I'm awaiting my sample and will let everyone know what I think once I get to test it out.
For those that have tested it, what are your thoughts on where it would best be utilized:
- high repetition day (4x25 on 3-4 lifts per muscle group)
- high intensity day (4x12 on 3-4 lifts per muscle group; 60 seconds rest between sets)
- max-ot day (heavy weight; 4-6 reps on 2-3 sets of 3-4 major lifts for the muscle group)
