KLEEN takes Anabolic Control with Natabolic & SWOLE! + many other goodies.

Love the vid Kleen my brother!!!! The new workout looks great to. You should shred up nicely on that!!!

Kleen, have you ever considered Chiropractic adjustments for better symmetry? My uncle in Taiwan is a fairly famous and very successful doctor, ranked 6th in the entire country. He does this chiropractic technique only practiced in the East as far as I know. I don’t know that it’s practiced in the West (yet). Basically, he places his left hand on a specific position of your spine, he takes a steady staggered stance with his feet, then with his right hand, he brings down the thunder and smacks the **** out of his left hand for an abrupt impact to adjust the spine.

I bring this up because when I visited him, he noticed that my gait looked off, so he sat me down and did an exam. Long story short, the position of my atlas spine (C1), was positioned in a way that was favoring circulation to one side of my body. He noticed the right side of my face was slightly puffier then my left, it was less sensitive to touch and he had me do a double bi pose in the mirror to show how one of my bi’s had a different contour then the other (which I understand that to an extent our muscles don’t have perfectly identical shapes). He performed his technique, then showed me how my face became more symmetric shape from left to right. The he had me do another double bi and the contour of the my biceps looked more identical. He also did a balance check on my traps and after he corrected my spine, my traps looked more identical in contour as far as height and length from neck to shoulder.

I don’t know if Western Chiro back cracking does the same thing and I guess it may not really be that consequential as far as what the judges can notice, but I just though that was interesting.

I have had an adjustment before but never for symmetry. I was going to ask if you noticed some glaring deficiency. I definitely do have issues in that area related to some hip tightness. My face is not symmetrical due to a bout with Bells Palsy so my right side of my face is a little weaker, eyebrow not as responsive, when I strain one eye doesn't cinch up like the other leaving me looking like a pissed of white D-Bo. There are a few schools of Chiropractics if you can find out which one he uses I can check to see if someone around here does that as well. I am sure they do although probably not as good as your uncle if he is #6 in the world.

Reading this is intriguing and annoying at the same time. There is too much focus on the mainly ineffective techniques in the US and once we do get something from the "EAST" it is never covered by insurance. I bet he could work wonders on my pelvis that is tilted to one side causing problems in my right hip but no, can't do that here... That is really amazing he was able to make such a dramatic change in just one session for you though, and it was noticeable in the mirror. Let us know some more about what it is called and if there is anyone who practices it in the US (if you can find that out).

She is the best. I am going to have to find that spot in the video where she does the Red Robin commercial it is SOOOOOO CUTE! Last year during my prep she got so used to seeing me posing my side chest and triceps that every picture she took for a while she stood sideways twisted her upper body towards the camera and spiked her calf. It was friggin awesome! She is my biggest fan. The leaner I get the more excited she is to see me flexing. She has been begging me to do a posing practice on video again. I told her I am not quite to that point yet. LOL In her eyes I am though and that is a great feeling.

That's awesome brother. She sounds so cute. Daddy is the hero in his little girl's eyes. They are so adorable when they're young like that.
My daughter is 22 now, and when I dream of her, it's usually of when she was 4 to 6 years old. Those are wonderful times.

My six year old daughter is the light of my life right now. She makes this old bastard turn to mush all the time...

TG, you just gave me a scary insight. Daddy's Girl gone and me dreaming about her because I miss her. They grow up so fast.

Yeah they can do that to you. She is missing two bottom front teeth now and is steadily needing reassured she is adorable. LOL
thats what i get for just reading a thread with flesh light in it
BIG! :spankme: That's his daughter, is nothing sacred. :pat: I'd get a little twisted about that even knowing it was only a joke. Daughters are a sensitive subject. Although admittedly it was a clever insertion if the fleshlight. Just yucky context.

