So you took some pics this weekend that really peaked your confidence huh? Nice. I can't wait to see what the Old Fugger brings to the stage.

Didn't take any pics but I just saw a lot of fat melt away.. I mean a shocking difference. I am very striated in the obliques in the relaxed pose...

i told you.....formastanzol is no joke. i truely believe that it is best formestane product i have ever used. btw-i finally caught up with you-9/16/58, guess i am an old fugger now too, lol.

It's a great place to be when you're fit... Yah I never doubted you on the Forma, haven't steered me wrong yet. Especially effective for us old fuggers...

Not all those pics are people from my contest... a couple are. One guy who looks like a light weight but very shredded and another guy in good shape but a bit smooth...

Age is over-rated. The mountains are old and yet they're plenty strong!!
 
Very respectible workout last night... I have to say though, I don't know how good it would have been without N2KTS. I am starting to really feel the effects of the lower body fat now. I hammered through this one in fine style all in all though. I did some good increases too...

30 minutes intensive cardio post workout. I am opting for shorter more intensive cardio sessions, just feels right at this point.

I weighed in at 195 lol I look way leaner and I am up a pound but the leaness I am currently showing is from the weight I lost last week I'm sure.

I ate well, and like I mentioned before dumped the frozen yogurt and added a cup of almonds... not as filling so a added a piece of ez bread with natural pb... I refuse to be hungry after eating on a wd and facing a 2000 cal day. Hungry is for burn days, I have no reserves right now and I need to be satiated on wd's... bottom line!! I don't even know if 2000 will be enough on burn days. I have to be able to function...

I'm sure the final weeks are a bit tricky when playing with your cal and macro numbers. Burn days are rough for me too. Mine are usually around 1700-1800. You have cut out all your carbs on burn days though right?

Down to around 50-60 grams... just vegtables and a couple pieces of fruit...

I feel your pain man, lowering those calories just sux. And not having any carbs on top of that? Man... Good to know that N2KTS is working to help you KILL your workouts :)

Yah N2KTS has good staying power, gets me through every time. I am just using one scoop though as the N2-Burn already has stim...

That's one thing I really like about N2KTS. It's not a crazy stim powder but it seems to hold on for a while. When I'm dieting down I need the stamina more than a crazy stim.

Glad to see things are still going well for you man.

Doug... Just curious if you experience light-headedness like I do when I am carb depleting or carb-cycling? I mean don't get me wrong, stimulants become my best friends and get me through the days, but when I start getting super lean and carb-cycle to take it to the extreme, I will go through the whole day light-headed!

Yah that's how it is starting to get. Might have to take it easy on stims, not feeling that well on them. I am pretty much where I need to be body fat wise, I will just need to more or less maintain and get a little thinner skinned, tighten up. Don't know what I am going to do about the N2-Burn maybe just 1 cap am and one pm... Funny I had just drawn the conclusion that maybe stim and low carbs was not the way to go..

Yeh man, you gotta do what is best for you, and dropping the stim a bit might be the way to go.

I have my finger on it now I think it's the combination of the fast and the stim that has me light headed. I just have to take it with food. This means I have to go the fast without help but that was never the problem anyway. Funny the stim was ok most of the time but a couple times I had too much light headedness. I am sure if I wasn't so low in bf it would not be a problem. It's just that now fasted I am weaker than I was when I had more bf...

The leaner I get, the more depleted I get, the less it takes for me in the gym to have that light-headed exhausted feeling all day, stims or no stims, the stims are what keep me standing!

Maybe one fasted and 2 with food would be best then. Yah I am not giving up my N2KTS, you'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands!!! lol

Yah it's been a recent phenomenon with me. My theory is that fasting may not be wise once you reach a certain body fat level to the point where you have no reserves. I may have to rethink my diet plan.

I tried taking 1 pill this morning but it was pretty tough on an empty stomach. I am feeling pretty rough lately during my fast may be time to go more conventional...Fasting makes sense when you have a certain amount of body fat I guess. I am wondering how I should implement this.
 
Just me Doug, but I would never take a stim product on an empty stomach. I would just be asking for trouble there. Light-headedness, dizziness, queezy stomach, cold sweats.................NO FUN!!

I would advise eating something small like 1/4 of a banana or something just to offset these possibilities.

That is pretty interesting that you say that. I've always wondered just how effective that lean gains could be the lower you go in BF. It makes sense to be a little counterproductive without something to get you through the fast and the fasted workouts. Probably something I will never have to worry about as I dont see myself going under 6-7%, but with contest prep maybe you would have to rethink some things. I know you are very low right now.

