sorry for the repetitive questions. a fact thread with all these new products might save you some time, but given how many questions i still see being asked about anabeta ect maybe youre just stuck spoon feeding all of us simple minded folk lol.i see the obvious interaction with carbs foods and anabolics with the cista. other than obvious pre workout nutrition, any reason for high carbs with the amento? the fact that its helps reduce fat storage and which enables you to intake more calories using them for energy/muscle growth rather than fat gain, and maybe the added muscle contraction plays a role in that...? pls dont laugh....ok you can laugh, but how far off am i?as far as dosing lets say for example, i eat a high carb meal 1-2 hours prior to working out, would you dose it 2 caps with that last meal before your workout or just literally pre workout... or is the difference negligible due to the longer lasting effects?