Daughters & Fleshlight jokes = Not Good! MMMMKAYYYYY :bigok::bigok:

i think this in general this a touchy subject...no pun intended. Something about daughters/younger sisters that gets men ridiculously protective(well mothers and wifes and serious gfs for that matter, but offspring is always more sensitive). I guess if it wasnt such a serious problem it may have had a better reception but considering that there are men out there that actually do use young girls and boys in such atrocious ways...it enough to send me into a rage only Christ himself could end.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE!!!! Kleen looks like, despite your not wanted to take off your shirt...u look to be making some serious progress in your cut. Keep up the good work buddy.

Thanks Guys I am bulked up now from my carb up. I am really coming along if the scale isn't moving composition is. But scale is in steady flux with low carb then refeeds. I didn't watch my water intake with it so I am holding some water too.

By the way, I don't think Big meant to be malicious.

BW she is 6 years old right now.

i strongly doubt he meant it in anything other then a harmless joke. I was just pointing out that the only reason why some of use didnt laugh was b/c its a subject close to all our hearts.

I mean I hold nothing against MrBig...still a cool guy in my book.

10 rep full body

I did the full body giant set workout I mentioned in the prior posts and performed the 10 rep version. It was just enough to really push me that last set was a bitch to get through. I was dripping sweat and after lying there catching my breathe doe a minute or two I got up and did some donkey calf raises then ab work. I had one hell of a pump going on and was looking huge. I am even a little bit sore in the hams and glutes which is a nice change. Tomorrow I do the 20 rep version and move on along. I hope my shoulder sticks through this. I have a sneaky suspicion another surgery may be in my future. I have that inner shoulder spot that only hurts in tweaks and in certain unspecified ranges of motions. I am hardly ever able to replicate the angle and feel it again. However it feels just like when I tore cartilage the first time when it tweaks just not as long. I will probably go get an MRI if it doesn't improve with the lighter training. That being said I am training until I cant,, working out doesn't hurt so for now I move on cautiously. It is the same shoulder I had surgery on, but last time it felt this way about 18 months ago it healed up with some light training so that is what I am hoping.

not really a joke, not serious. I literally had just read a thread where people were talking about fleshlights. It was late, I read it that way and just posted that's the way I read it. If people got offended fine, I won't be posting anymore. Later.

I get adjustments ever couple months at the chiro, they were doing a lot of work with my shoulder and noticed some other things needed adjusting.

Yah but it was a long road back, 2 years later and it's still not what it was. I fugged it up pretty good this time. I am starting to put more preasure on it now with heavier weight. It was never really very strong. I guess I am about 60 lbs off my best lifts for reps.

Hey everyone. Not on this week.

Sorry guys I have been on my roof all week. I am getting ready to head up there now. Me and my son pulled up 1200 square foot of rolled roofing that was tarred down. we found 2 more layers of roof so we pulled 3600 square foot of roof up since Monday. Cleaned the surface and starting tar papering now then we get to roll the shingle out. Hopefully we get started on shingle today. We had 2 helpers yesterday so it moved a little faster.

I am eating a little more carbs this week just to help me stay hydrated in the sun. No actual work outs, I think the work is accounting for all of that. My whole body is sore in one way or another and have been putting in about 10-12 hours daily up there. Well guys I am getting ready to head back up there after another cup of coffee and some eggs.

On a supplement note I decided not to extend the Natadrol so I am in the PCT portion of my run now. Formadrol and Stoked for right now and then I will be adding in the TestoPro :D I think my body will respond to the work I am putting it through, and I will try to get a workout in this week.

Be safe on that roof and stay hydrated, supposed to be a scorcher out there today! No point in continuing the Nata if you are not able to work out this week; save it for another run. I think 6 weeks ended up working just perfect for me but I know the desire to bring it up to 8 weeks though, makes you wonder what else would have came from it in terms of recomp and strength gains.

It's times like these that I am gratefull that I have been able to successfully convince my wife I am completely useless as a handyman.... Well cuz it's true....

are you putting on the highest spf you can get in that sun?

keep stuffing that food down you need more food and water since you are sweating it out and burning more calories

I'm not so lucky :( since I built these for my daughter in her room (along with the fireplace and plumbed in the telly)

and then built/fitted out this in the garden to work from

only problem is it takes me months to do things (being a man) and then I need every power tool imaginable for every project (being a man) and it takes even longer to change light bulbs, replace hinges, etc BECAUSE i don't need to use a power tool, which i think is because i'm a man!

