Ready to go to sleep (heading up for bed, now), but I feel great.

On the cable fly machine (I can't recall the name of the machine, but it has individual left and right pulleys and they're on arms that can be adjusted outward/inward and up/down) I did solo wide lat pull downs -- sit on a bench and reach out wide and pull straight down (not inward) to work on the width, then set the handles at shoulder level and do lat pull-ins, then hit the seated rows and did individuals there, too.

8 sets of 25 (per side) on solo lat pulldowns
4 sets of 25 (per side) on solo lat pullins
8 sets of 25 (per side) on solo seated rows

The back pump is phenomenal :)
