I feel like I am a whale. I have been doing what I can, I expected to be less chub on my lower abdomen. But still have the extra skin from kids and c-sections. Its hard to loose that when you are trying to rebuild those muscles.

First I have to apologize for not getting on in a while. Work has been crazy, and haven't really been too chatty. Update on what's up. All results for my heart came out ok. I go back in Monday for the cat scan I had on Monday. I was put on antibiotics and a medral pack. I haven't been sleeping much these days. I was taken off some of my meds that help me sleep. This weekend, I had a total of 2 hours of sleep. I have been busy at work, and haven't had time to peak while I am there, and not to chatty for being completely exhausted. The past week has been a blur and barely remember much of anything. Had to miss a couple works outs, had to take any sleep I could get. I am ranging anywhere between 2-4 hours a night the past week or two. I know its gonna get worse before it gets better. Sux having insomnia, then again, I feel like I have been killing it at the gym, even under the circumstances. Fixing to update all results now in separate blogs. thanks for all the love and support.
 
Day 19 - 9-23-11

Took the supps as normal. Lowered the dose of pro xanthine to just 1 pill a day, took 2 ALC/CLA 3 times a day.

Took ignite with 1 pro xanthine and 2 ALC/CLA at the butt crack of dawn. By the time I hit the gym I was ready to get my thing done. ;) I did finally put 2 and 2 together and noticed the twinging of my skin when I take ignite. I kept wondering why I kept feeling like I was being pinched and kept saying wtf and looking at the man every time it would happen. I thought it was a side effect of my medication I was on. lol He caught me lookin all crazy and grabbing at the spots that would twinge. Apparently that's normal. It does wear off, but its a little disconcerting if your not expecting it. I do now... Anyways workout below.

I do feel pumped and energized and do feel I get a better workout on the ignite. Need to snag more grape, man's almost out. lol. Not a bad combination on this. :)

Slapped at myself a few times when I felt the twinge. lol. Made me think of that movie where they are locked up in a hotel and their covered in bugs... creepy. lol. But i feel I killed it today.

I have kept a moderately good diet. Still eating between noon til 8. Weight days I eat a little more than cardio days. Eating protein based meals, less carbs. Of course there are those days gotta have ice cream. :)

Walking around my house and seeing myself in the mirror, I have noticed that the lower part of my abdomen is missing. I had a huge pooch from below my belly button to right around the pelvic muscles. Its strange to look in the mirror and not see the sagged skin from pregnancy's, the kids and then the hysterectomy last August. Its flat, and I can say it hasn't been like that in over 20 years, and that including my eating disorders days. I really feel these products have helped me feel more comfortable with my body. I still have issues (a little left below my belly button), but feeling more confident is a HUGE bonus part for me. Sure I kicked up my workout again, I have done this periodically for the past few years. I have never had these results. My legs are no longer fluffy a 4 pack is coming though, sides look muscly. I am well satisfied. Now if I can just find work clothes that fit. Went to a few different stores because my legs are now so thick, my work britches are not fitting right. They fit in the waist but not legs and butt. I can't thank Scotty Doc and Finaflex enough for my results. Can't forget about my man, babe if it wasn't for you guiding me what to do and how to do it, I wouldn't be at the gym doin all this hard work you are an amazing husband and trainer.. :)

Time to get daughter off to bed.

I am very frustrated with today and the workout. I hate doing stuff I have no clue what I am doing. (i.e., wall crawls and mountain climbers). Looking in the mirror this morning I am not comfortable with my results. I have to move up in pants, because my legs no longer fit some of my pants. I know this should be a good thing, but going up in pants is not cool, especially since I have been this consistent. I may not get my goal on my abs down and this frustrates even me more. The only chub left is around my belly button which stands out to me more than anything. :( I know I have another week or 2 left, but the log is just about done and I feel like I have let myself down and expected more from myself and what I said I would do. Maybe its just a bad day to look in the mirror..

She looks great everyone. Like amazing. I saw the separation in her abdominal line all the way down the center and horizontal separation coming out on the top 2 sets when she got out of the shower yesterday and had her arms up to put up her hair. Her quads separate with every step now. Her legs are indeed getting bigger but her waist is the same, her lower back is getting thicker and more toned which means that her fron is indeed getting smaller. While she did hip thrusts today I was looking at her stomach and how flat it was and thought to myself DAMN I have abs and mine sticks out and hers doesn't. It is just the legs getting bigger that is making her doubt herself. Funny us guys think it is awesome when our legs are big enough that we have to go up in a pant size to accomodate our bad assness. For her it is a very bad thing to have to do this but I told her we can have the waist taken in at a good tailor or something. The she is so bad azz she needs custom clothes. ;)

Good news is this log is no longer almost over. ScottyDoc and Finaflex to the rescue. We have another month of supplies on the way which is more realistic for her to get exactly where her goals are.