I prefer your talent mate :fing02: but given I haven't done more than woodshop at high school I get an immense sense of accomplishment out of building things! My focus now is obviously on building a new me! (house is looking terrible though )

Well I made it out alive. Stripped 3600 square foot of shingle then tar papered and put new shingle down. I went directly into PCT last week and although I did not get to a gym the manual labor was enough to really work myself out. I did A LOT of maximal effort dead lifting up there on the roof. One of the sections was torch down roofing with lots of tar and the last layer we removed was membrane roofing both were attached with crazy roofing cement that was so hard to pull loose. I found my self in full on max efforts for a minute or two at a time just pulling and jerking against the tar to break it loose because cutting it would not leave me a good surface I needed to peel it down to the metal and wood. So it got pretty intense and then carrying the 200 lb rolls of tarred up old shinge to the pile was pretty ridiculous too. My traps are looking pretty good right now. My shoulder was hurting really bad by Tuesday but got somewhat better as the week went on. My elbow held up better than I thought it would with all of the hammering. It was sore for a while then that just went away on it's own. Maybe I broke up more scar tissue with all of the repeated impacts. Either way I am feeling pretty good. My workouts are going to be interesting for a bit. My son left to spend time with his father so the wife and I can not go to the gym in the AM. She won't workout in the evening because the gym is so crowded and she can't stand it. So we will probably work out in the garage or on the Tower 2000 for a bit. I have not felt any dip in aggression or Alpha Male since starting PCT. I feel basically the same which is good. My testes are already back to normal size from the slightly smaller version they were a week or so ago so I assume this stuff is kicking in a bit now. Next Monday I will add in the TestoPro and see what happens. I have a feeling between the Formadrol and the TestoPro I should see some interesting synergy.
nice!!! enjoy the time with your son my friend!
Was hard work and fun. I had some issues keeping him focused but he is 16 and has ADHD so what do you expect. We had a lot of fun up there too just being guys. Definitely got closer and he said he was really happy he got to do something like that with me.
It's times like these that I am gratefull that I have been able to successfully convince my wife I am completely useless as a handyman.... Well cuz it's true....
I have her pretty convinced but when it is a choice between a payment I couldn't add into the budget, letting it keep leaking, or me getting my handy man challenged self up there I had to buck up and bite the bullet. Add in the labor = $230, wages used from vacation time, and supplies and I still saved about $4000. I can't wait I have about 3 payments for things going to fall off in the next 2 years and as long as I don't keep adding stupid things to the debt I will be out of the living paycheck to paycheck situation. YES!!!
LOL... Im pretty useless in that regard to
You would be surprised what you can do when you are the only one to do it.
Is my roof pretty not so much. There is some tar dripped on the shingle in a lot of areas and it is probably too thick in areas and not smoothed out enough in others but as long as it keeps the rain out I am okay.

I was wearing SPF 50 and I noticed this morning my head is peeling a little bit. I kept a shirt on the whole time and drank tons of water and ate a good amount of carbs to help me retain some of the fluids. I also kept drinking the gatorade type packets to replenish electrolytes.

That is why I say you are lucky. For me I just wanted it to be over that was the pleasure in doing it getting it over with. Inanimate objects and my frustration levels don't mix well. I can be overly careful with a persons emotions but inanimate objects get no mercy and can push my buttons better than a vindictive woman.
Wholy monsterous melons batman!! She gives me instant wood!!!
There's the cross beam I was looking for. LOL

Great update mate, sometimes manual labour is a great recomp/change up, and when u save that much money it's win/win!

Good job mate, and epic workload

Nice. I hear to apply spf out in the sun about every two hours.
Yeah I probably got it on there about every 3 when i would force myself to go down for a 30 minute cool down session. That black tar paper attracted the sun like flies to sh*t! The the white roofing reflected it up there was no winning. LOL I am only barely peeling after a week so I am pretty thankful.

Thank you Sir!

