Haha, this is usually the type of affection we show in PM.

Not as embarrassed as I am to have only realised today that you called me otter on the package you sent me haha.

That was sent to my place of work. If rumours start spreading I am going to have to make up an elaborate web of lies and change the logo on my website.

Guilty as charged lol But he DOES make a point haha, and I have read his literature on CrossFit and many more articles, should you wish to read them I can send them, CrossFit is NOT a workout routine , NEITHER is it a lifestyle , and its NOT something recommendable IMO but then again that is just my opinion and has not/will not be evaluated by the FDA :).

On a side note: what did you mean by power cage really :blink:?

To say that crossfit is not a workout routine is wrong. To say it is not a lifestyle is wrong and to say it is not recommendable is your opinion.

Agreed. If the goal is looking like a bodybuilder, I'd steer clear from crossfit; it works, but it's a bitch haha. For performance and overall fitness, crossfit is great.