Yah I am going off lean gains and just adding in some Oatmeal am before I take my supps. I will refeed on Saturday night so I should be ok for fasted training on Saturday morning. I worked it out starting Sunday it will be a steady 2400 cals.. there will still be some element of fast about 12 to 13 hours. 8 am I will eat some oatmeal with a nutrient repartitioner. Nothing fancy, just trying to survive this.. lol

Forgot to mention massage last night was brutal.. she found some new areas to exploit and I am pretty bruised. We have pretty much isolated the shoulder problem now though.

Yah there is really no advantage to doing so many meals, maybe for someone with a slower metabolism but that usually just spells trouble for me. I hate small meals and they really frustrate me. At the most I would eat maybe 4, which I actually may hit on wd's with the morning oatmeal. So I am sort of half way between the two now. Adding the nutrient repartitioner will enable me handle the extra carbs quite easily.
 
Completely rocked it last night, I was very pleased with my strength. What I was most pleased with though is my muscle separation!! Yah my massuese worked me over really good, to the point where I am quite bruised but I owe her a debt of grattitude cuze the muscle separation changes were pretty shocking.

I finished up with an hour of cardio and weighed in at 193.5 which is only .5 down from last week but it looks like more to me.

So I decided to forgo my N2-Burn this morning and I still got very nauseous so it's obviously something else. I just an not going to take supps on an empty stomach from now on.

Anywho N2-Burn = not guilty lol I have decided to only use one pill with my first meal though. It's done it's job the worst of it is over...
 
Its good to see you getting all this worked out before showtime. I know these last couple weeks will be rough, but you got this man!!:thumbsup:

Does not have to get rough, I have hit some bumps but adjustments are being made....

I used Singapore noodles and cereal bars mostly, I chose ones that were more low fat. I did have a couple large plums as well. I woke up still a bit spilled over but it's an evening show so I would still have all day to clean up which would be pretty easy... I still feel really nice an tight though.

Well if your not too spilled over it will happen over night when the excess water leaves. In my case I would have done a lot of posing worked up a good sweat and I would have been ok. I would have limited water intake as I would not have time to flush out. You can use more of a Skipload where you spill over a couple days before and flush out by drinking a lot of water. Then there's herbal diuretics... I am undecided on how I will go...this was the best I have seen yet I was massive at the gym yesterday... I am leaning towards loading the day before.

I would say 5 or under but it's been such a whirlwind lately it's hard to get a fix on it. I was definitely to the point of being almost too low last week so I know I was very low then I may have gone up a tad over the weekend but that won't last long after this week. I have been manipulating water so it's hard to get a fix.

I was fuggin huge on Saturday though so I know exactly what I am going to do, I am going to carb up big time Firday night and use the ripped freak if I need it. I have all day to clean up so I am not worried. I was halfway there by noon on Saturday taking nothing and I don't think I will need to take anything....absolutely the best carb up of my life...
 
Oh I started using Thiomucase this morning for my lower abs where I still have quite a bit of loose skin. This is not as much a problem when I am carbed up but as I dry out it comes back a bit.

Have you ever wondered if the Preparation-H protocol of shedding excess lower back water would work on your lower stomach and maybe, just maybe, tighten that problem area up a little for the day of the show?

I would definitely try it. It couldn't cause any harm.

I tried it before and didn't have much luck with it, kind of smells bad too... I was much higher bf then though...

Just so happens that the Prep-H in Canada is still the one that will work for that. Apparently here in the US there was a patent infringement and Prep-H had to change the ingredient they use for US applications... So if you want to give it a shot Doug you are in the right place to do it.

Well seeing I was feeling better after my refeed on Friday I went back on the Lean Gains protocol. I had a pretty heavy eating day on Sunday but did a lot of cardio, still I ate a lot so I decided to have ar really low day yesterday of 1400 cals very low carb. I will go a tad lower 2600 cals today as well. I am going to try and hold this untill Friday which will be another refeed. After that I will go between 2000 and 2500 cals depending on activity. The N2burn is hleping me with the low calories no doubt but also making good food choices...

I am breaking fast with 8.5 oz. of cooked turkey breast and a huge bowl of mixed salad greens. I have a couple of oranges with that. When I get home I have 24 oz. of sole and about 4 cups of brocoli and a large salad. On wd's I add a couple cups of rice and a cup of almonds to that.

I am showing much less water than I was yesterday but not looking deflated..I am retaining good muscle size. This must be the Forma and Phyto working together with the Osta... nice...now that I have seen myself carbed up, I am not all that worried about size though.

Way to go Doug. I am liking the changes you are making. Its good to shock your system every now and again. Keep up the hard work and that first place prize will be oh so much sweeter.

Yah consider my system shocked... I made the mistake of making my monthly order and ordered the better protein bars but thinking aobut them made me hungry....
