Kleen, have you ever considered Chiropractic adjustments for better symmetry? My uncle in Taiwan is a fairly famous and very successful doctor, ranked 6th in the entire country. He does this chiropractic technique only practiced in the East as far as I know. I don’t know that it’s practiced in the West (yet). Basically, he places his left hand on a specific position of your spine, he takes a steady staggered stance with his feet, then with his right hand, he brings down the thunder and smacks the **** out of his left hand for an abrupt impact to adjust the spine.
I bring this up because when I visited him, he noticed that my gait looked off, so he sat me down and did an exam. Long story short, the position of my atlas spine (C1), was positioned in a way that was favoring circulation to one side of my body. He noticed the right side of my face was slightly puffier then my left, it was less sensitive to touch and he had me do a double bi pose in the mirror to show how one of my bi’s had a different contour then the other (which I understand that to an extent our muscles don’t have perfectly identical shapes). He performed his technique, then showed me how my face became more symmetric shape from left to right. The he had me do another double bi and the contour of the my biceps looked more identical. He also did a balance check on my traps and after he corrected my spine, my traps looked more identical in contour as far as height and length from neck to shoulder.
I don’t know if Western Chiro back cracking does the same thing and I guess it may not really be that consequential as far as what the judges can notice, but I just though that was interesting.

She is the best. I am going to have to find that spot in the video where she does the Red Robin commercial it is SOOOOOO CUTE! Last year during my prep she got so used to seeing me posing my side chest and triceps that every picture she took for a while she stood sideways twisted her upper body towards the camera and spiked her calf. It was friggin awesome! She is my biggest fan. The leaner I get the more excited she is to see me flexing. She has been begging me to do a posing practice on video again. I told her I am not quite to that point yet. LOL In her eyes I am though and that is a great feeling.
My six year old daughter is the fleshlight of my life right now. She makes this old bastard turn to mush all the time...
thats what i get for just reading a thread with flesh light in it
TG, you just gave me a scary insight. Daddy's Girl gone and me dreaming about her because I miss her. They grow up so fast. That's awesome brother. She sounds so cute. Daddy is the hero in his little girl's eyes. They are so adorable when they're young like that.
My daughter is 22 now, and when I dream of her, it's usually of when she was 4 to 6 years old. Those are wonderful times.
Yeah they can do that to you. She is missing two bottom front teeth now and is steadily needing reassured she is adorable. LOLMy six year old daughter is the light of my life right now. She makes this old bastard turn to mush all the time...
BIG! :spankme: That's his daughter, is nothing sacred.thats what i get for just reading a thread with flesh light in it

not really a joke, not serious. I literally had just read a thread where people were talking about fleshlights. It was late, I read it that way and just posted that's the way I read it. If people got offended fine, I won't be posting anymore. Later.
I get adjustments ever couple months at the chiro, they were doing a lot of work with my shoulder and noticed some other things needed adjusting.
Helped with your shoulder?
Ive got good ins and im gonna go see orthopedic
and chiro before and loved it
Sorry guys I have been on my roof all week. I am getting ready to head up there now. Me and my son pulled up 1200 square foot of rolled roofing that was tarred down. we found 2 more layers of roof so we pulled 3600 square foot of roof up since Monday. Cleaned the surface and starting tar papering now then we get to roll the shingle out. Hopefully we get started on shingle today. We had 2 helpers yesterday so it moved a little faster.
I am eating a little more carbs this week just to help me stay hydrated in the sun. No actual work outs, I think the work is accounting for all of that. My whole body is sore in one way or another and have been putting in about 10-12 hours daily up there. Well guys I am getting ready to head back up there after another cup of coffee and some eggs.
On a supplement note I decided not to extend the Natadrol so I am in the PCT portion of my run now. Formadrol and Stoked for right now and then I will be adding in the TestoProI think my body will respond to the work I am putting it through, and I will try to get a workout in this week.
It's times like these that I am gratefull that I have been able to successfully convince my wife I am completely useless as a handyman.... Well cuz it's true....

only problem is it takes me months to do things (being a man) and then I need every power tool imaginable for every project (being a man) and it takes even longer to change light bulbs, replace hinges, etc BECAUSE i don't need to use a power tool, which i think is because i'm a man!
Damn thats talent right there
and so is this