So you saved boo-koo bucks on the roofing job, sweated lots of bodyfat off, and copped a deep tan in the process.

Sounds like a good week after all. :bigok:

Yah, now that it's over.... it's like training .. "I only do it cuz it feels so good when I stop"...:stooges:

Yeah and true quality time with my son. We did something together that will effect both of our lives. He learned a little about being a man, and got to earn some real money.

Yah, now that it's over.... it's like training .. "I only do it cuz it feels so good when I stop"...:stooges:
AMEN! I am only now getting to feel like I have rested a bit. I did some cardio last night and the wife and i cleaned up the garage so we can work out in there. Even swept the floor! I really need to get some rubber mats down in my garage though. Either way I am lifting tonight since we didn't get it done last night. I figure setting things up to get back on track was more important than simply forcing the issue doing weights haphazardly and my wife not lifting. Good news is only a couple hiding spots left that had spiders and I "Exterminated them with extreme prejudice!" By the heel of my boot and sweat of my brow death to brown recluses. So I think I am relatively spider free and have plenty of room now to work out.

Triceps ext video, and update

Had a great workout for upper body. Doing some legs tomorrow.
2 ASGT because I was tired
Workout was in garage I was feeling intense but the heat started to suck it out of me but ASGT started kicking in more and I got a little bit of a second wind.

Flat Bench 135x20, 185x15, 205x13, This ain't too bad considering the workouts I have been doing lately.
UHG Dorian Rows 135x15, 185x13, 155x15, this made my elbow ache a little at 185. My strength is really dropping in rows because of this damn tendon!
Standing Military Press 95x15 x3 sets I didn't want to push it with my shoulder...

I decided to record my attempt with 125. Doing 9 ain't bad, I was happy with it as you could see. As a matter of fact I believe it is a PR! It is going up though, competition is ongoing for a little bit I want 130x10 in the next few weeks even though I am on a cut right now. I know I was nice and warm as you can tell. I had already worked the rest of my upper body with 3 sets of 15, heavy weight for that range. Oh and no curls but reverse grip dorians so no need. Then rested about 3-4 minutes before attempting this so I should have been pretty fresh. I think my form was spot on too.

So far aggression has increased the last 2 days. The combination of Formadrol and STOKED! is kicking in for sure. It is a different type of aggression than the Natadrol, just different substrate for the androgen receptors so this is all new to them. Monday I start the TestoPro and it frees up all this extra test for an explosion of anabolic activity as my plan comes full circle Muhahahhhahuaahuaa to quote Army!

Looking good MrKleen!! And the form looked great to me. I could tell you were really working for that 9th rep. True Grit.

Good show old boy!!!:clap2:

Thanks everybody, One Step Closer by Linkin Park is the song that was on DW.

TG that 9th rep was a mofo, not even sure why I attempted the 10th one, it's the pit bull in me I guess. Born in tenacity. I was almost sure I was going to drop the weight if I didn't get it back in front of my head. Everything just shut failed. My muscle failure is always sudden. No slowly going down when no more push it just stops but I have learned how to detect that point the nano-second before and bail out.

Nice vid KLEEN machine!! You had me worried about the bailout technique as well. My failure point is just as sudden. I can be rolling along and all of a sudden...blam: Total failure! The pwr rack pins have saved me many times.

Great vid Kleen.:)
Thanks Pem!

Yeah watching the video I was like why did I even try for that 10th one the 9th one was obviously one I had to power through. Yet, that is one of the benefits of standing exercises to though. I get the benefit of more control to get out of a bad situation. The extra ability to duck under and behind the weight in a snap keeps me more able to push hard on them without a spot. That or I can step out from under it if I can't make a save. I do need to use my pwer cage more but I can not do overhead movements it is to short. Shortcomings of it not being commercial grade, that and a 500 lb weight limit. However I have never lifted for power so I am not near 500 on any lift right now. I had to laugh at how easily I manhandled the 125 up. My strength is definitely going up.
Nice work, Kleen :bigok:
Thanks Volc! I would love to see some vids of you doing some of your Oly lifts. Oly lifters have the best delts too man.
