hahaha you guys are killn me...thanks for the pick me ups bros. Im feeling great today. I dont think my "flu" or whatever it is is completely gone but I dont feel sick, I'm just getting chills every 10 or so hours after my last dose of Motrin. I made an app with my dad's doc. He obviously is really good because the earliest time I could get was next Tuesday :dunno:. Oh well. I feel better knowing Im seeing someone smart and also the cheek mass is getting smaller and softer. It was hard as rock the other day. Just trying to stay positive.

Sounds like your on the right path. It's a very good sign that it is getting better w/ the antibiotics.
I'm no doc, but it's possible that you had some type of virus or infection and the lymph nodes were swelling as a result. They swell to fight/contain infections.
I rememember one time I had some swollen lymph nodes near my groin and I had a huge gash on my knee. Went to the doc and he pointed at my knee and said "there's your reason right there."

So I decided that I wanted to workout today and I was ready. First off, the lymph is going down more :18:. It's putting me on cloud 9. Anyway, I took 2 prime 30 mins before a protein shake last night. This morning I took 3 prime, 200mg caffeine, 1.5 scoops slingshot, and 2g BA. My stomach had forgotten what it was like to take this elixir in lol. I waited 30 mins and my stomach settled and I was PRIMEd. Didn't do my usual stretching and scap work because I forgot. I went in with the expectations of lost strength. So I was so disappointed when I saw it. I did loose some size on this week off due to having the flu, one, and two, having a very swollen lymph disabling me from opening my mouth all the way or chewing pain free. Now that the pain is gone I will be downing food the way I was before. The upside is my gf says Im looking "damn good" as she put it this morning.
Since this is a new phase I started. There are some new exercises that have been put in/switched.
The w/o:
1. Incline smith press - did 160 last time on incline bb bench. So I dropped down 5lbs here to assess strength. working: 155x5-2-2=9..will most def be moving bigger weights once Prime really kicks in.
2. stretch w/ 45's for 90 seconds...missed the burn!
3. Highest incline db press for shoulders - last time I did seated db press w/ 50's for 7-4-3 (rp). On this one I did 50's for 16-5-3...will move up to 55's next time.
4. stretch for 45 secs
5. EZ bar skullz - I hate this exercise with a passion. I suck hardcore on this but rock out on db skullz. I got 65 for 5 reps and then fail :frustrate. Im switching back over to db skullz. I was doing 45's for high reps. Gotta do what I know works.
6. stretch w/ a 40 for 60 secs
7. Rack chins - shined here today. I actually gained strength! working: 45x9-4-3=16; up 3 reps from last time. Will be moving up to 50 next time.
8. Deadlifts - I have not done these in years. I am more a fan over SLDLs. Yes I know they work different muscles. I just never could quite click with this one. I failed at 275. Weak. I'll stick with it tho.
9. Lat hang with a 75 :head: for 45 secs.
sweet workout. Shoulders looking super inflated. Chest too.
I disagree. If you are having trouble with an exercise (unless it physically is painful... like your wrist pops or something) I say hit that exercise up with a vengeance. WORK ON YOUR WEAK SPOTS!!! Not just your strong ones!
The reason I dont like ez skulz is because my wrists (not just my hurt one, but both) are uncomfortable. Maybe I should try reverse grip? :think:
