Damn that pronated grip. Underhand grip would've beeb my thing.. I would've shooted for 3x70% of bodyweight and 25x bodyweight. Actually I just few weeks ago tried things like that and even videotaped it :D

As videos are being submitted I am going to neg you for trying to show people your genitals!

Cut....ouch....I'm trying to show a sense of humor. Not all lawyers are dull lol...no videos from me...but will be interested to see Matt put up Some good numbers and vids

This is an awesome contest! I wish I weren't battling an injury or I would definitely be in for both pullup challenges. Good luck to all, I have a feeling some of these dudes will really impress us.

Man being 6'5" sucks. Doing a pullup is like climbing a mountain! Especially since my johnson weighs 45 pounds already.

My gym won't allow video or camera capturing devices, or else I would be all over this. My power/weight ratio is very good :sgrin:

I'm sure I could give some great competition in all categories.....hmmm I'm going to have to look into other options. I will get back to you ;)

Oh mannnn! Ima have to try this! I used to be lb 4 lb champ!! Nice promo

Vids.

I'm waiting for somebody to arrange a deadlift contest. For example max reps with 2x bodyweight. That would separate men from douches ;)

Yes now that would be a fun contest.

Now this is a real contest...I'm in!!!

50's x 8 x 6...one arm

Rick - just go do them on a tree in the park or on a swing set on a playground (not joking).

For the dips, focus on tris or chest? Does it matter if leaning forward or is it perpendicular to the floor?

I may be in for heavy dips; I haven't done them in a while, so I'll try before I suggest anything lol.

Oh okay thank you!

No problem, man. That would obviously be the simplest/best way to do it, so I assume that's how it will be done. Unless Ben decides to do some stupid formula involving stones and kilograms (joking, as I know that wouldn't use any different equation...but it should always be remembered that Ben, while helping form our country, tried to keep us from gaining our freedom...he should never be fully trusted  ).

They could set it up in weight classes if they didn't want to do any math, but the initial equation would be the most accurate representation of strength.

Masters division? Lol

Entrants updated!

If you are participating please specify which category/categories you would like to enter and update us with your current weight if you are in the max weight challenges.

If you record the video we will help you upload it. Usually phones have a 'share' function which allows you to put it online and it is easy to add that to AM.

Is this the name of your beer belly? ;)

I'm thinking if I should participate or not

I can do 20 - 25 dips with no weights depending on the day

I think I'm going to sit back and follow this for a while since I have no idea how much these guys can do

20 dips is easy going to much further past that is a different story...

In for most weight for 5 dips. I weigh 180 as of today after my post work out meal (which is 30 mins after my shake)

I hope to win. But am in for fun!

Would it be possible for me to just PM you my video(If I make one) and it not end up posted anywhere else online even if I win?
