morn dose or only 30mg total on non work out days, whatever you like best.
 
quick update:

i just wanted to say i felt a great fulness all day today and had a fairly good pump.... dunno if its the creatine allready or all the stuff allready reved up ad goin but it feels good, appitite and thirst have increased as well and im likin that! good signs of anabolism, extra glycogen storage and cell hydration.

will give more detailed update as to supps taken today and over all day after legs in an hour or 2.

I have gone to capping Toremifene, but gatoraide hides the taste pretty good. I don't think orange juice is going to do it, but grapefruit juice might hide the taste. Tastes like puke, but works like magic. Don't be surprised if your balls hurt from growing so fast.

Day 29's dosing (yesterday)

OK so i dosed 4caps HDX2(1cap am 1cap bout 100, 1capbout 830 ish, and 1cap right after w/o) 4caps Mass-FX (all 4with HDX2), 5g CreaMono w/2g AEE in the morn, 2g CEE/AEE/CitMalate each prework out, 5g CreaMono w/2g AEE post w/o, 3960mg Powerfull (1320mg am, 1320mg prework out, 1320mg before bed) and 3600mg Cissus (1800mg am, 1800mg preworkout)

as for last nights leg workout, strength was still up again but recovery between sets is down and i can feel the wear more then before.... but i hate legs days anywhoo so it may have just been that.

weight 179.4 so no loss as of yet... hope this continues as the HDX2 and MASS-FX pick up.

and ill update on today a lil later since i gotta jet to a job soon.

Day 30-31

aight guys didnt update yesterdays cause i was toast at the end of the day and crashed, then worked 13 hours today.


yesterday was great but my work out.... well strength was still pushed up again... i emphasize the push as it wasnt easy, strength was still there but between sets i felt like ISH and even though i pushed hard and made my reps it took all i had, def missin the Epi and the ease it brought to movin up, hopefully the HDX2 and MASS kick in big time real soon. I can notice def increase in hunger though as ill dose it with meals and seriously i eat large portions but im hungry again in 20-30 min, stomach growlin hungry. really cool but i need some help in the other areas right now and the CEE/AEE/CitMalate combo aint cuttin it, got a good second wind from it but not all out the whole w/o like with Epi.*SOB*

weight is steady @179.2 and hopin it dont go down.... cyomon supps kick up that test daddy needs some help.

like i mentioned i had a whack ass 13 hour day that was 2 hours from home and had to make all my meals last night as i expected to be gone long but not THAT long, wont be workin out tonight casue of it but at lest it was a workout in and of itself and i made some good dough.

supplementing

day 30:

dosed 20g poseidon (5g am, 5g aft, 10g before then during w/o) 4 caps HDX2 (1cap w/breakfast, 1cap with luch, 1 cap w/ pre w/o meal, 1cap post w.o meal) 4caps Mass-FX (all w/ HDX2), 3960mg Powerfull (1320mg before breakfast, 1320mg 30 min before w/o, 1320mg before bed), 3600mg Cissus (1800mg morn, 1800mg preworkout) 2caps GUT health (1cap am, one cap before bed and i forgot to mention day 29 i dosed 90mg toremifene before bed as well as day 30.

day 31:

dosed 10g poseidon (runnin real low... 5g am, 5g with work), 4caps HDX2 (1cap with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and now), Mass-FX (all w. HDX2), 2caps GUT health (1cap am one now), 3960mg powerfull (1320 before breakfast lunch and now), 3600mg cissus (1800mg w.breakfast and 1800mg w. lunch) and bout to dose 90mg Toremifene.

dosed 5g creamono w/2g AEE both morns and a CEE/AEE/CitMalate 2g each combo before yest work out and another 5g crea mono w/ AEE after yest work out and right now today....

as fo now im toast and need sleep sooooo :yawn: ZZZZZzzzzz.....

ok well i didnt get a chance to do it last night since i had another ****ty houred job scheduled for me 45 min away and it started @ 3 pm, didnt get hometill 930 and didnt get nearly enough cals that day or the day before so i skipped the gym visit......

that being said today was a very light work day for me and i got a chance to eat more and sleep 4 hours this afternoon before hittin the gym......


where i weighed myself happy to see after 2 days of not the best diet(due only to work, not laziness and pissed cause of it) and no lifting im still @ 178.2, and hopefully this is only a temp thing and not a trend, im almost certian it will be OK as i am gonna be stayin more and more on top of my diet and training to make sure of this.

as for tonights work out it went great had good but not HUGE strength still did great though and had a real nice second wind. still had good pumps and i think the CEE and all the rest is helpin better, not to mention i dosed 2 Mass FX as suggested with preworkout meal and wont tomorrow to see if theres a diff.

poop, i meant to stay at 4 per day just take 2 together for the pre-workout, but THATS ok!

5 per day is ok, too! I regularly dose 5 per day! ;) (but i can't be givving away ALL my screts!) ;)

So far so good....looks like the PCT is going well poopy! Sorry to hear about the frustrations of work. I can relate. Sometimes I think the best thing you can do is just laugh at the situation rather than get pissed...MUCH EASIER said than done, I know! lol!

like i said 2 times allready in gym performance was great today but i aint superhuman anymore.

still did good pinchin my tris and lats on shoulders/tris today and had energy to spare @ the end of my hour but couldnt keep goin as it was allready 5min passed close.

bout to dose another 1320 powerfull and 75mg Toremifine and go to bed cause ive wasted too much time and im too pissed to even get in my last meal tight now.