Be safe on that roof and stay hydrated, supposed to be a scorcher out there today! No point in continuing the Nata if you are not able to work out this week; save it for another run. I think 6 weeks ended up working just perfect for me but I know the desire to bring it up to 8 weeks though, makes you wonder what else would have came from it in terms of recomp and strength gains.
Was hard work and fun. I had some issues keeping him focused but he is 16 and has ADHD so what do you expect. We had a lot of fun up there too just being guys. Definitely got closer and he said he was really happy he got to do something like that with me.nice!!! enjoy the time with your son my friend!
I have her pretty convinced but when it is a choice between a payment I couldn't add into the budget, letting it keep leaking, or me getting my handy man challenged self up there I had to buck up and bite the bullet. Add in the labor = $230, wages used from vacation time, and supplies and I still saved about $4000. I can't wait I have about 3 payments for things going to fall off in the next 2 years and as long as I don't keep adding stupid things to the debt I will be out of the living paycheck to paycheck situation. YES!!!It's times like these that I am gratefull that I have been able to successfully convince my wife I am completely useless as a handyman.... Well cuz it's true....
You would be surprised what you can do when you are the only one to do it.LOL... Im pretty useless in that regard to
I was wearing SPF 50 and I noticed this morning my head is peeling a little bit. I kept a shirt on the whole time and drank tons of water and ate a good amount of carbs to help me retain some of the fluids. I also kept drinking the gatorade type packets to replenish electrolytes.are you putting on the highest spf you can get in that sun?
keep stuffing that food down you need more food and water since you are sweating it out and burning more calories

That is why I say you are lucky. For me I just wanted it to be over that was the pleasure in doing it getting it over with. Inanimate objects and my frustration levels don't mix well. I can be overly careful with a persons emotions but inanimate objects get no mercy and can push my buttons better than a vindictive woman.I prefer your talent mate :fing02: but given I haven't done more than woodshop at high school I get an immense sense of accomplishment out of building things! My focus now is obviously on building a new me! (house is looking terrible though :lol![]()
There's the cross beam I was looking for. LOLWholy monsterous melons batman!! She gives me instant wood!!!
Yeah I probably got it on there about every 3 when i would force myself to go down for a 30 minute cool down session. That black tar paper attracted the sun like flies to sh*t! The the white roofing reflected it up there was no winning. LOL I am only barely peeling after a week so I am pretty thankful.Nice. I hear to apply spf out in the sun about every two hours.
Great update mate, sometimes manual labour is a great recomp/change up, and when u save that much money it's win/win!
Good job mate, and epic workload
So you saved boo-koo bucks on the roofing job, sweated lots of bodyfat off, and copped a deep tan in the process.
Sounds like a good week after all. :bigok:
Yeah and true quality time with my son. We did something together that will effect both of our lives. He learned a little about being a man, and got to earn some real money. So you saved boo-koo bucks on the roofing job, sweated lots of bodyfat off, and copped a deep tan in the process.

AMEN! I am only now getting to feel like I have rested a bit. I did some cardio last night and the wife and i cleaned up the garage so we can work out in there. Even swept the floor! I really need to get some rubber mats down in my garage though. Either way I am lifting tonight since we didn't get it done last night. I figure setting things up to get back on track was more important than simply forcing the issue doing weights haphazardly and my wife not lifting. Good news is only a couple hiding spots left that had spiders and I "Exterminated them with extreme prejudice!" By the heel of my boot and sweat of my brow death to brown recluses. So I think I am relatively spider free and have plenty of room now to work out.Yah, now that it's over.... it's like training .. "I only do it cuz it feels so good when I stop"...:stooges:
Thanks everybody, One Step Closer by Linkin Park is the song that was on DW.
TG that 9th rep was a mofo, not even sure why I attempted the 10th one, it's the pit bull in me I guess. Born in tenacity. I was almost sure I was going to drop the weight if I didn't get it back in front of my head. Everything just shut failed. My muscle failure is always sudden. No slowly going down when no more push it just stops but I have learned how to detect that point the nano-second before and bail out.
Thanks Pem!Great vid Kleen.![]()
Yeah watching the video I was like why did I even try for that 10th one the 9th one was obviously one I had to power through. Yet, that is one of the benefits of standing exercises to though. I get the benefit of more control to get out of a bad situation. The extra ability to duck under and behind the weight in a snap keeps me more able to push hard on them without a spot. That or I can step out from under it if I can't make a save. I do need to use my pwer cage more but I can not do overhead movements it is to short. Shortcomings of it not being commercial grade, that and a 500 lb weight limit. However I have never lifted for power so I am not near 500 on any lift right now. I had to laugh at how easily I manhandled the 125 up. My strength is definitely going up.Nice vid KLEEN machine!! You had me worried about the bailout technique as well. My failure point is just as sudden. I can be rolling along and all of a sudden...blam: Total failure! The pwr rack pins have saved me many times.
Thanks Volc! I would love to see some vids of you doing some of your Oly lifts. Oly lifters have the best delts too man.Nice work, Kleen :bigok:
